The hotel is very clean and the bathroom was great. However I did not like that the pool closed at 8 pm, the market café at 7pm, and the near by restaurants most have gone out of business. There was a $32 per day hidden resort fee charge. bs.

Lots of construction, affected the whole of our stay, which we were not informed about. 1 elevator to service 8 floors of units for the full stay and no offer of discount or future offer. Everything was pay to play, included gratuity, parking was paid for both valet and self park. Situated on a very nice beach. Pool, restaurant, etc were just ok. Room service was delayed or forgetful and needed following up.

The the hotel is newly renovated with a smaller pool, with free lounges, three cabanas for rent, outside bar and restaurant seating. Free pool and beach towels. The beach offer two lounges, a table and an umbrella, any additional lounge is $39/each. Free one hour electric bike per room and free one hour non motorized water sport rental. The rooms are clean bright and has great amneties such as free water, coffee maker(Kureg), mini fridge, safe, and iron. Nice size grab-and-go area in the lobby. Friendly service, bag storage and nice size indoor/outdoor restaurant which serves a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner. Self parking is $26/day and valet is $39/day. We really enjoyed our stay over the recent Father's Day weekend. The only complaint o would have are the prices for food and drinks. I felt that it was too expensive based on the quality of the food, service and the quality (Strength)of the drinks. $30/person for lunch; hamburger, fritters, salad etc is a bit steep and the drinks were $16-20/person with very little alcohol.....I felt like the hotel was vastly understaffed for the amount of people over the busy weekend.

There is so much to do with the beach activities, pool, hot tub and beach bar, we didn't have to leave the property! And did I mention, this resort is VERY nice. Beautiful, well maintained and very welcoming!

We chose The Singer Resort, because it had been recently renovated. The location is fantastic. We didn’t know, prior to arrival that construction is ongoing in the main lobby and only two of the three elevators are working. The beach is great. The grab and go and the restaurants are excessively expensive. The self parking is excessively expensive. However, our room was great and had a gorgeous ocean view. The area around the hotel is very nice and there are excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff was friendly. We would stay there again.

Everything g was Great but they would need to invest in more beach towels as they ran out and had to wait about an hour for them to go wash and dry . And invest in more luggage carts not two carts for the whole hotel. So ended up having to do two trips to bring luggage down because my wife has a broken wrist

Jacuzzi broken for the two weeks we were there !! Very UN Hilton like !! Staff friendly but common bath a mess . Food good !!! but the room we had would make us not come back #309 a joke . No bathrobes at an oceanfront resort? Come on. Shower fixture was faulty and shower gel wasn't refilled. Took 2 phone calls and over an hour to get shower gel. Front desk staff takes forever to answer phone and was rude. Fitness Center is small but adequate. Pool was large and heated. Very small hot tub. Quick market in lobby didn't have a single piece of fruit. One restaurant which is decent but very pricey. $18 for oatmeal to go? Had to self-park second night in the rain because there was no valet. It all looks new (remodeled in July 2024), but this place is cold, unfriendly and has little character. The housekeeping staff does not speak a word of English. PS - the AC shuts off every time you open the balcony door.

Great oceanfront property with great dining options. Pool and beach accommodations were fantastic. Walking distance to many good restaurants and a grocery store. Staff were very attentive and friendly. However, for those who value a good work out, the gym could use better equipment and a larger exercise space.

I booked a corner ocean view and the balcony had at all time of my stay a big puddle of water. Called front desk twice they came to clean and minutes later the same thing a puddle of water again. A big roach came out by in the room. For the price I spent I will not recommend this place. I had better expectations of this hotel.

We had called and requested early check in and they said they would call when room was ready. Check in was at 4. We never received a phone call and showed up at 4. We were told they had no rooms available yet.. it would be at least another 40 min. This was unacceptable to us.. they said we could go enjoy hotel. We had plans but when to have a drink while we waited.. no call.. I went to front desk at about 5:15 and there was people checking in and getting room bands.. I went to check in and they said yea let me check and had a room.. I’ve never had to wait past check in for my room.. we got to room and our balcony was flooded with water as well as that side of the carpet in the room! As frustrated as we were we didn’t have time to switch.. it was damp and very frustrating.. watch the bill as they automatically charge 18% to your checks..for what we paid for this it’s unacceptable.. I will look elsewhere next time. It’s a shame it was a decent hotel, rooms were very tight and no place to set luggage in room.

The hotel is understaffed. Corridors were dirty. Everything just seemed a bit used/unkept Pool area is small- no sun- buildings around block light staff not very helpful at the front desk. Rooms clean but corridors were not kept up- I kept seeing the same dirt on floors/dust/papers on corners all week we were there. Expensive for what I got. I booked through travelocity- did not get the rooms I booked and when I asked about the price differences in the build, they couldn't give me an answer because "i booked through a third party" Not staying here again. Lots of other options out there.

1st. Day had ants everywhere all over the room. Had to throw away some personal items and find a laundry mat for our clothes. Yes we got our room changed but had to push for it, their solution was to bring in the exterminator! Hotel did nothing to accommodate us. I’m disappointed!!

Great food and service at their restaurant Caretta Caretta. Lobby was under construction. Clean hotel, easy access to the beach, and pool was nice. Beds were very comfy and room was fine, but there are some small details like damaged paint on doors, light leaking in around the door frame, loose sink faucet, etc. that need improvement.

Dog poo and dog pee on the balcony and our room smell of dog pee it took over an hour to get some to come to the room and all in all over 2 hours to get the poo gone I ask for a manager to be told that there was no one who I Could talk to about ! I would not stay in a Hilton again even if you paid me

The location of the hotel is great - direct beach access and pool/beach side bar very nice. The view from our balcony was okay - we did not have direct ocean view. The room was not comfortable. The beds were very low to the ground and did not have good mattresses. Very uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have any place to put cosmetics or toiletries or even towels, which the hotel stored in the hall closet. The closet hang bar was low to the ground so I could not hang dresses without them laying on the floor.

Loved our 3 day quick get-away. The weather was perfect, the staff attentive. The only thing that was a bummer is that they didn't have any dressers in the rooms or enough hangers in the tiny closet. I needed to hang more clothes than necessary due to the lack of a dresser. AND, most importantly, the BED was HORRIBLE! Other than that, it was beautiful!

My overall experience was 4.5 out of 5. My one problem was the WiFi. I was not able to access my service when in the room. They need more cell towers. This forces guests to use their WiFi. Brandon provided great service at the restaurant during our stay. Thanks Brandon!

My Ocean view room was a partial and falsely shown as on the ocean side. It was over the pool that had loud djs past dark and in the morning. The price was not equal to the offerings. Overpriced food and bevs. I had looked forward to my splurge and was very sorry to see what I ended up with

Pretty lobby and beach, I found the hotel hard to sleep in…air conditioner didn’t quite seem right and the door didn’t seem to fit to the frame for a good proper close which meant you could hear people in the hall.

Great staff very welcoming and friendly vibe. Was under repairs and only 1 elevator for the week. Would go back, but would verify if any construction is going on. Also just an FYI.. the ocean view “balcony” has enough room to stand only there are no table/chairs. We will make sure to get the oceanfront next time.

Staff is attentive and competent - 5 stars! Building is located in a beautiful location - 5 stars! Building is older and needs to be maintained better. Hall area carpets and hard floors need to be cleaned daily. Doesn't look like they are. Rooms may have been updated recently, but they are not quality upgrades. $900 per night for a tub/shower combo with a "difficult to keep shut" shower curtain from leaking and a psychotic auto light in the bathroom that seems to come on when it wants to, is a bit excessive. Paying this much should get meticulously maintained and clean accomodations. To reiterate, staff is amazing, friendly, competent, etc. Management/ownership appears to be resting on the views and location while taking in your money. Renovations already showing wear/tear. Would stay again, but will review other options before auto booking here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH BILLING. I had an issue on my account where I was charged twice and when I tried to discuss it with PATRICIA she argued with me. When I asked for the manger she questioned me and hung up. When I called again the same thing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

Spent a few nights here with my mom! We LOVED it here and would definitely be back!!! The restaurant here has AMAZING food. We did not have one bad experience. Friendly staff. Accommodating beach staff ( no charge for towels and chairs ) always a plus. Now we know where to stay if visiting singer island again. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very poor Service .The property people not well trained at all. The people at front desk not knowledge about what you can do around and they do not provide any advise where to go and what to see... .The restaurant food very limited and not well prepared . Not a good breakfast at all. Limited in what you can eat including tea and not good coffee. Overall the restaurant has poor service and poor food. The property doesnt know how to attract the people.

We stay at this property a couple of times a year and always enjoy it. This stay was very disappointing and we will not be visiting again. The staff was not nice, we are always able to get a late check out and this time was told it was not an option. The overall stay was disappointing.

The resort itself was wonderful. It was clean, modern, and easy to navigate. My only complaint from the stay was that they seemed to be understaffed. Both times we went to the front desk, there were lengthy waits because there was only one attendant/line.

The property is well maintained and the staff were amazing. Parking is very easy and spots were always readily available. Rooms were a good size, clean, and have small/large balconies based on room selection. Rooms also come with private beach access including two lounge chairs and one umbrella, and the beach staff were very attentive and super nice. The area is pretty quiet and you do need to drive about 15-20 minutes to all the good restaurants and bars, but that was fine with me. I had a lovely stay from check in to check out. 10/10 recommend!

Pros: Staff is exceptional, pool has day beds and isn’t terribly crowded all the time and the access to and service at the beach is excellent. Cons: you’ll need a car. Nowhere is walkable and uber tends to rack up if you’re leaving the property for food. That being said, the cost of concessions here is a little crazy. It cost $100 for 4 margaritas. Tacos and 2 glasses of wine by the pool will run you over $60. A bottle of pelegrino is over $5. Also, water pressure is terrible and towels are very scratchy. Plus the kuerig in my room was broken.

Short walk from the hotel & pool to a clean private beach. Sunrise is beautiful. We had an ocean view room over the pool which was very nice but I bet those ocean front rooms are worth the upgrade for the view. Frequent and friendly food and drink service. The restaurant food was excellent. The kids loved the pool. We would go back again.

We enjoyed the resort but were a bit disappointed regarding the exuberant resort fees and the 18% gratuity that was included on EVERYTHING, regardless of service quality. Bartenders need to friendlier. They are not very hospitable. I feel because they know they’re getting the gratuity regardless.

Hotel was nice. Restaurant was a little pricey. Ex: 1 drink was $20 and everything you buy includes gratuity. Beach was nice ,had seaweed but overall alright beach . Maybe I’m spoiled with the Virgin Islands cause I just came from there. Parking is like $27 a day and resort fee is around $50 something a day also. What I like is the beach chairs , umbrellas and towels are included in the resort fees.
