Howard Johnson by Wyndham Lakeland

It was an ok hotel. The breakfast was cereal only. Also, it’s the kind of hotel where you drive up to your room, which the pictures don’t show.

The room was clean. The staff was amazing. I had a breakfast on the go. It was good too. Everything was good.

First room I was in, the door was warped and had a noticeable gap. Not good if you’re worried about little critters getting in. Second room was better, but had a moldy smell in it. The front desk people were very friendly, and helpful, especially Vivek. Parking was adequate, and they will let you know where to park, for easier access to your room. They have break till 9:00 am, but I did not partake. Overall, my stay was adequate, for what I needed.

Had to find a different hotel due to every room they tried to give me had bugs crawling all over the bed, floor, airconditioning. Does not resemble the photos. The only positive thing was Deb who tried her best to give me a different option and would do her best to get my money refunded.
