Stayed 1 night

This was the worst of any of my business travel stays! I got to the property at 2:30 for a 3:00 check in and the front desk was kind and let me get into my room. That was the only good part of this stay besides checkout. I needed to get in my room before 3:00 for a zoom work call I was about to have to do. I had by small bag, laptop and phone and walked in the room and it stunk, the light in the bathroom and mirror did not work, there was no desk, the lamp on the side table didn’t have working outlet for my chargers but because there was no desk, that tiny bedside table was my only option for my meeting. I had to sit on the small trashcan turned upside down for my zoom which is fine but I had no idea there would be no desk. My lunch I had with me to just warm up but there was, you guessed it, no microwave! So after my miserable time in the meeting, I went to grab a shower due to the humidity in the room. I was sticky just sitting in that atmosphere but the water never got warm or hot in the shower. I wanted to leave and demand a refund but just sucked it up. An ABSOLUTE MISERABLE STAY THE WORST!

The rooms were very very low maintained and as soon as you walk in you can literally smell the mold. The bathroom were so gross and moldy to the point that I could barely breath. The air conditioner barely worked and we was hot thru the night. The floors were not swept or mopped. The bathroom sink had no water to it. Also the motel required me to have an additional money for deposit after I had already paid for the room. Me barely getting to my location from out of state didn’t have the money for the deposit. Which was $100 more. Honestly the entire motel needs to be condemned. The worst mold issue and it doesn’t help with my health conditions probably made them worse. I want a full refund because I shouldn’t have been charged if any thing they should have paid me to stay there.

Staff was helpful. AC was cold. Rooms were a little dirty in some less frequently touched places. Stray hairs around the sink and bathroom. It worked for a quick overnight trip.
