Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta Roswell

Hotel was being remodeled. Lobby was essentially closed. Room had been remodeled and was nice but mattress on bed was terrible. Think it was old and hadn't been replaced. Also, we had asked for a room with a bathtub and were given one with a shower only. Desk person said that was the case in all rooms.

Great rates 30 minutes to Atlanta downtown. Seems remodeled. Spacious king room/suite. Clean and modern. Nice facilities

Our room was on the 3rd floor and that entire floor smelled like animal urine. Could have been rat urine. I have no clue but it was very strong and disgusting. Also our room looked out toward the pool and they left very bright lights on all night that made our room impossible to get dark while we tried to sleep. Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at.

The property had been recently remolded and everything looked great! The staff that checked us in were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, stayed nice and cool, and easy to get it really dark for sleep. Bed was comfortable! If all Hampton Inn’s are like this, I’m now a Hampton Inn guy!

Excellent swimming pool.

I showed up and everything was under construction Young lady at check-in very nice. No one else. The place is a mess to say the least.My removated room had sheetrock dust, left items from previous guest, etc. To top it all off, I was seriously injured while taking a shower. The new doors have no stops to keep from smashing fingers.This stop should be at base of shower door. I am a florist and need my hands for my work. I also grew up in construction and identified the problem, but at check out, the ladyI spoke poor english and I felt it a waiste of time to try to expalin & needed to get to work! So unhappy! I took pictures of injuries and exect you have more complants very SOON! Shower Doors are DANGER, DANGER, DANGER

I was here in January when the renovation was undertaken, and now I am here to appreciate the results and enjoy them. The hotel looks great with the renovations. Very clean. The front desk Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will book here again.

We have stayed at this property before, but it has been renovated since. We liked everything about the room, bathroom and the breakfast was perfect!

We arrived to the hotel to learn it was under construction but were told our room was on recently renovated floor, so the noise shouldn’t be a problem. Room 314. Not only was it the first room off the elevator, but the ice machine, no kidding, directly across from our door in the hallway and the room is directly overtop of the portico over the entrance to the hotel. ( they must only give this room to those they don’t like). For a newly renovated room, 1) the toilet leaks heavily 2) the shower also leaks onto the floor (we took videos to show the front desk) 3) the barely repainted bathroom door had an upside down hook on it (can’t make this stuff up.) and the bottom of the door had buckling from obvious water damage (maybe the toilet and shower leaks?) upon our first days return to the room, we had received no housecleaning at all. Wet towels on floor still, bed unmade, nothing wiped down. When shared with front desk, the only response was “ok”. Upon further study of hotel up close, it’s absolutely filthy. The hall near elevator, the front desk area itself, and if you look up from the lobby, you can see all the finger and handprints reflected upstairs. It’s not nice. The “Renovated” room interior is cold , gray, and there’s no closet. Friends, if you must stay here, please don’t let them put you in 314. Oh and the free breakfast area was a bit scary. Front desk peeps were friendly enough, but I’m not sure anyone really cared or they would have wiped that area down.

This hotel was pretty much a great choice for my family's stay. I loved that the hotel has a fridge and microwave available in the room (most hotels are starting to get rid of these amenities). The room and bathroom was clean and appeared up to date. The frontdesk employees I interactes with during my stay were very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Clean spacious room, great front desk staff!

Very clean and quiet! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again!

Linens were a bit dingy but super nice and easy check in.

As our destination location on a long road trip, we had a pleasant stay here. Our room (& facilities) we’re clean and comfortable. Our in-room refrigerator wasn’t working properly and they promptly swapped it with a new one. For us, desk staff were friendly & courteous. Breakfast was average. My only complaint would be the doors are noisy when they close and depending if there’s a lot of traffic on your floor, late night or early morning, it can be annoying. Not much soundproofing from the hall if trying to sleep.

New TV’s could be a little more user friendly

The hotel room was clean and comfortable!! I would definitely stay there again!!!! I was very upset with the cable on the TV being out the first day there it was back working the following day.

The room was absolutely amazing. Lots of room and drawer space. A spacious bathroom. Huge TV. Comfortable lounge chair. Super friendly staff (especially LaKerrry who greeted us at checkin). Great morning breakfast buffet. Truly a wonderful experience. The ONLY issue we had was water pressure in our shower. It was a bit difficult to rinse shampoo out of your hair due to the non-existent pressure. Im hoping it was just our room and not an entire hotel issue. I would definitely book here again and cross my fingers that it was just a one-time issue.

Loved my stay. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly - LaKerry at the front desk was great and so helpful! Breakfast was hot - eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Will definitely be staying here for return visits. 5 stars all around.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a great bed. Did not like the fact that the ice was on only on the 4th floor.

My stay was great.. my only complaint was that my room was next to the stairwell exit so I kept hearing people coming in and out.. next time I’d prefer one away from the exit.. great stay overall

Everything was great except one thing. I could not get the blinds to pull down. I called front desk to ask for assistance and was only told “ you just pull on them” no offer for any other assistance. The lights from the pool and parking lot were bright not to mention the lack of privacy. I placed the ironing board up at the window and added pillows and cushions, wasn’t great but definitely helped. Other than that issue everything was good.

Great stay for two days. The room was very clean in the bed was super comfortable. Not too much on the breakfast selection but very pleased overall

Front Desk London Kelly was the perfect example of Customer Service. Personable and professional. He was a wealth of information and provided several options of places to go, things to do.

No room keys available. System was down when we arrived mid-afternoon and were not available until the next morning. When available the keys were placed on counter with room numbers and quite honestly I can taken several keys without being challenged. Security was nonexistent.

Check-In was a breeze! Everything was smooth and easy! Everyone was nice and hospitality was great

Great property and great customer service.

I was very displeased that room I reserved was not given to me. I reserved 2 queens for 3 people. There were none available upon arrival, only a king with pullout sofa. One adult had to sleep on the pullout. The check-in clerk said this was because booking through a third part does not guarantee the room. This us poor customer service when the hotel knows your preference ahead if time, and still doesn't folkiw through honestly. There was no notice ahead of time about the change. It's quite a dishonest practice.

We were put in a room that had another guest at first. Luckily no one was in there when we just walked in. But their belongings were everywhere. We walked back down and they handled the situation very quickly and politely. Over all a great stay and great customer service.

The rooms are nice, This last time our check in took Forever cause the girl was looking at the computer screen trying to help a lady, not sure what the problem was but it took an eternity for her to check her in then to move on to us! Breakfast was very slim & took awhile to replenish. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Need more Stars for the Staff score. All shift employees were beyond excellent, friendly and made my stay awesome. I’ll be back and I we’ll definitely tell my friends. Tom Dowding

It took a while for the front desk person to come out. This happened every time, 4 total. That was the only downside to staying here. I’d stay again.

I booked this room for a couple of nights to attend a live music concert at the amphitheatre nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. There were a few dining options within walking distance.

Clean, breakfast was excellent, coffee hot, nice customer service and accommodating, not loud noises to endure. Overall a great stay next to gas station, shopping, dining, and freeway access.

They need to have a pet free room or wing of a floor. Big dogs little dogs. AC wasn't working correctly. They fixed that Tv wasn't working properly. Wasn't addressed No business center 1/2 of toaster wasn't working. 1 toaster overall Spilled food in elevator No towels at pool
