We stayed here one night with our family of 4. The pool area was like a resort. The staff was friendly and kind. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was perfect, had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely atay again!

The only draw back was the stairs up to 2nd floor due to no elevators in building. Carrying luggage up those stairs was hard. But it did say no elevator on website so we did know ahead of time. This was the prettiest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at, and especially the outside courtyard.

This is a beautiful property in a very convenient location. They also offer a shuttle service for a small fee of $35 which is well worth it. They will drop you off and pick you up again in a 4/5 mile radius. Great service. Property staff and maintenance do a wonderful job keeping everything looking well and very friendly. Ended up staying here because of the positive reviews, and was not disappointed. Granted this isn’t the most glamorous hotel in West Palm Beach, but staff were friendly, the room was clean, AC worked well, beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was a welcome surprise, and by far my favorite service they offered was a one time $35 shuttle service payment which granted you the ability to shuttle anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel for the duration of your stay. I saved a lot on ubers just because of this service. Definitely would come back and stay here in the future.

This is an older motel that has been well kept. There was a good, hot breakfast every morning. There aren't any elevators and we were informed ahead of time, so able to request a ground floor room. The gardens and pool area were well kept and peaceful. It had a southern antibellum/Caribbean vibe that was very relaxing. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend .

Place is like from 1970s. It feels like a shelter. Pool wasn’t working but people didn’t care. They were inside the pool. The room had like an old smell. The location is great. Outlets, stores and restaurants were across the street. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was really good.

My time at BW WPB was one to remember but not all great reasons. Unfortunately my family and I had to deal with these tiny flies (looked like fruit flies) that were found in certain areas of the room including bathroom. I wish I could upload the videos I have, it would provide a better description of what I’m referring to. There was an exterminator who helped spray the areas, and we did not see anything for rest of that day, but by our second day a couple more flies appeared and it was too late to change rooms.Definitely had to shake out clothing and other items to not bring any tiny bugs home.

I just thought overall it didn't live up to my expectations. The pictures on the website made it look a lot nicer than it looked in person. The pool is heated but it definitely wasn't very warm unfortunately. Our room was fine, just nothing too special, nothing really wrong with it though. The staff was nice and helpful. Getting out of there can be a little challenging at times because of traffic. Overall it was just ok, nothing really bad, but nothing really great either.

I was first greeting by Ron who checked us in and was very professional with extremely positive energy and very accommodating! His positive energy really set us on a great start. The hotel has a pool, rooms are cleaned, gave as many towels as needed. Provided pool towels and information. The back has a nice decent pool, Landry room if you want to wash your clothes. They have games and much more. Breakfast was decent. Staff was super friendly. The beaches are very close. If rented a car we hit Palm beach, Boca, Delray, and Miami all within 1 hour or less. There are outlets across the street and a target across the other street! Excellent location and service!! Upon checkout was super easy and the gentleman Ralph was super helpful with last minute things. He was professional and accommodating. Thank you for hiring such a great staff and adding positive vibes to my stay making me feel comfortable and appreciated!

Staff was great & property very clean, tidy & decorative even though building is older. Great price for convenient location. Only slight negative is that the street is very noisy. Cars racing reving motors & several fire trucks going by. The hotel cannot control the outside noise, but if a person needs quiet then they would need earplugs.

This hotel is fine but I have two complaints: one, I could hear guests seated outside my room talking for a good portion of the early evening and two, the breakfast was really poor quality and not even worth eating. Great grounds and nice pol but the free breakfast was not worth the incentive to stay here. I wish I picked somewhere else, they ran out of milk and bananas and after asking to replenish I was ignored and I ended up eating nothing since I cannot have carbs due to a diet restriction. Despite it being a throwback to 1960, it was clean and comfortable. The courtyard with the pool was quaint and was being utilized by many guests. There was a large group with several kids having a pool party the night we were there. My husband got to use the pool...I did not. It looked like fun, but was too tired to bother. There was outdoor barbecues and large lawn games like a giant chess and giant Connect Four game. Breakfast was ok. Typical fare. Nothing to brag about. Overall, when I am able to return to Palm Beach for a decent hotel at a decent price, I'd come back to this one.

I love almost everything about it. What I dint like will not keep me from going back. Breakfast I just wouldn’t call it a full breakfast it was just like any other place advertising continental. Parts of the dad water pressure was low. Everything else about this place was excellent especially my check in young lady but I can’t remember her name
