Property was very clean, easy to check into and easy to locate. The staff on property went above and beyond, amazing customer service. The only complaint we have is the parking is terrible. The parking lot has some tight turns, and when we came back to our hotel the 2nd night, there was not a single parking spot left. The front desk worker had to move her car multiple times, from places that weren't even parking spots to let customers park. We ended up having to park right at the front door, on the sidewalk. Front desk staff, was very apologetic and so kind to us. We would still book again in the future.

This was a great hotel for the price! We needed a hotel for one night on our trip and luckily found this one. The breakfast options were plentiful. The pool was nice but extremely cold. We thought it said there was a heated pool, so that was a slight disappointment. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for an anniversary trip to “Mystic Falls” looking forward to the close proximity to Old Town Conyers and Covington activities. However, our main point in booking this hotel vs others was the availability of an indoor hot tub which many of the other hotel options did not have. We were so looking forward to enjoying the hot tub in the evenings. However, our first night we come to find out the hot tub was not working by stepping into a freezing cold tub. NO prior notification of this and not mention of it during check in. When we asked about it we were told “oh it’s been down for like 2 weeks no clue when it will be fixed”. If they had known for that long there’s no reason the website couldn’t reflect it or at least send out a courtesy notice prior to arrival. If I had known, I would not have booked here as this was the key highlight but at least a heads up would have felt more hospitable. We received a text the following day from the hotel asking how our stay was going- I mentioned our unhappiness about the hot tub situation and received a message that they’d follow up but no one ever did. Everyone knows hotel continental breakfast is never great, but it actually made my husband sick. Had hoped to discuss further at check out, but we weren’t even asked how our stay was. I will say the room was clean and bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the rest of our time there was quite the let down.

I have stayed at this hotel 7 times. The pool/hot tub has been functioning 1 time out of those 7 stays. The hot tub was luke warm. The bed in room 504 was horrible as well as the pillows. The TV didn’t work. (They did come fix that). But for the price will look at staying across the street next time. Staff is wonderful tho.

Our bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor and tub. The hotel just feels worn. The gym equipment was broken or old. The breakfast was decent. The employees were the best part. All were friendly and helpful.

It was not good, and the hotel rooms are very out of date with the Hotel Standard that are in place now. Also found roaches in the bathroom area which made it uncomfortable. Fearing that roaches may end up in my clothes or my suitcase it was very uncomfortable. I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to deal with things of that nature, I was very disappointed and unhappy.

My family and I stayed 3 nights. It was ok. Good for 1 night. Pros - friendly staff, Syndney and Kiera were always helpful, good breakfast selection, convenient to shops and restaurants, ample parking. Cons - bed is hard as a rock and uncomfortable, dirty bedroom and bathroom floor, stains on the walls, stains in bedsheets, stains on curtain, bugs in room, water went off could not take a shower, hot water not working, spotty wifi

Overall stay was pleasant with the exception of the ac unit in the room. The unit shake, rattled, hummed and roared the entire stay. I reported it to the manager and property owner who said they'd have someone check it out. No improvement and they didn't offer another room. I was told that all the ac units were the same and for that reason alone i could never stay there again. Quality rest is important when you're traveling long distances.

Came here for a quiet get away and that's what I got. I was able to work during my stay, as well. The Wifi connection stayed speedy for two days, had no issues. If I had one complaint, it was the TV/TV remote. First, the remote had dead batteries. I had to go down to get new batteries. Then I got back up to the room, and it would work when I pushed maybe two buttons to change the channel or turn up the volume. Then, it would stop working and the light would be red, instead of green. The only work around was to remove a battery when the buttons quit working and put it back in. Repeat the same steps each time it quit working. Another customer saw me in the elevator with the remote in my hand on my way back with the batteries and he said "You having trouble with your TV too?". I felt better knowing it wasn't a ME problem (lol). However, it was little irritating. I ended up just watching my phone. All in all, I was satisfied with my stay, and I will be back. Especially to get in the indoor pool during the "After children hours"!

It was really nice! Our toilet continuously run, one lamp didn’t have a light bulb, and another light bulb was going out. We loved the room wasn’t carpet and that the pool area was adults only 9:30pm until 11:30pm.

The hotel was fine. It was dated but not terrible. The first night the fire alarm kept going off for hours. Then there was storm that caused a major power outage for the remainder of the day. Breakfast was Good Friday morning when the older lady made it. The next day it was awful.

The check-in staff took a non business phone call while checking me in and it made the process longer plus she was abrupt and rude. She didnt tell me anything about the wifi, where my room was, the breakfast hours, or checkout time. When I asked for another key she huffed then shoved it at me. Also, no cookies and all the guest coffee and hot water urns had only dribbles left. This was at 6pm. The room was okay, dated, and needing repairs, poor caulking, broken tiles, noisy tiny fridge, etc. There was hair on the bathroom floor, mold around the windows that I didn't notice until the next morning, the sink hadn't been wiped down and had toothpaste in it. Just lazy lack of attention to detail. The worst part though was the two employees at the front desk making fun of their boss saying he came in drunk and fell down the stairs and they let him drive afterwards. The gossipy superiority of these two was insane. The elevator was so slow and they were so loud, I had to listen to the whole thing. It was terrible! I would be irate if I had employees like this. Breakfast was okay, pretty good variety.

We stayed here because we were attending the I was Feeling Festive 2. The hotel is 15-20 min away from the place the convention takes place. We were able to make it to our destination on time and did not miss any of the panels for the day, and still had time to tour the square and do some site seeing.

Good and quiet hotel close to a lot of places to eat and shop. Breakfast was delicious with waffles, eggs, bacon, muffins, bagels, oatmeal and cereal. Staff was nice and check in/out was easy. Room was nice and clean and ac worked great. Can tell hotel is a little on the older side but for the price you can’t complain! Would stay here again.
