The hotel is wedged between an Outback & Cracker Barrel with construction going on. The rear entrance was never locked. The hallways smelled like marijuana, and the elevators were in constant disrepair. The gym a/c did not work, there was never water in the cooler, and there was no sanitizer to wipe off the equipment. The Dish TV was apparently on its own schedule when trying to change channels. No fan in the bathroom, and the bathroom doors was ridiculous. The only positive was that the hotel staff was pleasant.

This is good value for a suite. The room is clean. Breakfast is average, for some reason the waffles did not taste great. Parking is good and free. 2 popular chain restaurants available within walking distance. Wifi is available and free but then my phone kept telling me that its unsecured so i elected not to use it. The biggest issue that i had was the gym. No ac or air movement.No towels. The temperature was already 78 degrees on the first day and it was borderline dangerous using the treadmill. When i complained i was told that i could leave the door open as the AC was broken and ask for towels at the front desk. I should have been told this at the front desk when i checked in as i asked about availability. Anyway thanks for making it available 24 hours. I probably could stay here again just because of the price.but a little extra effort could go a long way to make it better.

The bathroom was leaking and we requested to have it fixed but no one came. We also requested housekeeping and spoke to a staff on the same floor. When we got back to the room the room was the same way we left it. We had to complain and we were moved to another room. Internet was horrible couldn’t get any service. The back entrance was left unlocked so no key was required. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I realize the facility is older but the lack of sound proofness, the elevator was out of order. Just some basic room amenities were missing. Staff was nice and friendly and even though the building has some visible wear and tear it was clean.

The room was spotless and the staff was helpful and very courteous. We enjoyed our stay although we were attending a funeral. This was our first ever stay at a La Quinta hotel and it was great. We will be staying again! Thank you for your hospitality.

This is a stay unlike any I have experienced before... Arrived to the room in a run down elevator that was visibly dirty to a room that didn't have a shower curtain. The floor also had some kind of debris that was never swept. Towels and sheets were not refreshed once during our stay. The cleaning staff are extremely lazy and were seen sitting down while mopping... Roaches swarm the parking lot at night. A chicken bone was left in the hallway for the entire three days we were here. A manager was nowhere to be found. Luckily, front staff were mostly kind and sufficient at their positions. Apparently no one knows when the pool opens, so you'll just have to check. The breakfast was...free. The waffles were OK, since the staff didn't have to prepare them. Overall, this was honestly a terrible stay, I visited a La Quinta in Fishkill and had the complete opposite experience, so this was a real disappointment. It is a 2 star hotel at best.

Check in was ok.. we stayed for 2 nights. I saw a baby roach on the 1night. I sprayed it with Lysol and didn’t think anything of it. Then later that day we sitting there watching TV and watch comes across the wall is a grown roach. I then go down stairs and tell the front desk about it and and says to me “ do what do you want yo do about it? “ I tried to be discreet about it. But the attitude I felt from her was appalling. She gives use another room on a different floor since we were well into our 2nd day. Just as we start to get rested and the emergency alarm goes off. We get up to see what is wrong and start our way do the stairs it stops, we go back up the stairs and just as we settle back in bed and the alarm goes off AGAIN. We make it all the way to the front desk the same lady says again the the attitude “ it was a test false alarm, go back to your room” I was going to tell her about us having the bug room free of our stuff. She had a customer that she was dealing with do not to disturb her I decided to call her no answer at the desk phone from the room.. last but certainly not not least I get up yo shower and the shower is making a noise that resembles a siren. I just checked out at 4:20 on Wednesday morning instead of 11am. I forgot yo sell about the mystery stains on the wall by the bed.. I will not stay at the establishment again. I have stayed here in the past but this is my last..

The rooms were dirt. The previous guest washcloths were left at the top of the shower. The shower had mold around base of it. The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom door didn’t shut. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

Super clean & comfortable beds. The elevator creaked more than I cared for & it needs an update but the rooms were clean & updated. Construction is going on & had to pay attention to see the road bc of it. Super quiet area & safe.

Our room was filthy. Sheets and comforter had brown spots and things squished on them.. The floor had not been vacuumed and the bathroom was not cleaned. There was even animal food under cabinet in bathroom so not been sweep or mopped. Would not stay here. Front desk staff was very nice and he did give new bedding for us to put on.

Upon arrival the front desk was so professional and welcoming, my first room was on the 4th floor near the back exit but yet the lock was not working properly so they switched my room and it was bigger and better and the door locked but the issue was that the toilet did not work to which I didn’t find out about till after i sanitized and cleaned the whole room and since I didn’t want to waste my product, I stayed in the room so they can fix the toilet, but it was a very much inconvenience to go down to the first floor at 3 o’clock in the morning to use the bathroom but they fixed it before I got back to the room the next day

Room was a connecting room and door between rooms was short . We could hear everything and guest next room was looking under the opening of the door. I stuffed towels to give us privacy. Horrible experience.

We stayed for one night and checked in bery late after a long flight. The front desk lady was so sweet and made sure we got settled in quickly. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are large and nicely decorated. Immaculate overall !! We would definitely stay here again, very nice property.

Day 1- Upon arrival, the front desk worker was very friendly and engaging. Day 2- I left to go check out the breakfast selection. When I returned to my room, my key did not work. I tried several times to open my door. My friend also tried to open the door. I went downstairs to tell the front desk worker. She was very apologetic and asked if I was aware of the highly sensitive nature of the room key. I confirmed that I was aware as the front desk worker informed me upon arrival. This front desk worker reissued me another set of keys and I went back upstairs to my room. Again, no luck. I tried again for several minutes to open the door before I went back downstairs to ask for assistance. When I went downstairs this time, there was a man at the front desk along with the same lady that I had been conversing with. He had an accent and stated that he would go upstairs with me. The lady reissued the keys once more and the man and I went upstairs. When we got to my door, he began speaking to me in a very condescending tone as if I were a child. The key worked for him on the 2nd try. He then offered another room just to "pacify" me. I accepted the offer. I moved next door. The key worked fine every time I left and returned. I selected this hotel due to it being a remodeled hotel. The elevators were not replaced or upgraded. The pool was out of service- UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! The side doors were not secure- just pull them and they open. Day 3- I LEFT! Overall- DISAPPOINTED!

We always stay at this location when we are in town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The hotel is updated and clean. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast but needs new equipment. The waffle dispenser got clogged several times while we were there. The lady was very sweet and fixed it multiple times. I'm sure she would appreciate having a new one as would the guest.

Reserved the room and booked online when i go to check in the front dedk said there was no more rooms and told me ill get a refund but i never did they never cancelled my booking and i went to snother hotel booked it here too the same time but called ahead first there was rooms available .i was charged still then called expedia to tell my situation they said call the hotel.The hotel said i was a no show and wasn’t getting refund that i never went to check in they really lied im still waiting to dispute this matter its very upsetting.

They have an exceptional staff and were available to help anytime needed during our stay. Everyone was super friendly and enjoyable to deal with. The room was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised because I honestly did not expect what we had mainly due to how reasonable their rates are. They have an exceptional staff and were available to help anytime needed during our stay. Everyone was super friendly and enjoyable to deal with. The room was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised because I honestly did not expect what we had mainly due to how reasonable their rates are. Hotel actually was great. Staff on the other hand was rude day of check. We did late check out. And the front desk and house keeping kept knocking at our door 1 minute after 12pm. Mine u check is 12pm they knock our door literally at 12pm waiting out side of the door. I traveled the world and never experienced such behavior. So unfortunately. Think about staying at this location is a big no.

Terrible terrible terrbile!!!!!!!!!! Do not book here. Never have I ever had to deal with a hotel like this before. I asked the front desk manager if I were to check out early, if they would refund me the days I would not be staying. I was told absolutely. I checked out 4 days early and handed them my key cards. I was told I was going to receive a receipt after. After waiting a day and a half, still no receipt. I call them and ask them why I was still charged full amount, and they tell me I'm still checked in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ask to speak with the manager and I guess he was not in that day. So, I wait the next day to call since it was stated that the message would get passed on to him, and still no receipt. I call them AGAIN and later on I get something. They still charged me the full amount and refunded me only one day!!!!! I'm sure they have cameras with me handing in those keys and walking out. They REFUSE to explain to me why they have only refunded me for one day. Then they have the nerve to put me on long holds telling me that they are calculating what happened. I never get taken off of hold. Once I called corporate, they called me back upset as if I did something wrong to them. Seems like a scam hotel. On top of that, the sink wasn't draining, bathtub was DIRTY, you can smell the sheets were already slept on, dirty pillows, etc etc etc. Don't stay here. Keep your sanity.

No security cameras or presence of a security guard when i came back to my room after 11pm,and the same night a visiting friend had his car broken into parked in the same area I(a female) had parked and walked in dimly lit area to get to door of hotel( in the back) due to number of guests parked..only to be told nonchalantly by staff the next morning, it wasn't their concern about the break in,call the police...no one could even answer if and where cameras are located outside..won't stay or recommend this place due to security and safety issues

The bathroom was leaking and we requested to have it fixed but no one came. We also requested housekeeping and spoke to a staff on the same floor. When we got back to the room the room was the same way we left it. We had to complain and we were moved to another room. Internet was horrible couldn’t get any service. The back entrance was left unlocked so no key was required. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Hotel and room were clean, staff was very nice. We never complained or asked for a room/hotel change as we were too busy to do that; however, here are the problems we had with the hotel. 1. Mattress was old, lumpy and we fell into the middle -- very uncomfortable, 2. No eggs at breakfast 5 of 6 days, toaster not working correctly, 3. WORST coffee I have ever tasted, 4. Main elevator broken for 6 days, 5. Ice maker not working on our floor. All in all, the cleanliness and pleasant staff are not enough to make me stay here again (and I will be back in town on business). I don't like to report bad news but felt I had to share.

The property seemed to be recently updated. The room was clean. Parking was easy, although one truck/trailer took up most of one side of the parking lot, nevertheless there was parking available. The breakfast was much less than I am used to at La Quinta locations.

Last minute stop while driving to Atlanta late at night. Easy check-in, no issues. Not the newest hotel , but our room was clean and AC worked great. Breakfast the normal for most hotels, but area was clean and well-stocked. Waffles, cereal, some fruit, yogurt, eggs and sausage. Perfect place for me and teen son to stay.

Got to hotel at about 1:30 pm after long drive from Tennessee. The front desk informed us that our room was ready but it would cost us an extra 25.00 dollars to check in before 3 pm. Never heard that one before. Waited in our car till 3 to check in. Got to room needing to use the restroom and opened toilet lid to find pubic hair on toilet seat. Thought we would over look this as well. Woke up Saturday morning and went downstairs for breakfast and no employees were anywhere to be found. Only thing available was cereal and waffles with no silverware. Spoke with another guest who said some one told them they were waiting on a delivery truck. Now its 8:00 am and we had to leave hungry.
