Super 8 by Wyndham Riviera Beach West Palm Beach

This place doesn’t have a lobby but only a window to check in.

The lobby is being remodeled and has been for a long time. Therefore, there was NO breakfast which we paid for and was listed. The check in was through a glass cubicle and we felt like we were checking into the NO-TELL MOTEL. The bed spreads were full of burn marks. So was the tub. The only reason we booked this was because it was a Wyndham property and it included breakfast.

Asked to use the “ business center or printer and told they have nothing while two printers were right in front of me! I have a BIG problem paying over $600.00 for a room for 3 night that should cost $225.00 and using the excuse that it’s Florida! Hotels are out of control!

The property was undergoing renovations of the lobby so i had to check in through the night window and it made me feel vulnerable standing in line . Also no provision for the free breakfast was obvious. The carpet was filthy There was damage to the walls of the room The desk clerk was wonderful though. Loved him!

First of all, parking a 70 ft rig can be a challenge in the middle of a city. This place has easy, great truck parking 3 miles from my customer, the manager was polite, knowledgeable and friendly, the room was 5 Star clean, very quiet, and tv was good. Lots of food and shopping choices nearby. I put it in my GPS as i plan on using it again!

Not bad for its price, trailer parking is the main reason I stayed here since i Had to unload a car an drive it for a the show weekend while I left the truck an trailer. Nothing happened to them.

Lobby under remodeling, almost walked away from checking in. Actually, if i could have gotten a refund, i would have walked! So tired of hotels being dirty!

Tv not working, coffee maker not working, no breakfast, pool dirty, LOUD fighting in next room, unsafe

Lobby closed down. Checked in & out thru tiny window. Ceilings have water stains, microwave filthy, carpet & tile so dirty, I put towels down to walk around. There was daylight coming from between wall & door. The worst part was the bed smelled like urine! I had 2 beds so tried the other one on second night. Same thing! The smell was horrific. The toilet was also caked with nasty dirt. I went to office window to complain after 1st night. I was told he was just the manager & wouldn't even listen to me. He said owner would be there at 4pm. I came back at 4pm, owner wasn't there. Also, after one night, I was leaving room and ran into housekeeping. I told her "not" to clean, as i would be leaving the next day. She waited until I was gone and came into the room anyway! When trying to check out, I couldn't find anyone around! Nobody was inside the window area and Lobby was still closed & locked up. All this, and the noise level was just as bad. Very bad area as well. There's a lot of people loitering around at night. Worst hotel stay of my life!

The room had bugs crawling in the bathroom area

Had ants in my room and think one got in my ear since sunday morning had discomfort/ fullness and pain itch as I went into bed Saturday night no issue and woke up Sunday morning and that was to the inconvenience. One on my bed one in the sink . To spend this $645 on this stay is very inconvenient of what I had to deal with . Today march 9 went to see the dr and. Had a compaction of wax inside my right ear and now I’m using wax removal to remedy the situation .

Rooms are unsanitary carpet is stained very bad along with the mattresses bedding not cleaned beer bottle tops were left in the corner of my room along with other debris on the floor which lets me know it wasn’t properly cleaned and upon arrival it was very clear that the hotel was used for prostitution and drug dealing horrible hotel

This place was disgusting and I can’t believe how much it cost. If I could have canceled and gotten my money back I would have. There are cigarette burns on the bedding and carpet of a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke The bathroom tub was stained and had cigarette burns on it. The door to the room wouldn’t even seal shut. Never again. I’d rather sleep in my car.

The carpet in the room was very very filthy and old needs to be changed the smell was horrible the air conditioning unit filter looks like it has not been changed in a very long time. Very disappointing I saw roaches as well eww so disgusting. Best part about it was the Dennys, McDonald’s and the gas stations. This whole hotel needs an upgrade badly. Moldy smell once you walk in cigarette burns on the comforter which made my skin crawl. Never again will I ever come back.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We booked here because it was close to the port for a cruise and it was a huge mistake. The rug was smelly and stained. It smelt like nasty cigarettes, rust stains in the bath tub, dirt all on the floor and bathroom. Broken door knob, stained couch, stains on the walls, etc.. the Indians that run the front office were rude and very unprofessional. I don’t suggest anyone waste their money here.

Wouldn't recommend i found bed bugs in my room worst thing ever

Mold on the carpet, mold in bathroom, cigarette burns on the bed covers and bathtub edging. Holes and gouges in the walls....not up to parent company standards.

The room smell cigar , the blanket with hair and the pillow . The bathroom so dirty . Horrible never again

The bathroom was covered in mold. Every piece of floor tile had mold in the grout. My bedspread had at least 16 cigarette burn holes. There was no breakfast as advertised. The lobby was. under construction so no one could enter it.They had no coffee packs for the coffee machine in the room or in the front office. The parking lot asphalt was cleaner than the carpet in the. room.

There is no free breakfast, got to room on 2nd floor, steps only. No air was on, stifling heat, took hours to cool down. No outlets in bathroom worked. Coffee maker in room didn't work. No breakfast and no coffee in lobby.

The condition of the room was deplorable. Dirty, broken windows, spakling on the wall, in the process of painting it. Worse yet, was shady mem and women who appeared to be engaging in illegal activities such us drug use and more. Terrible and unsafe hotel.

Stay was ok. No hot water in sink and no water stopper for the tub to take a bath so shower only. No iron and all lights didn't work. Price was economical. Location was quiet so that’s a plus.

For the money paid, a room in Florida with a door gap, non working TV and fresh drywall patched everywhere should have been half the price. Good thing I was alone and exhausted. Zero standards!

to expensive for the quality of the rooms, dirty carpet, walls, un finish wall repairs, burned bath tub from cigarettes. bed where low average, internet very slow, took 3 attempts to get a proper keys to work to enter the room.

Rooms were dark, light’s didn’t work. Exhaust fan in bathroom was filthy! In bad need of an update.

The room we stayed in the ac was not working. We stayed for two nights and had no type of ac. We spoke to the front desk and they couldn’t do nothing about it. We couldn’t change room. Nothing so terrible and we had kids with us, we have to open the window and keep the door open to let some breeze in

Bed was comfortable. I am handicapped but I am as given a room with a tum. I needed a walk in shower. For two nights I put up with a tub but it was difficult.

For $165 a night i expected a little better hotel. Super 8s aren't known as the nicest, but this really was bare minimum. The lobby was closed for renovation but the room was terrible. Might want to focus on the rooms before something your customers will spend 10 minutes in. The tub was detaching from the shower enclosure, you could actually move the entire fiberglass tub/shower. There were cigarette burns on the edge of tge tub. The walls were dirty and even had things carved into them. There's zero weather striping around the door to the room so the a/c couldn't keep up with the outside air coming in through the gap between the door and the frame. You're also right next to the highway, so you can hear everything outside. It was basically an open window all night. We weren't looking for anything fancy, but this was absolutely terrible.

Our room had so many burn stains in the carpet and sheets. There were red marks on the wallk whoch were concerning. Breakfast is advertised bit the lobby is being renovated and there was no breakfast offered even though the price reflected it. The manager on duty when we checked in was very friendly and nice and the beds were comfortable but other than that we were disgusted by the state of our room.

Before I start this review, I will say I read other reviews and new I wasn’t getting a fancy hotel With bells and whistles which I was ok with.However, I did not expect what we walked into.. First the receptionist had an attitude. She wasn’t rude but it seemed like me Checking in was an inconvenience. when we walked in We immediately saw a roach. I love in Florida, so don’t say everywhere in Florida has roaches because that’s not true. Pulled back the sheets. First thought it was wet or had a big stain but it ended up being spots where there were almost holes in the sheets from being So old. The front door looked like It had been recently Replaced. The paint around it wasn’t even fixed and you could See the outside light around the entire door. The bathroom ceiling had a large water stain on the ceiling and the shower curtain was torn up and barely hanging on. Only found 2 small roaches but when we used the microwave, it smelled Like burning roaches, it was terrible. The positives were the bed was comfy and the ac worked well.. Both nights my husband was approached by males and was offered an assortment of drugs and told us they could get us anything we wanted ( of course we politely refused). Many of the guest appeared to be permanent residents and I am assuming it is used for low income housing in the area which was a pretty rough area… My husband and I came to dive and come into the area often but had never stayed in a hotel here.. We will not ever stay here again!

Front desk clerk wasn’t available at check in or check out. I had to wait, with bags in hand outside in the front. Room was FILTHY AND NASTY!!!

Their website claimed that they were clean and had breakfast. They were stains all over the carpet, the bathtub had stains all in it. I could have dealt with that, but the clientele who was renting there was very scary. We saw a woman being drugged by her hair, a guy with a gun, And spent about four hours dealing with some lady and some man fighting, cussing, pushing each other around so much that it shook the walls. I’m just glad that I survived the night, and we got out of there the next morning as quick as we could.

This hotel looks creepy almost abandoned. The room smelled like cigar/smoke although it said non smoking room. The bathroom was super small. No breakfast item offered. The only nice thing was the long empty pool we had to ourselves. Also hair dryer was not working. Carpet was super dirty and has iron burns on it. Next to this hotel is a Dennys, Mc Donald’s walking distance.

The area around the hotel was rough….getto like and runned down but the hotel was great if in a better area….its a dead town

The location was not safe, the room was super dirty. I was supposed to stay the weekend. I could only stay the one night as I arrived at 2:00 am and it was too late to look elsewhere. Had I arrived earlier would not have stayed from the get-go.

They advertise free breakfast but had none due to remodeling their office area. There were items in the room that clearly could have been cleaned much better.

The property and room weree ok for the price you pay but on their website offer breakfast with your stay....but fo rmu surprise they didn't offert hsat becausse of construction happening on site right now. Most likely will be for long because on their main door has a bote from the city staying that they need to review plumbing and electrical issues so they will be for long time. The room was pretty, welm design but for my taste smell cigarettes eventhough you can't smoke but it is sign of people smoking insidee the room, plus they need to wask the carpets ,it has stain of something spelling.

I wouldn't stay there again, I asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke, which was supposed to be a non-smoking room. They said they serve breakfast? Which was coffee and a muffin, they should make that known in the advertisement.

Traffic is good. Carpet is dirty. Stated with breakfast but none.
