Great staff, new hotel, nice breakfast. 24 hr. coffee bar and microwave in lobby, plenty of parking. Good size bathro0m and shower. Drawbacks: No closet, just hooks, No Microwave or coffee maker in room.

Very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were a bit small but very efficient with space. Nice big TV in front of our king-sized bed. Breakfast was good with mostly healthy options (a good thing). Staff was friendly and everything was clean. The fitness room was nice with new equipment.

The front staff upon check-in was exceptional and very friendly. When we needed some fresh hand towels, she responded quickly. 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. Too, the breakfast was supposed to be ready by 630am, and was usually not ready until after 7.

Easy to locate hotel, seconds off I-20. Hotel room exceptionally clean, king bed was extremely comfortable. Gym room was clean with new equipment and 75 inch TV. Able to get in a 45 minute workout. Basic selection for Breakfast food (Breakfast sandwichs, fruits, cereals, juices etc). Don't expect a buffet type style. Only down side is a charge of $25.00 to early check-in. Word to the wise, don't nickel and dime your customers for being "On time". It make the trip experience more pleasant. Front desk reps were friendly and professional.

I was happy to be an IHG rewards member because it was honored. The hotel provided 24/7 coffee and tea station which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and the sleep quality was very good. The customer service from the staff was remarkable, friendly, professional and very helpful. The to go breakfast was pretty good except I missed the hot waffles. The parking was great even though the GPS had a hard time getting us to the entrance. It was very close to the interstate expressway. And close to everything you would want.

This hotel has not had construction cleaning completed and this was evident everywhere. My room was not clean from the previous guest. I found hair in the shower, and some sort of hair dye packaging. The finish quality was very poor throughout the property inside and out. It was also loud probably due to lack of sound insulation. I would not recommend staying at this location until it is actually ready for guest.

Stay there for 7. When we checked in we could not stream and they said that it was down and they were trying to contact the provider but in reality they were not. So for the entire stay we could not stream at all.

Property was very clean and staff were friendly. It was close and convenient for what we needed. My only complaint was that the internet didn’t work most nights and our tv and streaming services didn’t work. We spent 30minutes on the phone one night with IT just have to call front desk and they tell us it hasn’t been working but they forgot to tell us.

If you haven’t stayed at an Avid, you should give it a shot. It is different than most hotels — hard surface floors, minimal furniture. There are no drawers or closets, but there are shelves and hooks with hangers. Rooms are designed to be easy and fast to clean — resulting in being clean. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. WiFi was good. Breakfast was fine — not anything remarkable except better than avg coffee. Coffee from a grind and brew machine, and is available 24 hours.

The bed was very comfortable, they was having a problem with there tv abd streaming service so we didnt get watch tv. Everything is on the first floor, and the room are kind on the smaller size.

It’s a nice hotel, and we’ve stayed there one other time. The price is very fair, the breakfast is pretty good, and the bed was comfortable. We discovered the walls are thin because my husband heard the tv next door for many hours during the night. Also, all of the trash cans in the breakfast area were full to overflowing. I guess the attendant had no time to empty them, or maybe that wasn’t her job. The coffee was great!

Nice overnight hotel just off I20 exit. Extremely clean. Rooms are a little narrow so overnight with kids might be challenging. Bed is firm but comfortable, and there are both firm and soft pillows. Nice hot shower. A/C worked very well. You will hear road noise from I20 outside and foot traffic from overhead so sound insulation could be a little better. Breakfast is decent but little hot choice.

Upon checking in I was told my reservation was cancelled. And there were no more rooms. Someone at the property cancelled my reservation. Earlier in the day my family who checked in earlier told me it was chaos and no one knew how to do the check in. I can only assume they cancelled it during that time. Luckily with quick thinking the night auditor came to our rescue and produced a room This is why the staff gets 5 stars. Everyone was helpful amongst the craziness. No I would not stay here again even tho it’s a modern hotel. What I experienced is too stressful. Next time I’ll crash with family.

I checked in Lisa was very nice very professional. I requested a late check out the next day. the person on duty called my room over and over again threatening to bill me for a late check out. I told him I thought checkout was at noon, he asked why would you think something like that I give you 10 minutes to get out or I will bill you. When I asked how much he said I don’t know 20 or $30. He also told me he could not give me a late check out because I booked with Expedia , that behavior is so unacceptable. I will never stay at that hotel again.

The property is new. Only been open for 6 months. Check in was quick, room was accommodating. Can’t ask for more. Just a bit tricky getting in. You need to turn in from Salem Road, where the urgent care is at.

Customer service was excellent! The breakfast was great and they had a nice variety of cereal, protein bars, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc alongside omeletes and sausage biscuits. All staff members were warm, friendly and helpful. This was my second stay at this chain, and I would definitely stay again.
