Best Western Milton Inn

It was loud- could hear everything in the parking lot. No elevators, so had to make multiple trips up and down flights of stairs. It is a bit outdated, but the room was clean.

Only 1 out of 3 icemaker machines were working. Last year only 2 were working. Room key had to be reprogrammed. Room fridge froze everything I put in it. Even though it was after 4 o'clock and there were rooms ready, my room wasn't, even though I had a prepaid reservation

We had a first floor room, which we loved. Parking was plentiful and easy. Room was spacious and well staged. We will book again!

the stairs to the second floor were very steep and difficult for us to manage, the carpet in the stairway was dirty and lots of mud and construction debris on the stairs. The breakfast was good, the desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The woman that checked us in was very helpful, we needed additional towels which she delivered and helped us with our tv remote in our room. The room itself was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, will definitely visit again, thank you.

They removed an ice machine a few years ago that wasn't working and it hasn't been replaced. They do have one that is working, but it's in the other building. They're still having connectivity problems in the office. Paperwork could not be generated at check-in.

Definitely could use some work. The door did not have the flip lock, looked like it had been torn off. The room was clean, but dated. Had to go to the desk & request a Do Not Disturb sign for the door & the ice machine was not working.

Work crew had several shipping containers in parking lot making it almost impossible to park in front of your room.

Not a good value. Older property. No elevator. No wi-fi (unusable low strength signal) in our room. So-so beds.

I liked convenience to waking in the village streets and to shops / dinners . I did not like the upstair steps , narrow old wood stairs , narrow passage , hard to go up

I like the place because its convenient to where I had to be. The room could of been more cleaner (microwave needed good cleaning and possibly replaced cause it wasn't working right; hair left in bath tub when we arrived.) During stay they ran short on towels, wash clothes, and final night of stay didn't have any wash clothes in the room after house keeping said they'd put some in there. No ice cause ice machine was not working. At check out I asked for a receipt and was told that I would not get one because of going through a booking agent to book the room. Last year I got a receipt at check out, this time I didn't, because they said they had a change of policy that they cannot give a receipt out due to going through booking agent and that the booking agent would email me a receipt. I'm still waiting on a receipt to be emailed to me. Next time I have to make a trip down there I will stay some where else.

Room was musty when first arrived. There might have been a dog in room from previous stay. Floor was not vacuumed well and there was a live roach and other bugs in bathroom.

The bathroom area was not clean. I spilled some water and wiped it with a towel. The towel was black with dirt. There was hair in the tub and the water didn't drain well.

Wi-fi not working. Room smelled musty. Rugs filthy. Bathroom floor filthy. Was put in a 1st floor room surrounded by extremely noisy and inconsiderate construction workers and had to turn tv on with volume up loud just to drown out noise outside until after midnight!!! Breakfast terrible, rubbery eggs, rotten oranges. I would never stay at this establishment again!

For breakfast I got a moldy bagel and the towels and sheets had stains, who cleans them? Clearly scary

Maybe I got a bad room or I was expecting more from reviews. During my stay I was not satisfied with my one priority the Cleanliness of the room. There was hair on the stained bed sheet, hair in the shower/curtain. The room provided seemed it hasn’t been used in awhile because most of the surfaces were dusty. With that as a first impression I skipped breakfast. The location was great though!

The facility was quiet and clean

Mandi and the staff are so nice and are very concerned about your stay. I stayed in a room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The beds are super comfy and I felt very safe.

Room is nice and clean. Each room has a balcony with seating which would be nice in warm weather, except that it oversees a busy main road.

Room gave an uncomfortable feeling: 1 light was out, Wi-Fi was not accessible due to WiFi signal not getting to my room, something gross was in the refrigerator (not cleaned), tile floor was not completely cleaned (saw red residue on it), tissues were not replaced, and I could hear the next room TV.

Well I love that you had to use your key to get in and was not just able to get in. Like that the housekeeper asked did you need anything on a daily. Overall Enjoy Our Stay And Will Stay Again!!!!

Upon checking in the lady was very short and snappy. Stating that I was lucky I prepaid for the room because there was a town fall festival that weekend and she sells out every night. I asked if she recommended anything we should do or see and she stated there was a lot and I should just look it up or have looked it up before I drove up there. Well that was the start. The pictures on Expedia DO NOT give an accurate description of the hotel. What you see are only the rooms attached to the check in and breakfast area. The rest is a motel style set up facing the back of a restaurant. You can barely see the views if you get stuck in one of these rooms. The parking spots are directly in front of each door so if you get stuck next to people who are up late, have loud vehicles or smoke you will hear everything. Yes it may be out of their control to some degree nevertheless it’s an inconvenience. You’ll even hear a lot of from the restaurant as well. The room was not inspected or cleaned properly. The microwave had a thick layer of sticky goop. The next day I asked for it to be cleaned. Housekeeping came left towels and made the bed. Microwave still disgusting. Had to find housekeeping and ask them to clean it myself. Ceiling tiles lifted in a lot of areas and gaps in the outlets. Curtains don’t close all the way allowing for people walking by to see inside the room. Vending machine broken and no ice machine in the building we were in.

The staff was excellent in getting us a room even as we were very early to check in.

Hotel front desk manager was amazing! She checked all of our rooms in quickly and efficiently.

It was my husband that stayed. He works close to the hotel and could not get home do to the weather we had with snow. The staff was on top of it, do to others that couldn't get home. But, they were there taking care of anything the guests needed.

Conveniently located in the middle of Blairsville GA. All was great, but price a little steep... but popular area, and it was the best price for a good place.

Nice location near the center of downtown. Within walking distance of downtown Blairsville and all shops and restaurants. I enjoyed my balcony view of the highway. No gym or fitness facility was a downside, but I knew this beforehand.

A little older but in good shape. Clean and Friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing few choices on Saturday a little better Sunday.

The location of this Hotel was great. It was centrally located to local shops and stores. The hotel itself, well… the TV/cable worked intermittently ,ceiling tiles in the bathroom were falling down, and the breakfast was stocked with day old, hard as a brick biscuits with square, edge burnt eggs and outdated muffins. The butter pacts were frozen so you could not use it on a waffle if you wanted to. The orange juice machine - it came out mixed in your cup, but once it sat for a few minutes the mixture separated…yuck!

Nice place right on 515. Staff was very nice, free breakfast was good except for the bacon which was well kinda hard to describe but super thin.
