The staff was very nice but the location was werid. It was in a shady area and the spots of the parking lot are small. A F150 or bit trucks will not fit in their spots. Parking is limited. The breakfast was barely anything so do not count to eat breakfast at the hotel even though it is included. The tv remote was missing from our room. The hallways smell like mildew but the room was ok for a one night stay. I would not stay longer than 1 night here.

Check-in was quick, but the elevator was not working and I was put on the third floor. I had to lug most of my things up three flights and my bike. The main light switch in the room was not working and the safe in the room did not work because the battery was low. The hot breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. However, the waffle maker wasn't working properly.

Room did not have a closet, just some rings hanging out from the wall with no hangers. The fridge was just sitting on the floor alone next to a wall. They say they have housekeeping but did not come to my room. When I mentioned it to the person at the front desk they said because I had the do not disturb on my door. We took that sign down and was out of our room at 9:30 am. So does this mean they were going to do it at 8am?so apparently they never even tried to go back and look if it was off. Our bathroom sounded like it had a leak every time the people upstairs took a shower. This is also under an underpass and you can hear the cars and motorcycles all night. The big king size bed only had 3 tiny pillows and the room did not have a blow dryer like they advertised. I had to go to the front desk and they gave me more pillows and a blow dryer. They also did not have enough room for parking and people had to double park on the side of the building. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again.

It wasn’t your finest la Quinta but it was very clean. We were on a road trip for 3 days prior to arriving and needed to wash our laundry only to be told that the in-house quest laundry was out of service. Luckily there was a laundromat a few properties away. Also we noticed the morning breakfast juices from the dispenser were very watery like they were watered down (?) Staff was very pleasant. They were at your beckon call and provided as per your request and that we stayed there for 4 nights made that nice. Very convenient location to eateries, Laundry, stores, etc.

The room was damp and smelled of mildew with cherry chemical air spray to cover it up. My clothes became slightly damp when I hung things up. I saw a roach in the bathroom. I left early because I was feeling sick in that room. Never again

Property reception was pretty and clean. First room I was given the curtain was hanging, duvet was stained and room smelled of cigarette smoke. Went to desk and requested a new room. Second room smelled like mold and duvet was stained, carpet was stained, and box spring had food on it. This hotel was not clean at all. The desk clerk was super nice and professional. My daughter and I left. We did not stay. Cleanliness is a problem at this hotel.

My family and I were bitten by bedbugs. We also as a huge roach in the bathroom that was smashed on the wall. The hotel smelled like mildew in the hallways and in our bedroom. The breakfast buffet was not well maintained.

The hotel is dirty and smelly! They have bugs in the rooms and they smell Moldy! The halls smell like sewer! The ceiling had visible what appeared to be water stains and I hope not mold!

The photos online are very misleading. This property is disgusting. My tissues in the bathroom were wet and when I lifted the cover off the box there was mold growing on the tissue box and cover. It looked like there was mold on the ceiling too. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

So dirty in the first room he showed me it had a bunch of long hair in the bed, the second room did not even look like it was cleaned from the previous person. It so so bad that I refused to stay and check out and had to pay 2 times as much at the Hilton but that was at least worth the price.

Quick trip in and out of Tampa. Hotel is old, somewhat clean except the room had dirty towels left behind the door. Looked more like a cleaning towel but either way shouldn’t happen. Bed is old and out of date as well.

The room we had was recently renovated and overall was not bad. It was a bit pricey, but so is everything else this time of year. The real negative is the noise from the road. All night it was loud modified exhausts racing up and down the street. Not the hotels fault, but It kept waking us up. They should lean on the police for some late night traffic enforcement.

The curtains in the room do not close. They have some white curtain that is see thru. But you cannot close out the light.. this is the only hotel in my life i have ever seen without curtains to block the light. Worst nights sleep i have gotten just terrible how cheap are the peoole who own thos place...

Two nights I was there and repeatedly had to ask for a different room, the beds were like sleeping on concrete, pillows stuffed with towels. We had to contact the police as there was a domestic fight right outside my door that went on all night long, hotel staff did nothing about, my kids were traumatized and did not feel safe at all. They had drug addicts there. The people that were fighting come to find out they live in this hotel. They threw everything out of the room there was crashing and banging. This girl was hit repeatedly. But they did nothing about it. It’s as if they brushed it off because they knew people lived there. It was a horrible experience when you have little kids with you. The hotel manager is rude and dismissive of everything. Even when contacting the police the hotel still doesn’t care. Please don’t bring your children and stay here. I regret it!

The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and informed. They were great with which to interact. The room was adequately queen. The room was quiet. I especially enjoyed the pool setting. Would definitely return. It was also conveniently located between Tampa and St Pete.

It started out on a bad note, I didn't arrive until around 9:30 pm and perhaps that had something to do with it, but I stood around in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up and check me in. When I finally headed to my room, the first thing that greeted me as I stepped off the elevator were two room doors that looked as if "The SWAT Team" had tried to force their way into them!!!

Our room was clean. The housekeeping service was fantastic. Quiet for being on a busy road. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately our hallway always smelled like marijuana due to other guests.

Friendly front desk service and convenient texts before checking in but what’s local. Convenient for traveling with a dog. I would recommend asking for a rear facing room because there is a busy road in front of hotel. Complimentary breakfast had my favorite DIY waffle maker and the local paper.

The internet had a lot of problems and they don't maintain their breakfast area very well, ran out both mornings by 8:30, when it's supposed to operate until 9am. Decent place, just lacked there.

I like that the property has been updated but the continental breakfast not too good …. The waffle batter was too watery so waffles ended up soggy inside — also scrambled eggs were cold and rubbery —- maybe a nearby microwave unit can help

Needed a room close to Raymond James Stadium. Great value. But, at 7.5+ miles away, in traffic it was sooooo far away. Bathroom sink emitted a sulfuric avoid accent like rotten eggs; alerted the front desk-- see if it gets fixed. Breakfast was ample and typical but eggs were dry and overcooked.

This property was very expensive for what was provided. The hotel was under renovation and there beds, flooring and other stuff all over the place. In the hallways etc. There a substantial water leak in the lobby and there was water pouring into the lobby. This caused breakfast to be cancelled and front attendant was rude about it. Beds were very hard. There are not enough parking spots for all booked guests.
