First time in Maggie Valley and first time staying at the Valley Inn. Staff was most helpful and very nice! Pet friendly and loved the view of the creek. We will be coming back.

We had the perfect visit with Valley Inn! Our room was clean and spacious, they up graded us when they found we had two dog’s. There is a balcony that over looked a creek, we rocked in rocking chairs and ate dinner every night. Highly recommended

Basic place to stay but to sit and watch the creek at your back door was so relaxing . The staff did accommodate any of our needs and again the listening to the creek was all I wanted and it was amazing

Was drawn here by the piece and the water out back. One of the cheaper options I had found. King bed was suitably large, room clean AC/Heater seemed somewhat loud but didn't prevent us from sleeping. We arrived after 130 - I'd previously messaged that we would be later as I'd forgotten to account for time zone change. Staff didn't seem bent that we arrived that late, we had to ring doorbell for service. Good water pressure with shower, excellent water temp. The only 2 "detractors" were my dad's room was missing a component of his coffee maker and we had went to check the office for coffee but the door was locked. At the time each of us decided to just return to our rooms. I would stay here again, probably exercise better time management to get here early enough to see the waterfall nearby and chill outside by the creek more.
