Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Alpharetta

A very nice hotel and the indoor pool is a Major plus. My kids really enjoyed it.

The indoor pool was freezing, either not heated or the heater was broken with no warning sign posted to let you know. There was also mold growing in the cracks of the tile in the pool area. Our room had a funny smell, couldn’t quite figure out why. And there weren’t enough wash cloths and towels for everyone in the bathroom.

Big room, clean Interior pool and fitness room always a plus! Nice breakfast

Staff was friendly and helpful. Needs more trash cans in room and the pool area needed some work. It smelled unpleasant and needed ventilation. Complimentary breakfast and drinks were excellent. Overall i was satisfied

This was my first time staying at Embassy Suites and I was not disappointed. The evening reception with the 2 free cocktails and the breakfast with the made to order omelettes sealed the deal for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer. My only complaints were the pillows were terrible. I suggest you bring your own pillows. They have no structure whatsoever. 3 pillows put together and they were still flat. Also, the elevators rumble, shake, and are extremely loud. They seriously need to fix those issues. Overall, the pros outweigh the bad and the little issues were not dealbreakers for me so like I said I would definitely stay again!!

They were working on the parking lot so there was limited parking, but a great place to stay.

My stay was great! The only thing i didnt like is the one of the elevator wasnt working and the working one was really slow.

We were attending a concert near Alpharetta in the evening and opted to stay overnight. This place had a good rate for a Friday night, which included breakfast on Saturday. The hotel is located within a half mile of GA-400, just north of Northpoint Mall. It is in that common satellite area which surrounds your average mall for a half mile in all directions. Entrances are off North Point Drive, which connects to the larger North Point Parkway (which is shown as the hotel's address). Parking is in a private lot surrounding the building. It got crowded at night, but there were still spaces available when we came and went. The layout is rooms surrounding a large open atrium in the center. There are 6 floors, at least 5 of which have rooms (I'm not sure about the ground floor). They appeared to have an indoor pool and a small gym. Our room was quite spacious, with the bedroom separated from a 'living room' type area. The bathroom was outside the bedroom, which was also nice. There was plenty of space to open suitcases. It seemed clean. No oddities with the shower or other facilities. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m. weekdays and 7:30 a.m. on weekends. There is a self-serve area (bread / cereal / coffee / fruit / yogurt) and some sort of small hot-food counter / line where you go up and ask for sausage, bacon, or possibly an omelet that they make for you. I didn't go through that line. They issue you breakfast cards on check-in, and I think you may have to present those at the

The hotel needs updating. We found mold in the shower and a lack of cleanliness throughout. It was also very loud. The elevator inspection inside the elevator was expired. The pool looked dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.

This is an older property and it shows. There was dust everywhere. The room smelled musty. I definitely won’t be staying there again. It would be helpful if they shared on the website in clear language that there is a $75 fee for a pet. That’s not pet friendly at all.

Room needed some Dee cleaning. Sofa had stains, carpet needed cleaning. Room smelled musty so they changed the air filter and it was better. Didn’t get room cleaned 1 of my 4 days.

We liked the hotel reception area and the dining area. The breakfast was very good and we liked the variety of breakfast foods offered. One problem was we found a cockroach in our room which made us very uneasy.

We ended up at the Embassy by chance after a mishap with a pool at a different hotel. It was a literal last minute find with 1 room left. The room was so spacious, the pool was great, breakfast team was on point and so friendly and the beds were pretty comfy. Beds could have had a bit better mattress topper for more comfort but not bad - I’m just picky. We most definitely would stay here again.

It was just “ok” TV was sort of outdated and unable to connect to Netflix. Baby next door screamed and cried all night long.

The ceiling was so low that it was suffocating and not soundproof at all

The concept of all suites is still great. And free breakfast as well. But needs some renovation and more noice protection Also good is the environmental improvements

The property was very outdated. The walls in the rooms have that old fashioned popcorn texture, the carpet was old and stained and the room was very dimly lit with lamps and limited overhead lighting.

Room was alittle old and suite was small for family of six however the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent 5 stars.

I must say the stay was just ok. The check-in clerk was not nice. Only one elevator was working. The hotel was dated. i have stayed in other Embassy Suites before and i was not impressed with this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Alpharetta. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and Gabriela at the front desk gave me such a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful with a few small requests I had—she really made a great first impression. The hotel itself was serene and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a restful stay. That said, the reason I can’t give a full 5 stars is because my room felt noticeably worn. The carpet had many spots that made the room feel less clean, and unfortunately one of the chairs was wet, which actually left my pants dirty when I sat on it (definitely not ideal). Aside from that, the room was cleaned to a satisfactory level. Overall, I travel often and would stay here again because of the comfort, quiet atmosphere, and excellent service. With some room updates, this hotel would easily be a 5-star experience.

A lady and gentleman greeted me with big smiles and a welcome as I walked inside. The lady from Zambia who checked me in provided water and all of the information I needed without me having to ask. And, she seemed as happy as could be. The gentleman located a parking spot for me as the parking lot was under repair and then walked me back safely to the entrance. Cleanliness is VITAL for me and I even requested the cleanest room available and it was!

I submitted a photo along with my previous review. I called to asked what type of pool was there and I was told saltwater. My 11yr old was celebrating his birthday here with three of his friends. My son along with one of his friends eyes has become swollen and red, with extreme swimmers sting to the point that I ended up having to give them something for pain after repeated rinsing. I let the front desk know and he said that the pool is alkaline and that they have a first aid kit. Well, no first aid kit, but he did have I up and eye wash which he did not offer until I physically went down myself. It was total lack of compassion I will not return.❤️

Check in was a smooth process. Breakfast was great. Patricia was excellent.

Service staff was awful. The smoke alarm in our room was consistently going off. We called down to the front desk which they did not answer only to find her sitting there on her phone. When we let her know she said

Housekeeping going into my room after I put a sign on door not to enter. The restroom floor was filthy. The kitchen staff limited and hesitated to provide send portions of breakfast. They served rotten vegetables on a platter during happy hour. I took a picture of it.ive visited Atlanta for a couple of years we always stay vat this embassy suite s. However I don't think that I will again due to the hospitality this time.. upon early morning checkout we had to wait on the desk attendant to wake up in a back room to check us out . We didn't won't to be late for the airport. The bath room floors can be scrubbed with bleach or peroxide to bring up the scum and dirt .they served humus tdip the first night we were there and also the second night it was horrible serving left overs two nights in a row.. at breakfast a requested a sunny side up egg. The cook didn't know how to prepare a sunny side up! The scrambled eggs lie on the serving counter cold and uncovered. There should be another way to keep the scrambled eggs warmer. Anyway I didn't appreciate housekeeping going into my room when I requested that not. My belongings had been rummaged rummaged through

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. There were a couple of things that they could improve on, but it was not a dealbreaker for me. On this day, there were a lot of kids staying here. I think it might have been a team that was visiting and there were a bunch of young boys running all over the hotel. They were loud and disruptive and standing right outside my hotel room. I had to step outside and ask them to please move somewhere else and tell them that they were being loud. I feel like it's up to the property and security to notice these things And examine their cameras and tell hotel guest to keep the noise down. Parents should not have their teenagers running all over a hotel, screaming and making noise like it playground. Another issue was that the key card stopped working. I had to go back to the desk three times because each time they said they fixed it, it really wasn't fixed. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for a maintenance guy to come upstairs and try and fix the door. He took a little while to get the door open. I don't know why that happened but that should not have happened. The fact that it did happen and I had to make three trips back-and-forth and be locked out the room for over 30 minutes. they should have offered some kind of compensation and at least given me a formal apology for the inconvenience. The check-in process was not smooth. I booked two reservations via Expedia. He had a hard time finding the reservations. I had to be the one to locate it for him.

First of all, the young lady that was workingbthe front desk was AMAZING!!!!! She was very friendly and moved my room so it was near a window so I could see my loaded truck and trailer. She was personable and her smile(s) were genuine. The hotel it self was clean and nice. Might be a touch dated but that didn't effect my stay as everything else to property had to offer was awesome. Rate was definitely great. Checking in was ultra simple and the breakfast was full of options and definitely abundant.

Embassy Suites Atlanta Alpharetta is centrally located for easy access to shopping.

Great location, by plenty of restaurants and there is a target close by. Plenty of parking the rooms are clean and well maintained. Dining and reception area is spacious with a water fountain. I would definitely recommend this property.

Just a quick one night stay close to home to avoid traffic and be closer to a morning closing. Lots of good restaurants in the area. We tried Pappadeaux and were not disappointed. Staff was friendly and professional and the made to order omelet at the included breakfast was outstanding. Give it a try if your staying in the area.

Very nice hotel, very clean and breakfast was excellent. did not like the evening receptions as the wine they offer for free is not good and the snacks are set out and not replaced very often. the beer selection at the reception is decent.

The hotel was nice and clean. The happy hour was very good. I enjoyed the drinks and snacks. Breakfast was amazing with the exception of a rude employee named Patricia or Paticia. She was very rude and many customers was complaining about her. She was Latina and seemed to be racist towards blacks. Others were allowed to get omelets for other people if they had the card. I had my husband's card and she told me that i would have to go to the back of the line to order his omelet. She shut down a section of the breakfast area on the dot even though people were still in line getting omelets. That meant they couldn't get drinks, butter, napkins, waffles, fruit, etc. She closed the door and wouldn't let anyone in except a white woman who wanted more coffee. She also tried to tell people who were already in line that they could not get their omelets. A young man working, I believe his name was Pasquale or started with a P and another young lady cooking omelets were very nice and accommodating. He told the young lady who was cooking the omelets to go ahead and make the omelets for the people who were already in line. She previously wasn't going to because she said she had to follow Patricia’s orders.

Great breakfast buffet and an omelette station. Having a sitting room plus a bedroom was very comfortable. The place was very clean.

Went for a quick overnight stay to eat and shop in the area. Embassy Suites is usually our first choice and we usually stay at the one near the Halcyon. We decided to try this location since on our previous visits we noticed it was close to various shops and restaurants. We were not disappointed at all! The location is great, close to a lot of retail therapy! There are way too many restaurants to choose from. Also, the snacks at the evening reception were delicious! Breakfast had a lot of choices. This will now be our first choice when staying in the area!
