Was not informed that parking was not free and to charge $76.00 For two nights and wifi was not free also. To much money for this average motel. Payed the same at luxury resorts and breakfast was free. Way over rated. Want be back.

The good: Location was great right in the heart of the historic district. Walking to shops, restaurants and historic buildings was easy and convenient. The hotel property (when not under renovation) I'm sure is beautiful The not so good: I feel like there should have been some kind of notice on the hotel website stating they were going through the lobby renovation. One afternoon we arrived back at the property trying to access our room and the path to the elevator was blocked off. My wife said the front desk clerk asked her rather rudely where she was trying to go and why. We wound up having to climb up and down a stairwell for most of our stay which was hard on her due to chronic back problems she has. The elevator on our side was taken out of service which I'm sure isn't ADA compliant in some form or another. I feel this is not in line with what we come to expect from a Hilton property and feel we were really let down and wouldn't mind at least a partial refund on our stay.

I think $40.00 per night for parking is a bit to much. I like staying at the Hilton in St Augustine but did not like having a room that the only view was the wall of the building next door and all the junk that was stored in between the buildings

GOOD HOTEL BUT THE PARKING AT $38 A NICE IS PRICEY. WOULD OF BEEN NICE TO HAVE A SWIMMING WHERE THE WATER TEMPERATURE WASN'T OVER 90 DEGREES. THEY SHOULD FIGURE OUT A WAY TO COOL THE POOL SINCE ITS NOT THAT LARGE.. GREAT LOCATION

The main problem for my wife and I was the noisy A/C that turned off or on every few minutes in our room 220. Otherwise great location, attentive staff, and nice room. Though not a problem for us, valet only parking was US$40.00 per day.

We didn't use the restaurant as the whole downstairs was under massive reconstruction and we were only notified of this the night before we left to travel there, so we did not have a chance to cancel without penalties. There was a temporary restaurant and bar set up in a conference room.

The hotel is in a great location looking over the river and backs up to the historic area. It is very walkable to all the sites and the Fort. The pool was great for cooling off after a day of sightseeing.

Cons: #1-valet parking only which we didn’t know about until we got there, $40/day. #2-the beds were hard! Hampton has much nicer beds. Pros: convenient walking the historic district. Beautiful. Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. Hidden gem in all of St Augustine is Aviles restaurant in the hotel. Dinner was expensive, but quality and service is outstanding. Breakfast prices are reasonable. Overall, we will not stay again because of the beds. My back was sore the whole trip. We will eat at the restaurant again.

After reading all the great reviews, my husband and I booked this hotel for a MUCH needed night away. When we got to our room, we noticed multiple sheets and blankets on the bed were stained. I called the front desk and they assured me it would be taken care of. We came back to our room later that night to find multiple (new) stained sheets and blankets on the bed. We paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel and were VERY disappointed with our experience. The great location wasn’t worth the night of sleep lost. We will be staying elsewhere if we return to St. Augustine in the future.

Room floors and base boards very dirty. The hotel was participating in Night of Lights, which elwere beautiful, however they had public activities at the main entrance. Who thought that was a good idea. People blocking guest access to doors and try leaving in our vehicle. Peopld blocking the driveway and valet. We also found out they were not going to honor our reservation on Open Table made in August for Xmas Day. Panic set in! One of the wait staff did accomandate us and straighten everything out. Probably will not stay at this property again.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious; exceptionally friendly staff (huge kudos to ladies servicing the in small bar and in housekeeping--outstanding! These ladies went out of their way). Only constructive comment to offer is regarding the shower faucet--move it closer to the door opening. Currently, to turn the water on, you have to get directly in front of the faucet, so you get blasted w/ COLD water until water warms. Great if you've been outside/on beach in 100 weather, but not so good otherwise.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!! We stayed in 109, it had a huge terrace facing the water. It was great having coffee out there staring at the beautiful boats. We highly recommend and will only stay at this hotel from now on.

Loved our room with the view of the water. Even though we were in a busy street it was very quiet in our room. The food and entertainment options were great and all within walking distance. Great tacos and drinks at Casa Maya. It’s a beautiful city and the Hilton was a great home base to explore it from!

A real gen nestled in the heart of historic St. Augustine. We sprang for a water front balcony room, and were not disappointed! We got to see river traffic while enjoying an evening cocktail and morning coffee on our balcony. Beautiful!

Beverly at the front desk was fabulous!! Hotel was in the perfect spot to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Balcony was a great spot to watch the main street crowds go by.

Stayed 4 nights with my wife and son. Absolutely everyone working at this hotel that we came in contact with was delightful. Valets, front desk, restaurant, cafe, or housekeeping, everyone was eager and happy to assist. All our requests were handled quickly and with a smile. The room was very clean, and it’s hard to beat the location. Within short walking distance of tons of food, shopping, and historic locations and attractions. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was fine until the middle of the night when hundreds of bugs came out of the drain and went all over the bathroom. In the morning they were slow to come and clean it up. They said they could not give us any price break because we booked it through Expedia and not them.

The place is in a perfect location and we have stayed here many times over the years. The rooms were very nice and clean. Unfortunately, the staff and amenities seem lacking. The person running the door and valet was not very friendly and seemed irritated that we needed help with our luggage and parking. Trevor, I believe his name was. That was obviously our first impression, which was not very welcoming. The only bar closes at 9pm each night, which was disappointing. After returning back from dinner it would have been nice to have a night cap.

Great hotel and service. Parking is pricey. Hotel lobby was under renovation when we visited but staff did great job managing it. They offer bottled water in lobby. We went through so many plastic bottles I wish they had a bottle refill station instead.

We stayed here for a quick overnight trip to explore downtown during the day while enjoying the Night of Lights in the evening. This is a cute hotel nestled in the historic downtown area. It was a pleasure to stay here and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in and park our vehicle (valet only) to venture the area by walking (close proximity to most things) or by using the free city bus (which the stop was right outside of our hotel). The location is perfect to do and see all the sites. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location right in the heart of the historic district in St. Aug. with everything you need in walking distance. The the check-in & valet parking when you arrive was a breeze. Room was clean and the only thing I'd add is that it is right on the main road so it can be loud at times if you're a light sleeper but we did not mind.

Excellent location to walk all of downtown St Augustine. We had a a really pretty room too. We ate breakfast on property both mornings because the food was so good! Fresh and well priced too, with impeccable service.
