While we really liked the location for it's proximity to restaurants and a nice park, if you have a rental you'll want a compact for sure to get in and out of the garage. Also the view from room 602 it pretty terrible.

Excelente hotel nas proximidades do Calouste Gulbekian, staff simpatico e muito atencioso, conveniência de ter estacionamento, aconselho seguir as instruções do manobrista para acesso. Poderia melhorar no quesito da opção para refeição self service, oções parcas e um tanto simplórias que não condizem com a qualidade das instalações.

With the exception of one person at the front desk, the staff was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. The Parking garage is quite an adventure. Very tight even for a compact car. Very busy morning buffet right at 7am but efficient and great selection of food.

They had construction and they covered the windows by tarp. Also the aircondition was very noisy. The bed was uncomfortable. The parking was so tight. The front desk staff gave us wrong information about the parking and the elevator.

Hotel in ottima posizione vicino alla metro e con possibilità di parcheggio pubblico. In zona molti ristoranti e un importante centro commerciale. Buona la colazione e possibilità di cenare in hotel, con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Purtroppo non è stato possibile aprire la finestra in quanto la camera era dotata di aria condizionata. Nonostante la vicinanza dell'aeroporto, la camera era silenziosa e confortevole.

I booked 7 months before my stay and was allocated a room with twin beds at the rear facing a laneway and rooftop pipes. When I complained I was given a double bed (two singles pushed together) with plastic undersheets and other sheets too small to fit the "double bed' Bathroom was grubby and we found long black hairs , not ours, daily. The breakfast was very low quality. Any complaint was defended and justified by staff, who were quite rude.Felt like a tourist, take it or leave it.

Tyvärr inte alls nöjd med detta hotell. Rummen var ganska ofräscha med svarta fläckar på väggarna även på lakanen. Det andra rummet vi fick stank rök. Frukosten var däremot väldigt bra.

Das Hotel ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind groß jedoch ist die Ausstattung abgenutzt. Zudem ist das Hotel leider sehr hellhörig. Leider macht das Hotel insgesamt einen etwas abgelebten Eindruck. Ich würde es eher einem 3 Sterne als 4 Sterne Hotel zuordnen. Das Hotel liegt ca. 3-5min von einer größeren U-Bahn Linie entfernt die sehr gut zur Innenstadt als auch zum Flughafen geeignet ist. In der Nähe des Hotels hat man alles was man benötigt (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants). Im großen ganzen ein gutes Hotel mit Abstriche.

Een goed hotel met ontzettend vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt. Rustig gelegen, goed bereikbaar met auto en metro. Diverse restaurantjes in de omgeving. Het enige waar wij niet zo blij mee waren, was dat de bedden zo ontzettend hard waren.

Very nice hotel, although the rooms are a little smaller than average. I also requested a double bed, although was told the hotel was fully booked and all rooms allocated, there this would not be possible. The breakfast was adequate, although the gluten free option for bread was frankly awful. The bread was similar to a microwaved ball of solidified dough. Otherwise the breakfast was OK, if I wasn't there for work, I would have eaten elsewhere in a local restaurant.

Good sized room, with big bed. Nice modern bathroom and rain shower. Work desk, but lack of plugs to use around it. Good air-con. Good options for the buffer breakfast. Convenient location near subway station with line to airport and line downtown.

Great hotel and fantastic service. The front desk was very helpful and their English was good. When I fumbled with my Portuguese they helped me. My only issue with this hotel was the comfort of the bed. I tossed and turned a lot because bed was hard.

Not worth the price – rude staff and worn-out hotel I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel is clearly in need of renovation — furniture is chipped, everything looks a bit run-down. But the worst part was the attitude of the staff. I asked the front desk for some plates and cutlery to take to my room. Instead of helping, they sent me to the restaurant, which was empty. I found what I needed myself — only to be stopped and harshly reprimanded by a bartender on the way back. He spoke to me in an extremely rude and condescending manner, as if I had done something wrong or worked for him. He even took the silverware from me and replaced it with cheap disposable bamboo cutlery, which was useless. For €120 a night, I expected at least basic courtesy and professionalism. Sadly, I received neither. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a very good location right across the street from a famous art museum and also walking distance to the Cortez department store and Metro train stations which take you just about anywhere in Lisbon. Breakfast buffet is very good. It is included in most of the rates.

L’albergo ha una colazione internazionale molto Povera e spesso abbiamo trovato i dolci che erano molto duri, questo vale a dire che sono stati serviti nuovamente quelli avanzati da molte ore.. e sinceramente, pagando, non amo questo tipo di trattamento! Altra cosa: non si può dare una camera matrimoniale in comunicazione con UNA PORTA in un’altra camera, dove si sente OGNI COSA e non c’è un minimo di privacy! Inaccettabile.
