I had an 8 hour layover and this hotel was super convenient. I called and asked for the shuttle bus to get me and it came within 15 mins. They have a restaurant within the hotel which was really good and the staff was super nice

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It's a great location, comfortable room & bed, nice pool area, but it wasn't quite what I've come to expect from a Hilton. Our bathroom, the bottom of the door was rotten and breaking off, the bottom couple inces of the metal door jam had just rusted away, the shower flange around the shower head and the knob wasn't attached to the wall. I thought maybe it was just our room, but I noticed the room across the hall from us, the bottom of the door was rotten to where you could see into the room! The pool area is nice and big, but there are only 10 old lounge chairs that need new cushions. I usually love staying at Hiltons, but next time I may try one of the newer hotels nearby.

Property overall decent, older facility with renovations. Only bad thing is elevator service lack luster. Had to wait extended periods to go Up... ended up walking Down 8 floors of stairs twice on our stay. Then you exit to the pool area and have to reenter the building. Waited over 10 minutes each time for elevator arrival on floor. Nothing ... pretty sad considering there are 3 elevators. Lobby attendant was not concerned with the issue, as if they know but not relevant.

Property able to check me in early, room was great, beds comfortable, everything in order. Walkable to Ray James Stadium for the concert and even provided a shuttle to the halfway point which helped a lot! Downside was ice had to be gotten at front desk, and snacks had to be charged by the front desk. Seems they had enough to do than ice or snack duties. I would highly recommend staying there if going to the airport or stadium

I found the rooms to be cleaned very well, however the cafe and buffet breakfast needed attention. Utensils and plates were not well cleaned. There were flies - and DOZENS of fruit flies all over the fruit and yogurt station. Very disappointing. I was only there one day. I would stay again, but i dont know if i would dine again on the property.

We chose this hotel due to the high number of 10/10 ratings. All we could think was that these ratings were rigged because there is not one aspect of this hotel to deserve a 10. The only exception was a kind staff. The hotel is old and dirty with stained well worn carpet. The exterior is not welcoming. The hallway was filled with pizza boxes/litter. Our room did not get vacuumed and smelled musty. The lobby area was dirty. The elevator was extremely slow. As our uber approached the hotel, I was immediately disappointed as all the surrounding hotels looked newer and better kept. The hotel is in desperate need of an update. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean, but the WiFi kept going out. I tried explaining to a woman who worked at the front desk, but she did not listen to me. Then I talked to someone working in the evening shift, and he admitted to me that their Engineer did not want to deal with it, so I was directed to call AT&T (their service provider) who told me to call the front desk back, because they needed someone at the hotel to reset their system. So I had to do my work using my phone as a hotspot. What made things worse was the next morning, the WiFi was still out, but when I went down to the front desk to ask if they were going to fix the WiFi, they said they had no reports of the WiFi being out, and another woman at the front desk (some rude Latin woman with glasses) told me that I should be happy that the WiFi was free, which it is not, because the Hilton website notes that it is a $9.95 charge for a faster version of the internet. The only reason I am not giving it 1 or 2 stars is that they guy who checked me in was able to get me into the room early (my flight arrived very early) and they seemed to have removed the internet charge on my bill. Honestly, those two women I talked to were the rudest people I have ever encountered at a hotel in recent memory.

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway with my wife for our anniversary. Over all is nice other than the balcony door was broken. I notified the check in clerk and was told maintenance would be up to look at it and they never showed. Also upon arrival looked up at the air filter for the a/c and saw it was filthy. It is a nice hotel, but I expected better from a Hilton.

We were in 113, right next to the weight room, and could hear the weights crashing at all hours of the night. The bathroom had an access panel which was misaligned and showed dirty. Paint was also peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. In the bedroom, there was a repair to the ceiling which wasn’t restored very well. And because we were on the bottom floor, we couldn’t open the curtains to let in any light as others would’ve been able to just see straight into the room. Overall, we were very unhappy with our stay.

The staff was friendly and the place was very clean. The amazing shower was a 9 out of 10. My issues were the a/c was extremely loud in the room and my curtain would not close all the way. My real complaint is I paid extra for a top floor balcony room I want my balcony door to open please. When I informed them they just said "yea some work some don't" and left it at that. A little irritating but go and make your own opinion.

Staff was very helpful. They held our luggage while we went exploring because our room wasn’t ready. I was on a walker and they gave me a room that accommodated my needs. We left our wallet in room at check out and the hotel driver was nice about returning to pick it up before heading to airport. The cold water in lobby was amazing. Staff very friendly.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was unwilling to help, will push you aside and is unwilling to help you in any way shape or form. Dont expect your reservation to be accepted with this hotel. They’ll tell you they don’t have the reservation and run you around. Not worth it. Don’t waste your money.

I had such a great stay but was later notified by my bank that I was double charged. After jumping through several hoops and being transferred over and over again..I ended up having to dispute the charge directly with my bank. Times are hard right now…Hilton needs to be more careful. It shouldn’t have been this difficult to get into contact with someone at Hilton who could handle my issue.

We showed up to the hotel and there was a notice that all water would be shut off. We needed to get a new hotel and the manager was very rude when we tried to deal with him regarding proof of us not staying there so that we could get a refund. VERY poor customer service skills.

Spectacular property and rooms were stellar. Close to everything yet very quiet. Restaurants everywhere and Raymond James stadium is right around the corner. Staff was all world class. Overall the hotel was nice and clean. It has good amenities like the pool, fitness center and restaurant. The fridge in my room didn’t work well and I wasn’t informed I would be charged for parking but I would stay here again. They are located conveniently near a lot of stores and a nice mall.

Far from the claims of a 4 star hotel, 3 at best. $25 for the breakfast buffet of powdered eggs that is probably free at the Fairfield next door. Do yourself a favor and find the closest First Watch for breakfast. $25/day to park and now have to dispute a parking ticket. I have all of the receipts for parking, but the fact that I have to spend time disputing parking a week after my stay is a frustrating inconvenience.

Wonderful staff from lobby to waitstaff to check-out. Room nice, up to Hilton standards . I didn’t use the gym tho it looks well-equipped. Didn’t use parking. The shuttle is timely. The worst thing I can say is that the food is mediocre at best (I didn’t try the breakfast buffet). But that’s not why you come to a hotel for a short stay … they said there were a lot of dining options down the street…

I arrived at the hotel at 1 pm and was told that check in was not until 3 but “good news…we have a room ready for you”. I said “great, thanks”. He said it would be $25 for early check in. They had a room ready and I had to sit 2 hours in the lobby waiting to let me in because I refused to pay when my room was actually ready. When I mentioned to the manager via emails he was very uncaring and said that only Hilton Rewards members get early check in. I AM a Hilton Rewards member and they knew it because my TV in the room welcomed me as one. But the next morning they came to clean my room three hours before check out.
