Quality Inn Pensacola North

Room was not clean and had a musty smell. Breakfast was not stocked. Weight room was a weight rack with no weights. The beds were comfortable so that was the one bring spot.

Everything was good except for the parking some big trucks parking on it and don’t let others to park or some use more that one parking spaces to park

The floor had not been cleaned, there was about a half inch gap in the window where bugs came in, and it may have been because of spring break but there was constantly yelling and unattended children running and screaming down the halls and outside the window. There was not an elevator. The hotel constantly smelled like marijuana. The TV screen had been damaged on the bottom (but still worked). The peep hole in the door had no glass, it was literally a hole in the door. The bed and bathroom was clean and the internet was fast, though. There was a new mini fridge and microwave that both worked.

Pool was dirty and lighting around pool was broken. We found some wasp nests which could be extremely dangerous & alerted the front desk … they were like “oh, well…” Room did not have enough towels and we had to go to the front desk to get more. We also reported that the phone in our room didn’t work … nothing was done. Area by laundry (which we had to walk through to exit motel smelled like dead fish. We stayed one night & upon finding out we needed to stay another night, checked out and went to a motel across the street. Will definitely NOT be choosing Quality Inn for future stays.

Upon arriving We were assigned a room in the rear building. There were several people hanging around outside and inside, some smoking marijuana.The doors into the building were not locked. The ice maker was un-plugged. At our room, our door lock /dead-bolt was broken, the safety latch was hanging by one screw. With people hanging out right outside our door and all along the hallways, we were nervous. The floors in our room were sticky and crumbs on the floor. At 4:am, I was awakened by 3 gun-shots. We have always enjoyed Choice Hotels/Quality Inn in the past, but will definitely think twice the next time.

Was I safe? Yes, which is what was most important. Staff was also friendly. But the rooms were a little ran down and there was an odor of pot about. Also, the outside doors remained open, so potentially anyone could come in. However, my rental car remained fine, I didn't have roaches or bedbugs, and I did get breakfast. So if you're trying to save money, you can definitely do so here and not put yourself in mortal danger.

Bathroom very small- tub was slippery -motion sensors didn’t work - Light scent of marajuana seemed to be in the room outside entry door did not close properly could enter without a key at any point.

We stayed for 3 days. The key card for the door closest to us did not work. The other doors were broken and opened for anyone. The bathroom is tiny with paint peeling the shower rod was broken. The window had a 2 inch crack on the outer edge letting in all the heat and humidity. The main hall smelled so bad I had to hold my breath to walk through. They had no milk the first day, and the second day they ran out of cooking spray for the waffle iron, instead they offered waffle iron cleaner to cook with. I would not select this hotel in the future.

No breakfast, yet their website said they did. The AC was off when you go into the building so it was hot. Looks a little run down. Overall it was okay.

I stayed for two nights because I work in Milton the shower looked like it had finger nail polish in it and the water didn’t get cold til 10 minutes later also there was a huge stain on the glass and right outside the pool kids were being loud all day. Breakfast didn’t start until 6 & ended at 9, I work at 2 am and am off at 9 I was really hoping on getting some complimentary breakfast. But any who I also wanted to get in the pool for a bit during down time and when I arrived they told me it was closed. I was upset in the inside and said okay. But when I got to my room there was kids screaming at the pool I could hear and see them they were just having fun but the associates came and one guy was yelling at the kids to get out and it was very rude just by hearing and seeing right from my window. It smelled like cigarettes in there even tho they say you can’t smoke in the room. It was a HOLE IN THE WALL RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY ROOM. I HAVE PTSD so my head went bonkers it was leaking water and it looked like it was around wires I sat in the car a while pondering and while I did it looked like some man was coming to look at it but I don’t think he did because until me and my girl tried to check out it was STILL LEAKING. Anything COULDVE HAPPENED. The side door stays swinging open to the point where when people leave out of it it’s just open sometimes AND THATS DANGEROUS I THOUGHT ABOUT MAKING SOME CONTENT ABOUT how horrible it is AND HONESTLY I STILL AM.

There were holes in the walls. The bathrub was gross and rusty. The water didnt drain in the bathtub. Floors were disgusting. One wipe turned my clorox wipe black. They pronably never wash those floors.

Shower did not work. Had black mold in bathroom. A/C did not work properly. Hotel had a water smell possibly previously flooded or just bad airflow. Very outdated. Room 127

Terrible. Every fabric in the room was full of stains, smelled terrible, mold in cellings. The whole building was falling apart. Shady charakters hanging around the building. I was in the room for 15minutts before i found another hotel online and left. A shame that hotels.com offers this dump to anyone.

The deadbolt didnt work. The vinyl floor was coming apart. The bathroom door had a hole in it, which i saw a roach scurry into. The bathtub had standing water, which was brown. When i walked on the floor barefooted, the bottom of my feet got dark. The side door to the building didnt work, so i had to enter through the main door. Besides that, great stay.

There is a hole in the ceiling in the shower and mold on the ceiling. Roaches crawling around not to mention the putrid musty smell in the hallway. The floors are sticky as if they were mopped with syrup. This property is in need of remodeling and extensive repairs. I will take picture to load onto google. We put our luggage back on the car as to not carry the roaches with us. If it was not so late when we arrived we would have looked for a better hotel to stay.

The staff was friendly, the room was dirty. So dirty I did not stay, and I left right away. Did not want to even put my bag down.

I’m sorry to say the place was filthy!! Trash was not taken out, floor was not clean, and sheets had stains just to name a few of the many disappointments at your establishment.

The room was unclean the floor was sticky, the hallway smelled dirty and musty. It was very noisy with what seem to be very long term tenants. The bathroom had mold and a hole in the ceiling.

The toilet seat was broken, the shower was dirty, and there was mold on the ceiling in the entire room. It was awful. Please don’t stay here. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Bad Smell and so dirty

Old, out dated, needs renovation, and extremely NOISY, Thinnest walls Ever!

For the price you can’t complain. Two down falls were 1 for being 95 outside I walk into a room that was over 80. 2 ice machine either couldn’t keep up or broke but never really more than 10 room buckets of ice in it at all times. But would definitely stay again for the price

The picture display on the internet is different from in person. The room we stayed in the door didn't lock, the bathroom area ceiling had mold.The carpet in the hallway smells. On the plus side the bedding was clean and the bed was ok. Overall the property need maintenance.

Whatever you do, avoid this property! The "security doors" don't latch and the room doors don't lock all the way. Pealing paint and disgusting bathtub/shower that was pealing the acrylic, making the tub dangerously slick. Avoid at all cost

The water pressure sucks bad couldn’t get hot water for an hour an again the water pressure was bad

The closet had no hangers. The room had no refrigerator or chair. The room was very quiet, and Waffle House was right next door.

A/c to noise buth tub so dirty.

The beds and pillows were comfy is all I can say was good. And the room was clean. But the rest of the facility was dingy and unkempt. The breakfast was awful - dried out sausages, the waffle batter had been cut with water so they were thin and tasteless, juice was out, etc. The TV in our room had sound but no picture. The shower had the hot and cold reversed, and the tub didn't drain properly. It was up to my ankles by the time I was down with my shower, and then it wasn't totally drained until about 40 minutes later. No elevator to the second floor and some stairwells/hallways were closed off so we had to take the long way around dragging luggage and a baby carseat... everything about this place was very disappointing. We had stayed in another Quality Inn recently (same price for the room) which was much, much nicer so it was a real let down to experience this place. Gives a bad image to the name.

Doors need painting/tubs need resurfacing.

The young lady -Rebecca- who checked me in was possibly one of the worst ever. We stay in hotels 250-300 nights a year. So understand how bad she was

Staff were very helpful

We had stayed here before some years ago. Staff is just as friendly as I remembered. Room was clean and comfortable. We were not advised when we booked a prepaid that the hotel would collect an additional deposit, but that isn't on the hotel. Just be aware that the typical deposit is $100 and while you will get it back it will be between 2 and 10 business days before it is returned.

There was no full breakfast, not even coffee. We passed a terrible noisy night. We called several times to complain about a very noisy child and tv and even went to the front desk to ask if we could be moved to another room, but the hotel was fully booked. The front desk person suggested for us to check out at 2:00 am rather than the other family making the noise. The person at the front desk who spoke to the room next door made it seem like we were the ones that were causing the inconvenience. We still had to pay for the room. It was not comped when we asked for a refund. The room itself was dirty and the towels were very old. Your money is better spent elsewhere Do not stay here!!!

Our experience was absolutely horrible. While on vacation, our family decided to stay an extra day and get a more budget friendly hotel near the beach since we'd be coming in late and leaving early. We got in about 930pm, and it was over an hour before we got into a room. The receptionist seemed to not care at all and was on her phone most of the time. Took her almost half an hour to check the person in front of us in and then another 10 minutes for us. Park at the other building, load up our bags, get to the room, and the key doesnt work. We ended up walking to reception and back 5 times with non-working keys until we eventually had to switch rooms. The room's door was leaking grease, the room was filthy, and looked like it hadn't been maintained in quite some time. We might as well had gone with a cheap dumpy motel for the same quality and at least saved some money. Absolutely would never stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone.

Put me in a room I put my stuff in the room and went to family reunion. Came back to room and key wouldn’t work. Went to front desk and they had put someone else in the room and my stuff was gone. Took hours to find my stuff. Manager Jennifer was very rude and unprofessional. Property was nasty! Had areas in the ceiling missing (buckets catching water), big red ants running wild, and roaches crawling everywhere! DONT EVEN ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE!

The lady at the front isn't cut out to be there she wasn't helpful. You call and ask a question she didn't know. On the morning i was leaving i ask her if she could call me a cab she pretend she called i was aware that never happened. She was horrible

It was a good hotel. We only stayed one night, but the staff was friendly and service was prompt. Our room was clean. I can't complain.

Was located on major road leading out of Pensacola, and the price was reasonable for what was offered

This place was very very dirty, the smell was awful in the building. There was a customer living there arguing and yelling at the girl at the desk about paying his rent. After 25 minutes of listening to this arguing, I finally got to let the girl at counter know I will not stay there. They still charged me a day fee because of the 20-25 minutes after check in listening to the angry tenant. The area also felt very unsafe, there were narcan flyers all over the property.

This place was dirty and run-down. Active prostitution on property. There was no breakfast. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana.

It was right in the middle of everywhere i wanted to visit.

The room was not even worth $20 dollars per night I found out after we were in the room that area the hotel was in had a big drug problem. But the room ( the whole hotel) needed a lot of attention the hot breakfast was a bust the room was very old like the room was probably never upgraded from the time the hotel was built. Level it and build new walls had mold in them in the shower area the only thing that was newer was the TV . Take it off your list

Lots of transients in the neighborhood.

The breakfast was delicious and super convenient, especially since we were going to the beach right after. The rooms were very nice, I was able to control how cold i wanted my room which was so nice. Hot hot water in the shower. Bathroom was very clean. Overall a great experience.

The place smelled awful of stale smoke- even in my nonsmoking room. There was even a cigarette burn hole on my comforter. The building was very worn. Breakfast was not great- toast, bagels, cereal, and waffles. The juice machine was broken. Everyone shared one stick of hard as a rock butter. There was nothing else to put on the bagels or toast. The coffee was thick and gross. The front door to the hotel was very hard to open.

Dirty bathroom it smells like urine . Bathroom light weren’t working . Breakfast was disappointed. No hit coffee. No juice .

I only picked the place because it had free breakfast and nothing worked. Milk was frozen . Waffle maker was broken and muffins were stale

Milk ran out fast and constantly on breakfast.... one day they didn't have milk left. Had dry cereal..... coffee and hot water ran out easily also. The front desk person is the one in charge of breakfast, plus other stuff... too many things for them... there should be an exclusive person of breakfast. The worst part.... on the 4th day it was a terrible smell at the place.. the worst smell ever ... it never got away.... on the good side front desk Ladies are great... both are very kind and helpful... also the room was nice....

Breakfast is very bad, always empty, this is a breakfast served... You ask the hotel front desk, they always have a reason!

Booking was easy. Friendly check-in. Check-out not so friendly. Room was decent. Hallway was not so clean. Rooms are not connected or convenient to breakfast room. "Full" continental breakfast was horrible! Milk and orange juice were room temperature. Coffee was empty. Had to go back to lobby for coffee. No signs to say where breakfast room was. Had to wonder halls to find it just to find it. Very disappointing to find some room temp sausage, no eggs, no butter or jelly for the dry bagels. Had to go buy breakfast elsewhere. There was cereal packs but milk was warm. Were told we could use cash on Check-out but card was already charged putting that card used to hold room in overdraft. After a nice check-in experience the rest was very disappointing. Lights in room kept dimming and brightening automatically when tv changed or air kicked on and off making it impossible to relax or sleep. Thankful we only needed 1 night at that hotel. Got locked outside because key card didn't work. Overall only check-in was pleasant. After that it was a complete disappointment. With all the hotel options and competitive pricing in that area, this particular hotel will not be recommended. We usually use Quality Inn when traveling but this one will not be used again.

I choose this Hotel for the location and offer breakfast, barely have any food and the coffee was like water, we have to go out and buy breakfast everyday.
