Wonderful property, i didnt like the valet parking only option. There is not much to do walking distances, so a car is needed, waiting for valet a little inconvenient.

Newly renovated room was beautiful, some finishings like door handles and hinges needed minor repairs and the A/C in the hallway was broken. Overall, nothing that negatively impacted our stay much. The pool, hot tub and beach were all great. The gym equipment was amazing for a hotel gym, high quality equipment that looked brand new. The service was excellent. I would stay again.

Great place!!! We loved our Huge suite with ocean view balcony!! Great service! Nice restaurant for breakfast in the hotel! Kids loved the pool with waterslide and waterfall! Located within 20 minutes of driving to downtown and shopping mall. Highly recommended!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Ive gone to this hotel twice in the last 2 years for extended stays and the hotel is on the decline , something is always broken , the pools are always cold , the jacuzzi was broken ,... for the money it costs not acceptable. Id say a 4 star not 5 star.

We had a great time at this resort. Our condo was so spacious and clean. The private beach access was amazing and with this included a full setup (chairs, umbrellas, and food & drink service). Could not ask for better! Only bummer was the main restaurant’s kitchen was closed to reconstruction but they still had other food options at the tiki bars and on campus Starbucks.

Decided last minute to pop over for the day and we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From valet to check out everything went smooth. Every single staff member we spoke to was kind and helpful. Our son loved the slide and both pools. Being on the beach they have chairs and umbrellas, awesome staff that help you get set up and anything you need out there. That was so convenient. Our room was spacious, with a gorgeous view of the intercoastal. Room had everything you could need, full fridge stove and washer dryer. The restaurant onsite is great, we’ve dined in before but this time we decided to do takeout style and have it up in our room watching the sunset. 10/10 definitely recommend. The spa is top tier as well. Truly a full service property. We can’t wait to come back.

Staff were excellent! Accommodations excellent ! Property itself was beautiful. So much to do with your family on the property. Valet, the service was awesome and quick. Beach was gorgeous and beach staff were excellent! Room itself, overall the cleanliness could have been better. There was a roach on our counter. There are residents in the building. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms didn’t smell. It was luxurious accommodation. Safety is excellent. You can’t move around the hotel without your wristband. I would give this hotel an 8/10.

Powdered donuts stayed in the elevator lobby on our floor next to the elevator for days, and the carpet in our hallway had pieces of paper on it for days, like price tags that were thrown onto the floor, lock was broken on pocket door and my husband was trapped in the bathroom, and the mattress was really hard. I love the premises and amenities, condos, views, spa, restaurant. This time just had a few issues.

The place was okay. But not worth the money spend. We got there our rooms AC, ice maker & fan wasn’t working. We had an “engineer” come fix it who was in the room when we got there over 30 minutes & we were trying to unpack after a 4am flight with a 2 year old. we left the room, came back hours later - still broke. tried to him back & i politely asked to switch rooms bc for $2700 (we thought the cost was only that at this time) we didn’t want someone in & out fixing our AC. We never got the crib to our room at this point. they did switch us very fast & upgraded us to a great room. Which we were incredibly grateful for. The girls name was Tek, she was great. & we had a crib delivered asap & our ice maker worked. But we had to repack all our things to a new floor, so it was tiring Pros:cleanliness, the quick help at check in, the pools are so clean, beach is great, drinks/food are amazing, safe, quiet, fitness center was great. Cons: first room, no one told us valet was an additional $40 a day (says $36 but came out to 39.50). we paid a resort fee $35 daily & only two days they cleaned our room, they kept coming at 5 when we were showering for dinner after being out all day so we said forget it, the staff at the pool side food/bars are so great but they leave them with one person so i waited an hour most the days to just order my food/drinks by lagoon pool, no bell service was available during checkout overall we paid an extra $500 bill for valet/resort that wasn’t worth it

The property lacks maintenance. Room had poop stuck to the floor in bathroom of our room (beyond gross). Curtain rods were missing. Outlets weren’t working. Fans weren’t working. AC failed to keep set temperature. Room service and housekeeping subpar. When asked to change linen it was not changed or cleaned. Pool had loose unsafe tiles where my toddler fell over from. Gunk all over the pool deck making it unsafe and slippery. Pool water was dirty. Poop toys and play things are broken. People who were not guests meaning just public beach goers were freely coming and going to pool. No one is checking who is or isn’t a registered guest. The beds are really uncomfortable. Only feather pillows even after asking for foam or poly fill. Water coming out of faucet is yellow (gross). Balcony floors were filthy (not sure when the last time it was cleaned). No handicap parking nearby (which is ridiculous). Children’s program only in effect when no rain (hello this is Florida) resort fees for what exactly?

Great location on the beach. great view of the ocean. this is a valet only hotel if you are driving. easy process to text to get your vehicle. For what we paid, our expectations were much higher. The woman at check in was less than excited to see us. We paid extra for a full ocean facing view. We were directly over the front valet area of the building facing other high rise buildings. We brought this to managements attention, and their “hands were tied because we booked through expedia.” I called prior to check in to inquire about a catering order I would need. I was told I had to call back post-check in. Guest services then told me they didn’t know if they did anything like that, and that the culinary team would need to reach out to me the following day. By then, it was too late. I had to order in food and beverage, knowing this resort caters to events. The restaurant, while newly renovated and beautiful, was sub-par. The food was expensive and not as described on the menu, and the service.. our waitress was inattentive and just overall bad at her job. Even after letting it run for several minutes, the shower in our room never got hot. We also had a group of 13 year old girls screaming in the hallway, and being loud and obnoxious in the restaurant at dinner. To be clear, this was our suite for getting ready for my wedding, and subsequently the hotel we used for our first night as a married couple. All we wanted was to wake up with a cup of coffee to a view of the ocean on the balcony, and instead we got a noisy valet view, and cold showers. We will not return, especially for the price.

This marked our second visit to this establishment; our initial experience a year prior was flawless in every way. During our first stay, we opted for an ocean-view room and were delighted with a beautiful room that offered views of the pools and beachfront from a charming balcony. On this occasion, we also reserved a week's stay in what was advertised as an ocean-view room. However, we were disappointed to find our room faced a public beach parking lot, with a partial ocean view only achievable by sitting on the left side of the balcony and looking right. From the left, the view comprised mainly of the parking area. Upon inquiring at the front desk, we were informed that what we had booked was indeed considered an "ocean view" room, whereas the rooms directly facing the ocean were categorized as "ocean facing"—a distinction not made clear on their website. They mentioned these were fully booked for our time frame, a detail conveniently omitted online, which felt misleading. Had we known, we would have sought accommodations elsewhere. Regrettably, the issues didn't end there. On the first day, our room was overlooked for cleaning. Upon our evening return and after inquiring why, we were erroneously told we had left a "Do Not Disturb" sign out, which wasn't the case. Our request for clean towels was initially acknowledged but not fulfilled. The following day, after a rude interaction with the desk when requesting towels your money is better spent elswhere

The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.

Decided last minute to pop over for the day and we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From valet to check out everything went smooth. Every single staff member we spoke to was kind and helpful. Our son loved the slide and both pools. Being on the beach they have chairs and umbrellas, awesome staff that help you get set up and anything you need out there. That was so convenient. Our room was spacious, with a gorgeous view of the intercoastal. Room had everything you could need, full fridge stove and washer dryer. The restaurant onsite is great, we’ve dined in before but this time we decided to do takeout style and have it up in our room watching the sunset. 10/10 definitely recommend. The spa is top tier as well. Truly a full service property. We can’t wait to come back.

Beach was gorgeous and beach staff were excellent! Room itself, overall the cleanliness could have been better. There was a roach on our counter. There are residents in the building. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms didn’t smell. It was luxurious accommodation. Safety is excellent. You can’t move around the hotel without your wristband. I would give this hotel an 8/10.

The front desk especially an gentlemen with dreads and dirty finger nails didn’t want to do his bare minimum of work. I wanted to extend my stay by a night and was told to go back online and use a third party to extend. This was because he didn’t want to do the work of extending it himself.

Newly renovated room was beautiful, some finishings like door handles and hinges needed minor repairs and the A/C in the hallway was broken. Overall, nothing that negatively impacted our stay much. The pool, hot tub and beach were all great. The gym equipment was amazing for a hotel gym, high quality equipment that looked brand new. The service was excellent. I would stay again.

The staff was extremely rude as it took them over 40 minutes to figure out that my room keys could not work, because the battery needed to be replaced in the door lock. They kept sending me back upstairs to check again and again. Then, they gave me a number to call, if the key still didn't work, but the phone number just goes straight to voicemail. Finally, the repairman showed up to change the battery, but took three trips back downstairs to his toolbox to get a philipps head screwdriver. This ridiculous comedy of errors was exacerbated by a totally uncaring and rude front desk staff, who refused to make it right. Several other guests were making similar complaints about the disrepair of this hotel and the rudeness of the staff. This hotel does not deserve to be a part of the reputable Marriott Bonvoy family!

This is a very nice facility, great beach, good restaurant on site and all within a very nice section of Florida. We did encounter a few unfortunate hiccups during our stay that the lovely staff did their best to remedy, and make our stay as good as possible (and the people that work here are terrific). I would give Marriott Singer Island another try...

We enjoyed it enough we are planning to bring family back as soon as we can! The staff were professional and friendly. Room was terrific. There is a park next door which improved the view, instead of looking into a building.

The hotel/resort is very nice. It is clean, quiet and the staff is friendly and helpful. Your room is a condo; it is quite spacious and has good amenities (2 TVs, a balcony, a kitchen (no stove but a modified stove top), a fridge, and a stackable washer/dryer. My complaints are that for the price, it is not all-inclusive. You must pay for food and to park. There are no public garages or other parking options so the $40/day is another fee that cannot be avoided. Also, not much variety in food options. One restaurant and the food is okay - nothing great. There is a local grocery story about a mile away. Recommend shopping there for breakfast, food one can cook on stove top, and snacks to minimize cost and for variety. I enjoyed my time at the beach - showed up and got a chair and unlimited towels (but these are included in resort fee). Great place!!! We loved our Huge suite with ocean view balcony!! Great service! Nice restaurant for breakfast in the hotel! Kids loved the pool with waterslide and waterfall! Located within 20 minutes of driving to downtown and shopping mall. Highly recommended!!! Can’t wait to come back!

For what we paid, our expectations were much higher. The woman at check in was less than excited to see us. We paid extra for a full ocean facing view. We were directly over the front valet area of the building facing other high rise buildings. We brought this to managements attention, and their “hands were tied because we booked through expedia.” I called prior to check in to inquire about a catering order I would need. I was told I had to call back post-check in. Guest services then told me they didn’t know if they did anything like that, and that the culinary team would need to reach out to me the following day. By then, it was too late. I had to order in food and beverage, knowing this resort caters to events. The restaurant, while newly renovated and beautiful, was sub-par. The food was expensive and not as described on the menu, and the service.. our waitress was inattentive and just overall bad at her job. Even after letting it run for several minutes, the shower in our room never got hot. We also had a group of 13 year old girls screaming in the hallway, and being loud and obnoxious in the restaurant at dinner. To be clear, this was our suite for getting ready for my wedding, and subsequently the hotel we used for our first night as a married couple. All we wanted was to wake up with a cup of coffee to a view of the ocean on the balcony, and instead we got a noisy valet view, and cold showers. We will not return, especially for the price.

(I have stayed at and reviewed this hotel previously) Resort hotel with big condo-style rooms and very nice beach area. Rooms have nice balconies, big enough to not be crowded by a couple of chairs & a small table. Washer/dryer has come in very handy. No problems with in-room wi/fi. Very good service, highest marks for housekeeping, front desk, beach staff. Very good food and service at restaurant but expensive. Excellent place to stay if you are budgeting for a higher-end and -expense resort stay.

Somewhat disappointing overall. Requested change from initial room which was very nice but had horrible clanging sound. They graciously accommodated my request. Lobby undergoing renovation requiring us to walk outside each time we went to the on-site restaurant. No doorman - struggled to open main door each time. Maid service apparently can show up as late as 5:00 PM, but you can request earlier time to make up room - we just didn’t know. Rooms were nice - they are condos. No issues - appreciated spacious bathroom and hot shower with great water pressure. Restaurant food was overpriced and truly mediocre. Thought there would be more restaurant choices; what they count as another restaurant was the limited food available at the kids/family pool area.

All of the staff at this location are friendly and attentive. The food ONA was delicious and the drinks on the beach were delivered quickly. The room was clean , huge and comfortable. The security is top notch and my friend and I felt very safe. The beach area is void of loud music and obnoxious individuals, it very quiet and people are dressed appropriately.

The place was okay. But not worth the money spend. We got there our rooms AC, ice maker & fan wasn’t working. We had an “engineer” come fix it who was in the room when we got there over 30 minutes & we were trying to unpack after a 4am flight with a 2 year old. we left the room, came back hours later - still broke. tried to him back & i politely asked to switch rooms bc for $2700 (we thought the cost was only that at this time) we didn’t want someone in & out fixing our AC. We never got the crib to our room at this point. they did switch us very fast & upgraded us to a great room. Which we were incredibly grateful for. The girls name was Tek, she was great. & we had a crib delivered asap & our ice maker worked. But we had to repack all our things to a new floor, so it was tiring Pros:cleanliness, the quick help at check in, the pools are so clean, beach is great, drinks/food are amazing, safe, quiet, fitness center was great. We had a great time at this resort. Our condo was so spacious and clean. The private beach access was amazing and with this included a full setup (chairs, umbrellas, and food & drink service). Could not ask for better! Only bummer was the main restaurant’s kitchen was closed to reconstruction but they still had other food options at the tiki bars and on campus Starbucks.

The beach was beautiful as were the pools. Bed was very comfortable and I appreciated that it was a condo set up. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. At some places you stay the staff can be a bit snippy and a bit bossy. Not here! They go over and above to be sure you enjoy your stay. Food isn’t very good but you don’t stay here for the food

Views and room were excellent. Food menu was limited , but okay. Easy travel to oustanding surrounding restaurants. Beach was beautiful and relaxing.
