Excellent! allowed me to check in 3 hours early. Staff was courteous and very friendly. Rooms were clean. Great view from the 5th floor. Ready to go back. Crab legs were the best.

The room was very nice, but sparse - no "work desk" and no "USB" ports for electronic equipment. When plugging in A/C adapters in the wall outlets, they fell out so that there was no power. The dehumidifier filled up within 2 hours - not being familiar with this equipment, we called front desk asking for assistance. We waited in the room. After about 45-60 minutes, I went to front desk to ask again for what to do about the "EMPTY" message on the dehumidifies. A male at the desk was quite rude. Eventually, we did get a house maintenance person that came and emptied the unit. We had to do it again about 2 hours later, as well as the next morning. The separate freezer unit from the fridge was a welcome amenity - not found that before in our travels.

You need to do better with serving up food on the beach, the food was nasty the service was crappy and the food should be place on a closed plate not a paper box were all the sauce from the food gets sucked up from the box, then your bartenders were nasty and threw the money at me like if I was a nothing ,I go to lani Kia at least 5 times a year and how I was treated it's unexceptable,, I'll give you guys a break and I'll take my money to pink shell were the out door service is awesome there.
