Great location! Right next to the mall and a lot of food options. Breakfast has a waffle maker station. I was hoping flavored creamer was available for coffee. There are 2 elevators. One at each end. I didn’t realize there were 2. Hallways were very warm. I was sweating every time I left and came back. Ice machine is not on every floor. It was broken on one floor and very slow to produce ice on the other floor. Side door entrance needs a key and the key pad was a hit or miss on whether it worked. I had to walk all the way to the front of the hotel.

Well I got in pretty late like 10 in the evening I was only staying one night and they charge a $175 hold on my card which is ridiculous And then I had to walk all the way back to the back elevator because the one in the front Elevator was broken and I was there six months ago and the same elevator was broken but I had to walk to the back of the hotel to get on the back elevator that’s sad I won’t be back to the La Quinta Inn and suites

Stayed two nights and it was pleasant. The elevator had an out of order sign but was operating and people were using it, it was weird, but other than that it was a really good stay .

The room was great, though the floor needed cleaning. We had to wear slippers. When I made the reservation, there was a $25 pet fee indicated per night. When I checked in, the staff said the fee was $25 per pet (I have two), and the total would be $50! All he offered was to tell management to change the website. They also told me that the rear door to the property had a broken card reader, so they were propping the door open with a rock. Not very good for security! Also, one of their elevators was not operating.

I was really disappointed by this hotel’s condition given other reviews. Our room smelled musty and humid and that was confirmed but rust on metal parts. I found bits of food from previous guests on the floor and you could plainly see it was not kept clean. The bathroom had mold in the shower and we found a cockroach in there. Also, the beds had such an imprint from other guests that you were forced to sleep in one spot and it killed my back.

After completing the check in online, we essentially had to complete a whole check in with the front desk. Not sure what the point of doing the online check in was When we arrived in our room, we noticed the linens on the bar and the pillow were dirty. Both the pillows and the comforter had black stains a dirt marks on them. There was also hair in the sheets. When we went to the front desk to ask housekeeping to change the linens, we were told “housekeeping was almost done with their tasks for the day” and we were given one sheet. This wasn’t sufficient, and we insisted they change the sheets and pillows. The front desk staff was rude and we had to essentially force them to change the sheets so we could sleep in a clean bed. That being said, the woman is housekeeping that ended up changing the sheets was very nice and helpful.

We have been staying at La Quinta Hotels and I think after this cross country road trip we did and stayed at a number of La Quinta Hotels, we will never stay at any of these hotels anymore. This particular hotel if not the worst, one of. La Quinta should demolish all their old hotels and construct new ones. They are dirty, with awful smell, and cockroaches in some of their hotels. They are trying to cover the smell by putting or spraying scents or bleach. It just make it worse. Carpets are filthy on the hallways. Absolutely gross!

I think it would have been an overall great experience but I just can't do bugs. The room had roaches. The hallway floors were dirty. Breakfast items could be better. Water pressure in the shower is so low. Bed was very comfortable. Room was cool. Easy parking.

When I checked in at approx 6 pm, the young man at the front desk was helpful. At 9 pm, when my keys didn't work, it took me 15 minutes to find him and reactivate them. The same thing happened on the second night. His idea of customer service was to relate issues to himself. On my first morning, my bathroom floor was crawling with bugs!!! I immediately went to the front desk, where Miss Raymona was helpful, and moved me to a new room on the first floor. However, the shower had black mold in the grout on the floor...I mentioned that to Miss Raymona as well. I spent two nights, had two major cleanliness issues, and am not a happy customer overall. Miss Raymona was the only good point. I'm also disappointed that only $25 was discounted off my bill...especially because the issues were for cleanliness and BUGS!!!

The room had dirty towels in it. There were bugs all over the floor in the bathroom. In the bedroom area there was a huge dead waterbug. Complained to the front desk 3 times before getting a new room. (Have pictures, but couldn't upload)

We had double beds and one of the beds was obviously never changed. The sheets were stained, there was hair on the sheets and quite a few crumbs of something. Someone made up the bed like this….it was gross!

There were cockroaches in our room absolutely unacceptable. The sheets were also dirty and stained and several hairs in the pillows. We had to change rooms 3 times and didn't even get anything out of it. We are Wyndham owners and that didn't get us anywhere. 👎 They should reach back and offer us some points or free nights or something because it was just awful.

The rooms are very large. The bedding is very comfortable. The free breakfast was sufficient. The service and staff were wonderful. Did not get 5 stars because the bathroom was a little shabby and we had trouble adjusting the air conditioner. New management explained renovations were taking place. We would stay there again if we need to.

Below average La Quinta in a super convenient and quiet location. The hotel itself is fine - somewhat updated but super old elevators, peeling paint, and the light hint of cigarette smell. Our room was comfortable but dated - the bed was soft and we heard little noise from other guests. But, the AC unit had seen better days, the shower had a spider living in the corner and the bathtub was covered in black hairs on check in. Not worth the $140 a night that we paid and I would not recommend when there are so many other, nicer hotels nearby. But we slept well so that’s really the biggest plus I can give.

We haven't stayed at a La Quinta Inn in over 5 yrs and won't do it again. After our first night we had 3 requests for maintenance. The lady at the desk could not have cared less. None were done. We got no maid service at all over our 3 night stay. The shower appeared moldy. The internet wifi just quit multiple times.

I had a nice stay there. It includes breakfast, which is nice and it’s 100% smoke free, which I appreciate immensely. The only issues which were minor, was doors slamming shut occasionally and the shower does not have a strong flow, which may be due to trying to save water. Those two things it was a nice place to stay.

The hotel was okay but we didn't get the daily clean or servicing in our 3 night stay. The continental breakfast was just okay, nothing grand. The worst part was that we booked a double queen room and those beds were NOT queen beds, they were doubles/full. AND the mattresses were awful! We stayed in room 423 and upon checkout made sure they knew that both beds needed to be replaced. It was God awful.

This property is in a great location for Alpharetta. The build could be in better overall condition but everything was smooth and clean. Mainly the elevators we're not on the best condition. Air conditioner/heater worked great.

Britney at the front desk . I appreciated the warm welcome and accommodating my early check in request. Also Britney went above and beyond to help me with travel needs by providing me with a driver who took me to my destination. She was able to negotiate a favorable discounted rate. Thank you to Britney for making my visit extra special. I did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned and refreshed on a daily basis but overall the property, rooms and common spaces were clean and up to par.

The only things we liked about this hotel was the location and the owner who was very nice. Cons: The staff is very unfriendly and makes you feel uncomfortable. When we checked in, the gentleman made us and other guests wait for at least 20 mins and did not even apologize when he came back. Later that night I came to grab some food, and the gentleman from the reception (bold African American) was nowhere to be found. He came back after 20 mins or so. The owner allowed me to sit with my pet and my kids at the breakfast area, but the ladies on Monday morning told me I wasn’t allowed. The rooms are outdated and the bathtub is dirty. We the cleaning lady mopping the floor with dirty water, and the hallway was smelling. And when we asked for some towels to the same cleaning lady, we felt like she was doing us a favor. The owner is the only one who made us feel welcomed. The staff made sure we won’t come back.

I was surprised by a $25 early check in charge- many rooms were available.i feel like the policy is unfair, it was not known before booking. These fees are disgusting and should be waived for loyalty members. The fee is a very large percentage of the room rate!

We really tried to make this a 4+ star experience by overlooking the chaos when we got there. 7+ people waiting in line with one person at the front when there were people that could have helped come up to the front and then leave. The room we got wasn't cleaned beforehand which was fine because we just let them know and left the hotel to do other things while that happened. However, the organization of this hotel just continued to show the need for corporate to come "spy" on this particular location. Every time I went to the front there was a line waiting to get help. At 8am the breakfast had not been restocked, juice canisters bare, and when I went to check out it took ~15 minutes for someone to show up to take my keys. It was probably the worst experience when I could have saved 30 dollars to go to a Holiday inn and gotten better service

Location is good to visit Atlanta as long as you don’t mind the drive (about 30 min). We also went North to Helen/Chattahoochee-Oconee National forest (about 1 hour). Clean but a little dated. Free breakfast was good. Right next to a big shopping complex.

Great convenient place to stay for a concert. Staff was efficient and friendly. Love that they have a pool but it needs to refurbished. They also need to water their plants. The poor hydrangeas were burnt up around the entry. Overall, they have really good coffee 24 hours which is nice with all the running around and there are many restaurants within walking range

In town for a show at Ameris and this was as good a $100 room as you can get. Hotel is small and very new and clean. Check in was quick, the room was comfortable and staff was friendly. It is super close to tons of restaurants and shopping areas so it was nice to have so many options w/o having to get back on the highway. Pretty close to the music venue as well. Breakfast was average but the waffles were great. I would stay here again for sure.

Parking was easy and the hotel is in a safe and convenient area with Starbucks, Taco Bell, and Chipotle all near it. Service was ok, front desk lady was nice. Walls seemed thick and we didn’t hear anyone from other rooms and bed was comfy. My only complaints would be the smell of our room and the breakfast. Our room smelled like mildew and wet dog. The smell seemed to be coming from the AC. Probably never been cleaned/never replaced the filter. The smell filled the whole room. The breakfast literally consisted of waffles, bread, muffins, bagels, powdered eggs, and sausage patties. That’s all. Overall, it’s was ok. Price was good and I would stay here again.

Good property overall. The initial room I checked into was dirty and I found a toe nail and the bath tub was filthy. I informed the receptionist and he was kind enough to give me another room which was nice and clean. The quality of breakfast is below average and needs to be improved.

Overall it was good. It was hard to figure out how to operate the gate at the pool after it closed shut on us when we went in. The breakfast was less than adequate. I went at 8:30 & everything was pretty much gone. I drained the coffee to get 3/4 cup & there was no one around to ask for assistance.

It was great that they keep the rooms smelling clean, without any smoking smells. The bathtub was dirty. It had a soap that looked like it had been there for days. We had an empty box of tissues. We had to dry our face with toilet paper. We also had only one roll to TP for 3 days. They could have provided more. The only thing we liked about the breakfast were the waffles. Just like any other continental breakfast (nasty fake eggs and sausage). Other than that, it was nice. The room was nice and the beds were comfy. The front desk was EXCELLENT! Great customer service.
