They had did some updates to the hotel since the last time I stayed. The pool wasn’t open, which changed some of my plans, they did offer to use their other property pool which was near by. When they remodeled the showers in the rooms, they didn’t allow a place to place your personal items, like a shelf, I had to place my things on the shower floor. The breakfast was okay, they should have offered fresh cut fruit as an option. They only offered yogurt on my last day there.

The room was fabulous. Service excellent. Breakfast good. My only complaint is that the pool needed a cleaning. Milk containers, plastic cups, deflated float. Rude people must have left it a mess. Not hotels fault. But it should be checked every couple of hours.

We went here to escape our area which was under threat from Hurricane Milton. We loved everything about this place. Friendly and accommodating staff (they had the room we requested online available for us). Big room, good tv channel selection, really comfortable bed, good breakfast - everything was great. We wanted to stay longer but they were already fully booked for the next day due to the weather. This is a nice area of town with lots of shops and stores close by. Only one downside; there's only 1 elevator (which seems strange for as big as this hotel is), so you will have some waiting around at times if you don't want to use the stairs. If we ever get back this way, we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was sub-par. Conditions were not up to standards. Broken shower head, very little hot water, bathroom sink stopped up, peculiar smell in the room. And… the elevator was out of service.

After driving 8 hours we arrived at almost 7 pm and were told we had to wait 30 minutes because our room was not clean. Checkin is at 3 pm. Only one tv worked there was blood on the sheets and urine on the toilet. Absolutely horrible. We could not change the room because they were sold out

I liked the pet friendly option . The beds and bedding was clean and comfortable. I liked the different options for pillows (softer to firmer). The carpet was a bit smelly and unhygienic. Was not comfortable using bare feet. A great upgrade/reno for this property would be to remove the carpet and go with wood or vinyl floors.

Stay in room 124 the minute we walked in, smelled Terrible The beds looks clean but smells those pillows, smelled like sweat and those most terrifying thing is that they were roaches on the bed in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk. They moved those to room 426. The room was cleaner smelled the better but the roach problem did not go away. They were everywhere. A manager was not available until the next morning, so the problem did not go away. I was worried bro into my babies ears something like that so I was wrestling. I get enough sleep to get back on the road to drive

The place is very clean. Staff helpful and nice. The stairway is even clean with good odor.Everything is clean .gym, pool,laundry room and they fixed one washer so, I could use it.

Upon arrival we were just handed our keys, to learn the next day I needed to finish the check in process. Cleaning staff left a cleaning cart in front of elevator, had to move to exit. Called operator needing more towels , was told come to desk. I went and waited 15 minutes , no attendant on desk. Had live roaches in my bathroom where the water after every shower leaks on cove base and wall.

The room was spacious and was laid out very well. Within short walking distance to several restaurants. Shopping centers right down the road, Walmart was conveniently right down the road when I had to run down and grab something that I forgot. I didn't go to the movie theater but it was also just around the corner. I will be staying here again.

The only problem that I had with this hotel was the shower. I love having a walk-in shower, however, it had issues. Everyone is not going to use the products provided by the hotel. I brought my own, but there was nowhere to put them in the shower. A shelf inside the shower is an absolute must and it was missing. There should be a way to turn on the shower and adjust the temperature without being in the shower. Getting smacked in the face with ice cold water was not a good start to my day. The water pressure was terrible.

SpringHill is our favorite but this one was very disappointing. Not the typical room size or bedding we are accustomed to having when we stay here. Also only one plug anywhere near the beds. The bathrooms were tiny! We would choose somewhere else if we were back in the area.

It was an overnight stay for business meetings. The room was good enough for my purposes. However, the water in the shower never got hot and I had to take cold showers. At least they were invigorating!

First off, we took a redeye plane from Denver to Orlando. When we arrived in Orlando, my bag did not make the trip from Denver. The airlines told me they found the bag in Denver and they would deliver to me in Port St Lucie. We decided to go to the hotel earlier than checkin time and they accomodated us with an early check in. This enabled us to have a nap and clean up from the long overnight flight. Initially, the airlines advised my bag would be delivered to me by 11:00 p.m. It finally was delivered by 3:30, Sunday afternoon. The staff at the Marriott was very supportive and helped where they could.

Booked and prepaid 10 days in advance for a King Suite. Upon arrival we were put in a double bed room without being notified. Front desk gentleman (Axel) simply said they overbooked and nothing was available and i could speak to manager at 9am the next day. Manager didn't arrive untill 10am and gave no other explanation. Room was not cleaned properly, water only got luke warm at best. Breakfast was sub par with several options unavailable.

unfriendly staff. when asking for water bottle, staff replied that it is for member only even though I clearly gave them my Bonvoy number when checking in. Then once I told them that, they was not happy and told me to get it myself. They should not treat customer this way.

Overnight staff in front desk was very rude multiple times and multiple nights. “I’m busy doing something else” when we would ask for help. She had issues with her computer and was very unapproachable. We almost escalated her bad attitude to the manager but we didn’t went to ruin our holiday stay. I will think twice about staying in this place again!

Checking in was fine, the young lady that checked us in was very nice , her coworker was very rude and nasty, we realized our room was on the first floor and asked for a room change to a higher level, just because we like to open the blinds and didn’t want people walking pass seeing us, the coworker was very rude and purposely making us wait until she checked in every single customer walking through the door, even though we were there first.. I don’t know what her issue was with me and my boyfriend. We still remained calm and polite with please and thank you .. I will be contacting upper management.

My husband hurt his ankle and ended up on crutches. The lady at the front desk was great and offered to put us in a room right by the elevator so he didn’t have to walk far. Very kind!

This property is supposed to do housekeeping only upon request. Well at least that’s what I was told when I call to request housekeeping service after my third night at the hotel without housekeeping service. At the end, I ended up staying 5 nights and housekeeping was never done, and there’s was never a manager available to complain about it. At check out I was told a manager was going to get in touch with me to talk about my experience and so far nobody has reach to me. Definitely not going back and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Property and rooms need a reno. Desk staff were polite but inattentive. Housekeeping was poor. Room cleanliness was also below standards. We were inconvenienced by having to change rooms mid stay due to ants in the room. No compensation offered or extended. Room layout was inadequate for longer than overnight stay. Breakfast was exactly the same every day; unkept, unclean, and poorly stocked. Food selection and food quality was substandard, and food not stocked adequately. Weekend days were worse than weekends. Food service staff on weekends were not present. Staff during weekdays barely adequate. Overall, price, value, and quality substandard, especially for Marriott Bonvoy. Very disappointing stay. I DO NOT recommend.

Room needed some upkeep. Electric outlet by sink did not work. TV screen color was a washed out blue. Shower head horrible and pressure non existent. Room 228. One slow elevator for whole hotel. Would have walked in and out the stairwell right next to room, but card reader to enter did not work. No yogurt 3 days day in a row. Second stay here and first was great but this time very disappointing. Likely will choose another property next time we visit our 95 year old Dad that lives 2 miles away.
