Very short stay. Checked in after 9pm and left around 5am. Flight out of St. Pete was cancelled and we were forced to stay an extra night, unplanned. Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Would have given all 5-stars except there is no shuttle to the airport in the morning. Had to Uber and add to an already expensive extra day. Maybe that's the norm in Tampa (first visit) but it's the first time that we've had hotels that close to major airports not offer shuttle service.

Breakfast was nice. Would have liked a little more variety with it. Housekeeping only came once (was supposed to come twice) and only did 1/2 of our place. They said the pool was heated but it was clearly not. Check in staff was wonderful! There was an issue with the vent light above the stove, but was taken care of quickly. States that 6 people can stay in a suite, but just enough dishware and utensils for only 4.

I was very impressed with the location. Everything is in close proximity. If you ever attend an event at Raymond James stadium I highly suggest walking to avoid getting stuck in traffic. I didn’t like the limited parking on site.

Sadly we didn’t know they were under renovation. Pool was open but had lots of small pieces of debris floating in it. Not the breakfast we expected- it was a modified one. Staff was friendly , room was clean and close to excellent dining options. Would stay again , but not for price we paid while renovating. Had we known we would have stayed elsewhere - it was our 25th anniversary and the small things were important to why we chose that location.

The room was musty the whole time. Smelled like cigarettes and pee. Human pee. Also, rennovations going on on the third floor. That's just fine, but did you really have to put us on the second floor where they are doing work right in the room above us at 8am every morning.

Our room was very dated and dirty. The floors were worn and dirty. The walls and doors also needed a good cleaning or paint. The bed mattress was old with a big divot in the middle which made sleep uncomfortable. Someone had the fridge set on the coldest setting which froze all of our food.

My family and I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were clean, tvs in every room, love the shower pressure, and the beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The free breakfast was also good especially the waffle maker. The staff was nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. 10/10!!!!

The room was fine EXCEPT the noise from the air conditioners was like being on a factory floor. I have never been in such a noisy room in my life. The entire room vibrated. It is unbelievable that the designers / architect could have ignored this horrendous situation. DO NOT STAY HERE IF NOISE IS AN ISSUE FOR YOU!!!!

All was fine and the room refresh is very nice. Just very noisy hvac and when hvac was off the street noise was loud even as a guest on the 8th floor. May need to consider upgrading windows.

I was told there were “only 2 ladies” working in housekeeping after we had returned at 5pm and our rooms had not been cleaned. This was on the second night of our stay. We left again and came back to a partial cleaning. Bed linens not changed or bed made, floor not swept. Breakfast ran out of several items before the 9:30 end time and again we were told there was only one lady working the breakfast area by herself. I felt so sorry for her as she was practically getting yelled at by another guest. This property has been renovated and is nice, the staff is nice but they clearly need more help. Maybe it was just a rough week staffing wise. Other than that, everything was fine.

I made my reservation online and when I went to pay at the hotel, I don't know what the carpeter was doing, he declined my cards. The bank blocked one of them due to suspicion of fraud and charged me twice for the total amount of the reservation on another. The next day, when I realized it, I went to talk. They treated me horribly and did nothing to help me. They told me to sort it out with my bank.

Let me start by saying I was traveling alone to visit a family member who was diagnosed with Stage 4 terminal cancer. It was a very emotional travel experience. I was greeted by Dominique at the front desk - she was lovely and very accommodating. She was able to answer any questions I had and called me as soon as the room was available. She was a breath of fresh air since I was traveling alone. During my stay we also met Tony. He was very engaging and helpful. At one point the fire alarms had went off and had to evacuate. He moved swiftly and encouraged everyone to remain calm and exit the building. He was very calm / reassuring under pressure! Once the issue was checked and cleared we all were back into our rooms. The continental breakfast was absolutely YUMMY and a great way to start the day. Lastly, my accommodations were very nice and CLEAN! The bed comfy & the water pressure amazing - you don't find that often while traveling.
