This is an older property but has been very well cared for. The public areas were clean and in good repair. The room was very clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly and answered requests quickly and with a smile. My only suggestion for this hotel and all hotels, please put a comfortable chair in your rooms. There is no place for your guests to sit down and relax at the end of the day. I would also ask the housekeeping employees to refrain from getting on the elevator with a bin full of dirty linen when there are guests on the elevator. Employees should never get on the elevator with their carts and such with guests on the elevator. I had a great stay and would recommend this property to friends.

Room was old and bad, tv is bad with non working remote Beds and pillows are not comfortable and AC didn’t function properly There was an onsite electrical charging station but the price is pretty high almost 4 times of any charger in surrounding areas with an initiation fee and $50 deposit, atleast for hotel guests it should be free, this is the first time seeing a charge for it Breakfast is very limited and most of them not working properly including the coffee machine

We ended up leaving after one night when we should have been there 3. We asked for a manager to call and no one has. We’ve called daily and have not been able to speak to a manager and no one has called. The room has no AC, they tried to fix it and we thought it was going to work but it didn’t. The building was dark, dim lights, bathroom was dirty upon arrival with hair in the tub and bathroom floor.

The first room we went to was pitch dark and smelled like mold. It was such a strong mildew scent that I had to request another room, which still smelled like mildew but was more manageable than the first room.

Awful stay. The room was musty and the air conditioner unit was super loud and squeaky. Not to mention the room was not super clean. There were several rooms apparently smoking becasie out entire hallway reeekd of weed and even the upper hallways were the same. When we let the manager know they were like oh well check it out but didn't seem phased. We had a 2 night stay and were there for a lax tourney. We were very disappointed and would never stay here again. Only positive was that breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Since we booked with Expedia the hotel informed us they couldn't do anything in their end. Very disappointing stay.

Located in safe area and close drive to lots of shopping/restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Overall hotel itself very clean. Weird smell when we first entered room (musty), but went away with some spray. Bed is comfy and shower is nice. Rooms are paper thin on lower level. Overall good value and so would stay here again.

I was so impressed by the staff working at this hotel. Everyone was helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was full of fresh food and fruit. There was an oatmeal bar that had over 15 choices for toppings. If I need to stay in the area again, I will be staying here.

The process from check in to our stay was the best. Absolutely everyone at this Fairfield Inn provided service with a smile and from the heart. The receptionist Nan was the best and was always attentive. Thank you for making us feel at home. We will be visiting this Fairfield in Alpharetta again

Perfect match for our needs for a one night stay. Came to Alpharetta for a concert at the nearby ampitheater, booked online, easy checkin with friendly staff, clean room with all amenities in order, good breakfast, easy and friendly checkout.

Room was clean, and staff was nice. Bathroom vanity is way too small - especially for 2 people. No service for 2 days over Holiday weekend. Hot breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Does not provide with very basic things like body lotions or extra blankets. The free breakfast has bagels, breads, not much vegetable options for Indians. 4 toast Toaster has only two 2 slots working, where you have to stand in long line. Pork & Beef was common at breakfast. They should think of adding atleast one chicken option except frozen boiled eggs and scrambled eggs.

it was very clean, didn't get to eat breakfast Sunday morning. Had to check out early in order to get to grandsons baseball game. sign stated that breakfast was served at 6 A.M. but Sunday morning I ask desk clerk about breakfast and was told that on Sunday's it was not served till 7A.M. would have been nice if they had told me that when I checked in.
