The hotel was a perfect fit for location, cleanliness, and customer service. We were pretty much 30 minutes from every ball field we played at during our stay. The room was immaculately clean and the pool was a nice little bonus! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Would not hesitate to book again!

The one thing that aggravated me was the $10.00/day parking charge. The hotel is located in the suburbs where motor vehicles are the most common form of transportation. The hotel is not located in center city where people can walk around and/or use mass transportation. Thus, the daily parking charge is not justified or good policy.

There had obviously been a fire of some sort and the place smelled of burnt plastic. Fans were going everywhere and wires were hanging out of ceiling all over the place. The 2 ladies at the counter were extremely rude and not helpful at all. We were there to visit a local area for my daughter’s birthday and when I asked about it, I was just told it’s 5 minutes away. I asked about the shuttle van and she rudely said it isn’t running. When I asked about the horrendous smell the ladies were rude about it too. The shower didn’t get hot, but stayed only lukewarm. The elevator is past due for inspection, made a scary noise every time, and we got stuck on it for about 3 minutes one time. The room was nice and luckily the smell wasn’t in the room.

I was disappointed that the shuttle to Avalon was only available one time. I was told there was not staff to operate the shuttle which was 1.2 miles away.

The Elevator has been broken for months. I stayed there around Christmas and it was still broken at Easter. Other than that it is a clean comfortable room for a good price. I will stay there next time I am in town. Side Note: Free coffee might me nice.

We love Alpharetta and this is our 2nd time staying at this courtyard and we always have a good experience. It is near a lot of dining options and shopping...the best part is its really close to our favorite Cracker Barrel, ha! The hotel have little pods/cubicle in the lobby which was a great area for work; I had a little bit of work to do during my stay. Their gym equipment is decent. If i had to nitpick, I thibk the bathroom/shower needs updating- this is not a deal breaker at all but i high powered/pressured shower and/or bigger hot tub would be really greatlt appreciated especially for long hours on the road. Otherwise, we are pleased and would stay here again!

We were put in the wrong room and the room was dirty with hair in the shower, bed, and on the bathroom floor. When it was brought to the staff's attention she had an attitude. I will never stay here again. We paid for one room and got a completely different room. Not happy at all!

Great experience! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was delicious! Maria in the Bistro, was so pleasant and always went above and beyond for us! Some soundproofing is needed as we could hear our neighbors laughing and snoring. However, it wouldn’t deter us from revisiting. We will be back.

My husband and I had been looking forward to our stay here, as it was the first Courtyard we had stayed at since approximately 2000. Prior to then we had been able to frequently stay at Courtyards. We were disappointed by how small the room was, the limited horizontal surface space and storage space in general, and with the abysmally small 'refrigerator'. This was a dorm-sized fridge, but did not have as much interior space as dorm fridges have. There was literally space for one six pack of soda, one tall bottle (think liter bottle), and one ledge 3-4" deep by 11" wide and 7" tall. The sofa, while firm, which I like, was so deep that there was no way to take advantage of the sofa back without climbing onto it. As my husband was recovering from surgery, that did not work well. Overall, disappointed.

Multiple things upset me during my stay. One being room service, upon checking in I was asked if I wanted my room serviced I said yes! Upon returning to my room the first 2 nights my room was not cleaned. Same dirty towels, no toilet paper, trash not emptied. Called down to the front desk, no answer literally rang for 30 minutes. I go down to the front desk at 1am ask them if there’s an issue with their phone’s they responded no, so apparently they ignore calls from hotel guests. The ice machine on the first level was clear on the other end of the hotel. This hotel can use some major upgrades. Best thing is it’s location to stores and restaurants. Within walking distance to a shopping plaza.

They gave my suite to someone else after having it reserved for over a month. I was given a dual queen room. I specifically reserved a king suite. No refund was offered on the price difference. I was guven a bottle of water fir the inconvenience. I will never stay at this location again.

We stayed here for two days visiting a friend on our way to Helen, GA. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. They have a diner on the premises, but the menu is very limited, however if you don't feel like leaving the hotel it is convenient. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and shops basically in the same lot or within a block or two. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area.

Not the best experience. They gave us the wrong room and we ended up in the wrong half of an adjoining suite in the room next-door was very loud. They did correct us and give us another room and gave us breakfast. They said they have a restaurant and bar. The restaurant was only open from 7 to 10 for breakfast. The bar was not open on the weekend. Very disappointing.
