The Pink Shell was an amazing property. The staff were so helpful and fun! The villa we stayed in was so clean and had everything we needed and more. I didn't realize they had washer/dryers, dishwashers, stoves etc in them. I also loved the adult only pool. The family friendly pool stayed very active and we preferred to hang out with our drinks and relax. Fort Myers Beach is still in repair after the hurricane last year. That was the only thing that I could see that would make me give it 4 stars for the area around the property. Lots of construction. But, it still was nice around the resort and loved having the bikes available as well. We will definitely come back.

Excellent place to stay for a beach vacation. Easy access to the beach and the towel machines are perfect. Included breakfast had plenty of options and changed each day. Rooms were spacious and loved being able to open the screened in patio doors and let the air in without worrying about bugs

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Don't bother going to crowded Margaritaville. Which is just down the street. The amenities and the STAFF HERE IS OUTSTANDING. Directly on the beach. Go from the beach to the pool all day long. They have 3 pools. Two of the are for ADULTS only and the larger one is for the kids. I can't say enough about this place. I WILL BE BACK! Sooner than later. Not a single bad thing to say about this property and I'm HARD to please. :-)

The Pink Shell is definitely a 5 star resort!! Absolutely ZERO complaints! Free Breakfast that is AMAZING! Free Beach Chairs with Umbrella. Adult only pool area. The staff on the beach taking food and drink orders. You never have to leave your chair! Very clean and well maintained. All staff was very friendly and welcoming! Food at restaurants was delicious!

Had SO much fun! Lots of perks like free valet, fun parties, and free washer and dryer (comes in handy with wet swimsuits). The 3 pools were stunning. The place is great for kids or adults!

I love the beach and the breakfast but the cleaning ladies are not considerate the knock one time and in 2 seconds they are entering your room. My daughter just got out of the shower naked and there she was. Its absolutely ridiculous. Not cool at all. They need to be more respectful. Period

Loved the heated pools and the view was nice. Rooms were nice. Breakfast at jacks was realy good. Could have been cleaner. Bedroom had windows to the hall way and you could hear everyone that walked by and every time a door closed.

Pink Shell is a wonderful resort! Noisy due to the construction surrounding the resort. I expected rooms to be cleaner and or be cleaned daily. 7 days and our room was never cleaned. Just fresh towels.

The weather wasn't great, very rainy. The cleanliness was excellent, and the front desk staff wasn't very helpful. The food and breakfast were excellent. The room rate wasn't commensurate with the price. The balcony was so small that almost two people couldn't fit. In short, nothing like the room I saw in the image on the website. The saleswoman in the store wasn't very friendly. I wouldn't rent again.

Amazing facility, terrific staff, beautiful location. I REALLY wish we had more time available, one night is not enough to fully appreciate the activities offered. I’d definitely recommend visitors opt for a gulf side room and enjoy the fully screened balcony and the gulf breeze.

Great Location! Great staff! staff & service are excellent! They are on top of everything, they even go to the beach asking if you need something; valet parking the same, they hear you talking about going and buying ice and they just bring it to you, I mean.... The 17+ pool area is quiet and nice! We stayed at White Sands Villa 2 BR, that room is amazing! Enough space for everyone, magnificent views, you can see the sunset from the comfort of the AC through big windows. The kitchenette and washing machine are a plus. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely be back.

Everything at Pink Shell was wonderful. Would like to do a shout out to the exceptional service the following people provided us, Valerie at the front desk along with the entire front desk group, to Luke at the valet desk, he went up and beyond and Samatha at Bongos was a wonderful server. Can’t say enough about the people at Pink Shell.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Pink Shell! Amazing staff, fabulous grounds. We loved walking along the beach or along the road to get to downtown Ft Myers Beach (less than a mile from the pier area). Would recommend this resort to anyone and especially to those with young children, many family friendly activities.

The woman that works as a security in the pool area has a very bad temper and her language with clients is awful, she didnt care about our opinions was terrible the experience with her....unfortunately that was a very bad experience in that beautiful hotel, everybody else were amazing .Her name is Pam and we talked about her behavior toward us with the front desk girl, I really hope anybody has to deal with her angry character ever.

My partner and I were only able to stay at the Pink Shell for about a day. When we got there it was about 11am (check in is typically 3pm), the staff was so amazing they had allowed us to check in our luggage, and change to be able to enjoy all the amenities until our room was ready. The front desk were aware we weren't staying long and made sure to take the time to make sure we were aware of all the amenities, and restaurants available. I suck at names but the young lady at the front desk with blonde hair at the bottom was so amazing and helpful, she made sure to help us make a reservation for Rae's restaurant during a time we can see the sunset with the most beautiful view. Although we only stayed a day I feel like we did so much, we went to the beach, went to the adults only pool where we got to try Bob's bar, had dinner at Rae's, we also got to participate in the Free Margaritas, and of course we got to enjoy our balcony view on the 9th floor. I loved Pink Shell and will be definitely returning for a longer stay and I LOVE PINK!

The amenities were top-notch, and the family-friendly atmosphere made it easy to unwind while keeping my son entertained. One single elevator and it didn’t work half the time. Had to use stairs most of the time and when we did use stairs it came out to a dirty area with a horrendous smelling dumpster. One of the valet boys was a douche. I know they are working on fixing things after hurricane issue but if your gonna book it up and charge that kind of money you better be ready.

We had an exceptional stay at Pink Shell this week. All staff members went above and beyond to welcome us, recommend experiences and restaurants in the area, and serve us during our time on property. Special thanks to the following staff: Bonnie at check in; Kevin at vacation club; Sierra at Bongos; Alan, Adjin, Tom, Luke, and Paxton at valet; Billy in management; Ramon, Evelyn, Kile and Tyrique at breakfast at Luke’s everyday. The amenities are great: bike rentals, kayak/paddleboards, gorgeous pools, very private area of the beach, and fitness center. Highly recommend this property for your next trip to Ft Myers Beach!

Property is nice. They have activities daily and it’s all the way at the end of the island which is nice and private if you like that. If you want to be where all the action is you should get a ride on the golf cart as it’s a little but of a walk.

Great resort. In terms of vacations overall, it’s a little pricey, but the amenities, facilities, and staff are great. What’s disappointing, is the cost outside of the resort. FMB is still recovering from the hurricanes, and what you pay for, for dinner or shopping is expensive. I recommend utilizing taxi services, rather than paying for parking, and if you want to save a buck, leave Estero Island for shopping and dinner. Every room has a kitchenette, so buy groceries, and bring your own cooler and alcohol.

The property was secure and well kept. 3 pools Buffet breakfast unreal and included. Staff was on top of everything always a smile and a pleasure talking with. Only thing when walking home from the little town there are no lights and very little side walks.

Hotel looks great, and is in good condition. The beach and pool is good. Restaurant/bar by the pool was good. The Italian restaurant was only so-so given the price. The hotel is walkable to the center of Fort Myers Beach, but just far enough away to avoid crowds and noise.

Pink Shell fine-the traffic on the island was simply frustrating as there was no guidance to help work traffic thru construction. Wouldn't go back because of too much traffic congestion.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, facility was very nice villa was clean and well appointed. It’s clear customer satisfaction is job #1. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the quality of the food especially at the restaurant named Rae’s, I was very dissatisfied.

Great swimming pools and access to the beach. One of the elevators was down most of our time there which made wait times excessively long. All of the staff is excellent, very nice and helpful. The dining options at the resort were average at best.

Overall the property was very nice our room a deluxe oceanfront king was very roomy with a lot of amenities. The only negative was we tried to have dinner at bongos and the flies were so overwhelming we had our dinner packed up and ate in our room management should address this with bug zappers? Fly traps or something. However the food was very good.

There was nothing i didn’t like about this hotel. Everything was excellent! Spacious rooms and spacious balcony with amazing views. Kitchen fully equipped! Staff were super friendly and very helpful. We didn’t feel like leaving the resort! Rae’s restaurant has the best sea food I have ever had and the Bongo Bar offered fast service! Beach front, chairs and umbrellas included in the stay. Breakfast included too, with amazing views.I would highly recommend for families. We are definitely going back!

The room was great, very clean and wonderful view of the ocean. The property is beachfront. My biggest complaint about the resort is related to food options. Bongo’s restaurant is very slow with service and the quality of food is poor. We sat down and were told the food would take at least 45 minutes. The breakfast place was okay. The property definitely needs to enhance its food options. There wasn’t anywhere to go on property to buy snacks or water. The downtown area is walkable and can also be reached by a free tram that circles by around every thirty minutes. I would absolutely return to this hotel even with its flaws in dining options. The beachfront location and clean rooms were a huge plus. The pools are also very warm.
