I guess this will be my last time staying at this quality inn. They have closed the bar down and the restaurant really isn't a good restaurant at all. ( if you like hotdogs 🌭 then you may like it) the pool was closed for maintenance. Now tell me who in the hell closes there pool down for maintenance during the tourist season. Thats what the off season is for. I'm not even starting to talk about other guests using cannabis.

The room smelled like mold, 1st day breakfast was waffle, cereal, and apples only. The 2nd day no breakfast at 6:15am when we were leaving. The pool temp was great but was very dirty and most of the chars were broken

There is no bay view from the bay view room. Room smelled a little moldy/damp. Air condition worked good. Toilet did not flush well. Room decor did not match well. Beds were pretty comfortable and tv worked well. Nice small refrigerator was helpful and a microwave. Everything was clean. For the price, it was ok but some things were misleading. Biggest problem is pool was broken and we didn’t find this out until walking in to check in. This was the main reason we came here. Hotel is about 10 minutes from lots of food places. So that was convenient.

Not so good - the receptionist who greeted me was terrible. She was very rude and unprofessional when I reported the lights in the room did not work . The light was not working for the entryway . They could not fix it . We were offered a room on the second floor but they had no elevator .

Breakfast was very good and staff was nice. The beds were uncomfortable and there was some roaches. Pool was not up and running and it’s the end of May.. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but if I did it would only be for the breakfast.

The outlet in the bathroom did not work, phone in room did not work, and the tolietwas leaking . Had to walk to the front desk to inform them of all of the issues the room had.Very old hotel amd it has a musty smell. Pool was closed, and the continental breakfast looked like it was cooked and and recooked Room 145.

I would not stay here. Our room smelled like mold and was very humid, had a weird smell to it. There was a large crack in our door so we could hear everything going on in the hallway. Overall just not very clean or nice.

Let me first say that the staff are wonderful. The exterior and interior, though, are filthy. When we found the second roach in the room, I talked to the front desk staff who immediately offered a full refund and seemed mortified at the bugs. This is the kind of motel that people rent weekly, and there are sliding glass doors to the exterior which further made us feel unsafe. Most of the back patios are unkempt with empty beer boxes and charcoal grills littering the outside in many places. The reviews said the breakfast was good, but those people must not have noticed roaches in their room. Maybe it was a fluke, but we got out of there as soon as the staff assured me they would refund me. They saved the day, but until this place gets a major overhaul, I don’t recommend staying.

There was mold in the shower, a bathroom door that looked like it was kicked in at some point, a terrible smell in the room, heat in the hallways with blower fans, weird white stuff on the floor, and water dripping from the ceiling. There isn’t proper lighting by the outside entry and there were tons of cats on the property crawling all over the cars.

People working were very nice. The room was not. The entire hotel smelled like mold and moth balls. Carpet in the room stayed wet. The faucet in the bathtub was barely hanging on. We were told to enter through the back entrance (C) do not do that. Always go through the front entrance of the hotel unless you like the feeling of someone possibly jumping out of the rundown stairwell and killing you. Pool table was unusable due to it being wet as well (?) When asked to change rooms, we were told the floors may be wet from shampooing. Those floors were not shampooed. Probably ever. And they charge you a $100 deposit so you don’t trash the already trashed room. Oh! Whatever you do, don’t accidentally look into the glass doors of other rooms at night as you’re driving through the parking lot. Trust me.

The place is a health code violation and safety hazard!!! My WHOLE family is not SICK bc of a leaking ac unit that would not go below 80*! Bathroom was not clean. Broken boards on balcony! Faulty lighting! Dirty mattresses! Will NEVER go back! I had to go to ER because I was having difficulty breathing and could not speak the next morning. I have bronchitis and beginning stages of pneumonia from being in your hotel. There was 11 of us six adults, five kids. The youngest being 1! I then checked out the very next morning because I was sick and so was everybody else to have to pay even higher prices somewhere else because everywhere was booked. I will never be returning to your hotel. Management or owners need to get control of their hotel.

The room was good for us as we were not there that much. The beds were comfortable, ac worked, we stayed on the first floor with a very small patio. The room had, had repairs done and was dated but worked for us. The bathroom was fairly clean. The patio door locked but we felt like we needed an extra rod in the door for added security. We parked right outside the door. It was very busy but was very quiet.

The lobby looks good, but the rest of the hotel not so much. The rooms are old and run down. The bathrooms were gross withl dirty tile. I got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and there was a roach crawling on the floor. The locks on tlhe sliding doors were horrible, you can tell they've been broken and thrown back on. Definitely overpriced! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was a nice size and nice with decent upgrades since my last stay. Good for the price also. The bathroom was my pet peeve though. The bathroom just dated and ugly compared to the rest of the room. The staff were pretty nice and helpful. I had a room that faces the parking lot and a car was parked outside my window my last night of my stay and i could hear the female arguing with someone on her Bluetooth in the car for hours. That was even when the tv was turned up. I suggest getting a room that doesn’t face the parking lot because you can hear everything out the sliding door…. But honestly my stay was. 8/10 overall. Hallways always smelled clean , lobby also . Very convenient to the interstate and can get everywjwre pretty fast from this location.

Everything was ok, but I think it is a bit expensive for the kind of room. The bed was good, but the AC did an horrible noise all night long. And a curtain was missing in the principal room, so it means wake up early due to the sun in the room.

Had a bottom floor room with sliding glass door. The glass was taped into door frame. The door didn't lock, there was a hollow aluminum rod that the attendant said was our lock. We checked in and checked right back out. Horrible hotel conditions. Should be condemned.

Was told that the cash deposit was only $100 and when I got there it was actually more. The lady that was working was very rude.. she cancelled my stay . I was already aggravated because I was there for a funeral and being a truck driver being able to stay in a room for a few days is so luxurious. I would never recommend this place to nobosy. I did not get a friendly vibe when I walked in

Rude staff, they showed up knocking at 10:30 asking if we were checking out and I said yes at 11, and she rudely said umm it is already 11, and laughs and I said no it’s 10:30 and she said ohhhh my bad and walks off. Then when I went to check out the front desk lady saw me standing there in line to be next and another guy walks up on the side 5 min after I did and she helps him first. Won’t ever stay here again.

When we extended our stay the front desk was very nice and helpful, made me feel really comfortable with everyone being nice and friendly, i hate when people are just rude and look angry with life lol but i loved every part of this hotel, definitely recommend

Quiet, convenient location around food places and Walmart. The staff was really friendly, the rooms doesn’t have the best lighting, just the table top lamps. The inside looks better than the outside. Overall 7/10, would stay here again.

It was ok great staff we arrived on a Thursday and the pool was out the entire time we was there 2 days before we checked out the pool was up and running but we was there for 8 days its the middle of the summer and no pool the price we paid was for the pool and Bayview is not such a Bayview the trees hiding the view

Hair in the bathroom. No phone in the room. Had to walk downstairs to report the television wasn’t working and no phone in the room. The cooked breakfast is only Friday through Sunday. Overall not a bad stay.

Comfortable, cheap, nice courtyard, clean and an amazing hot breakfast! Sausage, country gravy and biscuits, eggs, grits, pancakes ands make your own waffles! For the price, I was amazed!
