The water broke, had no water. Room was not what i booked without fixing it. They told us it was a city water issue yet there were plumbers there working on it. Booked 3 months in advanced and i didnt get the room i bought. Otherwise fine stay.

Staffing seems to be a problem with many hotels now. Often no one was available at the desk and maid service was every other day. We had a maintenance issue and were given equipment to fix it ourselves since no one was available (we were also given the option to switch rooms.) Room was nice, and breakfast was delicious! Pool had algae growth.

Very outdated and old facility Rusted bathroom and bathtub Dirty windows: Not clean or clear. Wall frames with mold inside Misleading images: Don't trust the site images as they seem outdated. Terrible breakfast: Found eggshells in scrambled eggs. Low quality, tasteless food. Unfriendly staff: Not bad, but not friendly, making it unsuitable for a fun and relaxing stay. We couldn't find the hotel because of poor lighting no signs it just didn't look safe anywhere around the building. The staff were ok, no working wifi and no working ice machine except for 3rd floor.

While the hotel was very nice and clean, I was not told their WIFI was out until after I checked in. This is a BIG thing for me! The location is quiet. That was nice. However, the breakfast room decaf coffee was lukewarm at 8:00 am, and one of our key cards did not work. This is a big pain when your hands are full to look for the other card in your pockets.

The bed sheets were either dirty or there was bed bugs or mosquitoes in our bed. The bed wasn’t comfortable so we both did not have a good time sleeping. The outside pool seems dirty. The breakfast options were few and limited.

Property needs some serious updating and a good cleaning. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom was not cleaned and room was not vacuumed neither trash thrown out. I was not satisfied at all.

Service was great and helped quickly with issues. However the hotel was not clean from the carpets and the room we were given initially was full of bugs. Carpet was also extremely dirty in the hallway. Comfortable beds and good service people…. Cleanliness would definitely raise the stars on this hotel

Staff was fantastic. Easy access in/out. Breakfast bar was pretty good. But the rooms,including HVAC a d carpet need a serious updates from the 1980s to the 2020s. Strange smells in our room the whole time, so much humidity, faulty AC unit.

Although clean with reasonable amenities, the room was dank! The AC cooled the room well but seemingly did a poor job of removing humidity from the air, leaving the room very musty smelling. The same was true about the hallways, cool but damp and musty.

Excellent property for the money. We are traveling to college move-in with two packed cars so were looking for someplace safe. The hotel seems to be in a very safe area, parking is right out front, and the hotel is tucked away too so we felt very comfortable with our choice. Bonus is that we got a suite with a sofa bed (traveling with three large adult children who don't love to share beds) for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was basic but is always nice. Beds were comfortable. Shower is not fancy but water pressure was great. Sink outside the contained shower/toilet area is nice when traveling with multiple people. All in all very happy with this hotel.

The best hotel we’ve been in for a while in this class. HUGE room with a kitchenette and desk area, two queen beds, a separate bathroom sink area from toilet and shower! I would definitely stay in a Springhill Suites again!

My wife and I stopped for a one night stay on our way back home. Check in was very easy. There was a market where I was able to buy some advil for my wife as she had a headache. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the ac was very loud. We set it to low fan which was more quiet but didn’t cool the room like we wanted. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Thankfully we only stayed one night. We were in a room right next to the elevator and could hear it pretty loud. Closet doors would not close very easily and they were broken. We loved the full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles that were hung in the shower, but the conditioner was almost empty, barely enough for 2 people. Overall we would stay here again.Its in a nice area and private. We’d request not to be next to the elevator.

We arrived after a concert around 11:30 pm. The hotel did not have the room we reserved available for our party of 4. Michael, the night auditor, was extremely accommodating. He reached out to the manager who agreed to comp an additional room for us. Fantastic customer service!

Front desk person ( she said she was the front office manager) was not friendly at all even the manager was rude when talking to him. I would never go back to that hotel, they need more training on how to treat their people who spend money and make them feel comfortable. It cost nothing to be nice.

I arrived the next morning after my booking was scheduled to start. I was advised that not only was my room given away the same night, so my room was not available for me to check into, but that I was also billed for the room. Again, the room was given away the same night, so I was unable to check-in the next morning, but I was charged. So they made 2x the rate for one room. I am disputing with my bank as my room was not available, so I did not receive the service that I showed up for. The agent at the desk made zero effort to resolve, and I find it interesting that they were on the phone providing escalation directions to another customer to contact the manager due to dissatisfaction. Unreal!

Decent looking hotel not amazing or anything. I gave it 4 stars because great customer service, surrounding area was suburban and nice, and we appreciated the free breakfast every morning. We wanted to stay in the city but ended up here in Alpharetta. This ended up working out because Atlanta’s traffic was too much. There are things to do in Alpharetta so we ended up enjoying it.

Great bed and pillows! I slept so well. Its pushed back a bit so you have to walk a little farther than normal but we didnt mind. Price was great too!

Our tub was half full of water when we checked into the room. The drain must have been plugged . Half the outlets didn’t work for plugging things in. Beds were great. Breakfast was non existent . We came down about 830, and it was over crowded , and no food. We had to ask to have things refilled , stocked for over a half hour and watched others do the same. We sat there for 45 minutes without anything being restocked besides the tissues and cups. There was a couple pieces of bread as options. I get needing to restock but for over 45 minutes and then we still ended up leaving at that point to get breakfast.
