Stayed 1 night

The good: Convenient to other areas, easy parking, front staff very friendly. As usual it was a quiet stay without lots of disruptions, the bed was comfortable, and our room was clean. The bad: Parking was $5 which was not indicated on the listing we used to choose our stay. Irritating, but not a deal breaker. There was a huge crack in the front wall of our shower enclosure that ran all the way across the shower. And I'll NEVER understand why hotel showers never have enough light or ventilation. As usual, the curtains did not close in a way that kept out all the extraneous light but that's to be expected anymore. Breakfast is not something we choose a stay based upon but previously read reviewed raved about the breakfast so we thought we'd give it a shot. There was no drinking water available; coffee, hot tea, juices, but no water. It was apparently supposed to be a breakfast taco situation as there was a sign up that instructed how to build your taco, but there was no base. No tortillas, not even grits that you could use to fool yourself into believing it was polenta. There were bagels but no cream cheese. We were there for about 30-45 mins (arrived at 8am) and nothing new got stocked so it wasn't a case of being there at the wrong time.

Stayed 2 nights

My favorite part was the beds. They were very comfortable! The furniture itself was outdated, but sufficient. They accodomodated an early check in and a late check out which I was very grateful for. My only negative was that the ac Unit was hard to balance. In order for it to feel comfortable in the room, we needed the fan on constantly and the temp set low. The fan was extremely loud so we had to have everything louder than usual. Also, the place advertises "make your own breakfast tacos or burritos.", but there were no tacos, just eggs and sausag, pancakes and your usual, muffins and breads.
