The hotel is beautiful and clean. Walking distance to entertainment and foods. The only issue I had was checking with additional parking fee requested after paying for parking when I booked the hotel. They were saying parking fee is void through booking on your site due to how the fees are allocated. They don’t receive the parking fees and they are responsible for paying the city. He honored it because I was able to show were it said, free parking after I paid for the fees through your site. Please be aware so no one runs into this issue. Thanks

It was a very nice property. I loved how close it was to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly. If I could change anything it would be the size of the parking spaces in the parking garage, but that's just me looking for something to improve. It was an overall great experience. I will stay here again for my next work trip!

This is Marriott at its finest. The experience from the staff to the amenities is memorable. The indoor pool is 24 hours and heated.. and the jacuzzi - life. Stay even if you’re a local- treat yourself

The room and property was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and polite. We were within walking distance of the Riverwalk, museums and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a dirty towel in the shower, which was gross and I called someone to come clean it and they still didn’t. Finally, we had to move it so we could just shower. Then they gave us two breakfast vouchers, which really wasn’t enough for our trouble the next day our bed wasn’t made, and they threw our soap away without leaving anymore so then we got 10,000 points which is equivalent to like $50 still not worth it and the other price dinner at Augustino’s was also very lackluster. They didn’t even ask how our stay was when we left. The hotel should be in much better condition for the price. The service left a lot to be desired.

Staff was helpful and great but the room was ok. No trash bags, no tissues in bathroom but the biggest issue was spit in bathtub. The satellite check in was closed on the suite side so we had to navigate our way through the conversation maze to get to our rooms. Parking was a little confusing but they made it free at check so that was wonderful. The people were great but the overall experience was different.

First, let me say the hotel is incredible. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. However, for the price I paid for a room on a Thursday, I expected a little more. The room was tiny, the floor had stains...when I got off the elevator and entered the room, I felt like I walked out of a grand hotel and entered a Motel 6. Certainly not worth the price I paid for one night. I'd go back for dinner, but I would stay somewhere else.

I checked into my room around 6 p.m and the air was on 68 degrees and around 2 a.m my room was still hott. I couldn’t sleep and I had to be to work at 5 a.m there maintenance came to check it out and the air filter was clogged up. Also the shower wasn’t clean there was hair left in the shower and the water was like lukewarm.

I can’t say enough about the Augusta Marriott. My room was extremely comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful especially when I had to extend my stay for a day because my flight got cancelled. The bellman even made a special early to drive me to the airport in the shuttle. The location was also great - right on the Riverwalk. I was a very happy guest!!

Everyone was great, the hotel was beautiful. However did have an extremely rude guest next to us that played the loudest music and it took over 20 minutes for the front desk to get them to turn it off, then they proceeded to slam doors for the next hour. Would stay here again though.

I can’t even believe how bad it was…. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels. Some great ones, some not great ones. But I’ve never stayed somewhere quite this bad, service and environment wise. The outside area is fine, the location is fine, the restaurant is mediocre. But when we arrived, I had booked a king suite for me and my husband. They sent us on a scavenger hunt to find our room, and when we got there, it was a suite with 2 double beds instead of a king. No big deal, we’ll just go ask to be put in the correct room. When we got back to the front desk, the lady there asked if we “touched anything” like 5 times… no. We walked in, it was the wrong room, please put us in the right one. They gave us a new room, but acted as if we were the ones who messed it up. When we arrived to our new room, it was a standard king room, not a suite. Annoying since it’s not what we paid for, but whatever, it’ll do. But then, down the hall from us was a group of people, adults and children alike. It sounded like a few different rooms having a party going back and forth to each others rooms. Until well after midnight we got to listen to yelling, doors slamming, banging on doors, children screaming and crying. Just absolutely no common courtesy or consideration. The worst part is, this hotel is really big… and it was pretty empty. So it felt like they put us next to this noisy bunch on purpose.

Booked a suite. Wasn’t even in the main hotel. Was in another old building. Room was very cheaply renovated. Horribly uncomfortable furniture. No recliner. Roomed wreaked of bleach. No carpet. Laminate floors. Broken shelves in refrigerator. No trash bags in waste baskets. Right next to laundry room and could hear dryer constantly. Elevators were dirty and beat up

Great hotel and great restaurant food! Had to ask 3 times to get my car valet parking! Tried 3 times to baggage porter to get our bags he least offered to get a the cart for us. Booked two identical rooms for family wedding. My daughters room did not have couch like my room that I paid to the same! And they had our rooms on different floors.

I had to arrive late and tried to call to let them know but no one ever answered the phone. When i did arrive they were doing an audit and wasxtold i had to wait till that was done. Not a very good first impression especially for the price i had to pay. Not sure i will stay there again.

This hotel was not handicap accessible like I was told. The AYS Manager was very rude short and disrespectful. I was in town for a medical condition for my daughter and was not treated with the hospitality and respect that was deserved.

The clerk booked me into the wrong room. I went to the desk immediately and was told it was the correct lower level room. Next morning I asked again and eventually the manager changed my room. I spent a great deal of time on this and not doing the event I traveled to attend.
