The stay was just okay. We were roght next to the elevator which banged loudly everytime it was used. It made it very hard to go to sleep. It also started very early in the morning. The elevator was also slow to close and had an expired service slip. Hosue keeping also came early which after being woken up over the night was frustrating

Disappointed that Hilton removed dark roast coffee. Now only light roast. Noisy AC. Plus you could not get it colder than 68. Staff is great. The facility manager and the hotel manager fantastic.

Nice hotel which looked like recently updated. Had issues with the WiFi - phone worked better for internet when off the WiFi. Did not appreciate the loud neighbors coming home at 3:30 AM and yelling in the hallway for quite awhile. Bed super comfortable. Room seemed humid even with A/C on. Towels did not dry. This hotel is on a very busy street but right across the street from a decent mall. Stayed three nights.

Super comfy bed. Quiet room. Skipped the free breakfast as it didn’t look appealing however front desk staff was nice and welcoming. Pet friendly but not a lot of grassy areas. Very convenient to a ton of restaurants and Hwy 85.

We stayed for about 4 days here. It’s super convenient to shopping and the Georgia Mall and many restaurants. The hotel is a remodel and they did a good job. There is a small gym there and the pool was closed due to being out of season which was fine for us as we were visiting family. The breakfast good but the coffee could have been better. The lady who attends the breakfast area was very kind and helpful with whatever you need. The front desk personnel were all very kind and would greet you when you enter the hotel and also look up when you leave to tell you to have a nice day. :) The only thing I would have to share with the Manager would be that they need to have someone check the property daily. We had our dog with us so I saw garbage here and there in the parking lot from probably hotel guests and I even saw a condom for 2 days till I finally just picked it up with gloves and tossed it myself into the doggie station trash can. Other than that we would definitely stay there again. I also wanted to mention that the hotel and our room was very clean and for me that is super important. We would definitely stay there again.

What I liked is that the lobby was clean. Also it had great breakfast options. There were stores & restaurants nearby. What I didn't like were the elevators, when I got to my floor it had a big bounce when it stops. The bathroom lights flicker & it's not supposed to do that. The painting during the stairwells were coming off. The bathtub had ring rust & the paint was coming off.

We travelled here for a wedding. When we came in that evening to shower, the tub was very unappealing. It was old and very worn...poorly caulked around the edges. The floor of the tub looked very dingy. Shower shoes were definitely needed. There was also hair in the tub in several areas as well as spots (particles) on the tile walls where once you splash with water, it came off. They didnt even attempt to clean the shower apparently. The sink also had brown stains where some liquid had dried that they did not attempt to clean either.

The upkeep of the property needs some TLC. You can tell that the property is older. The doors had chips on them like they were broken into. The furniture was pretty old it was dirty. The tub had markings on it which was also an indication of it being older. The customer service surperb though.

Looked, smelt and felt as clean as any place I’ve ever stayed and we travel ALL the time. We’ve stayed in this exact place multiple upon multiple times when coming home from a trip. Always a perfect experience!

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Everything was nice. Did not like the bathroom door because there was no privacy you could not shut the door completely. It was a sliding barn door and was opened easily. It did not lock. We left something in the room and they called us to tell us that the item was left, that is extremely nice!

The reason for the less than excellent score: It all comes down to two issues. The mattress was terrible. Way to firm, and the pillows were too, too soft. Sadly these things caused a terrible nights sleep. Everything else was lovely.

I booked a room with a king size bed. Upon arrival I was told the hotel only had one room left that has 2 queen beds. Getting ready to take a shower the water in the tub does not drain. I couldn’t take a shower the next day because the water never drain.

We stayed for just one night and checked in late. It is nice that the hotel has been refreshed with new decor and furnishings. The staff was friendly at check-in. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and the carpet felt a little muggy on my feet. This was a fine stay but I'd try somewhere else next time just because there are so many options in the area.

I hardly slept at all! There were no curtains it was a pull down shade and a bright light shining in the window!! The ac/heater did not work. It was freezing in the room and you couldn’t change it. I called the front desk. They said they would send someone up that never came.

The young lady at the next refuses to listen to common sense. She held us up for one hour to check in even though we had our reservation info. Instead of putting us in our room and then straightening out our reservation, she had us sit in the lobby for an hour. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning to that location. Not my team.

The property is good actually, i liked the easy check in and the staff were nice. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. One thing that i would add would be a spanish channel for obvious reasons. The hotel is close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops and a mall right in front. Overall a nice weekend stay with peace and quiet ambience. I would stay again.
