They were remodeling so there was not a lot of parking. We had to use two didn’t platforms to reserve a two night stay and they were great about making sure we were in the same room

Been astaying at this comfort Inn for the past 3 years in Georgia. Staff is nice, Breakfast is great. Outdoor pool is great. Lots of shopping abd dining in the area.

The elevator was out during our stay and (Friday afternoon and Saturday ) and we were on the third floor so it was rough especially checking out with our bags. The breakfast was good but the area is so small and not enough tables

The staff was excellent! Beyond nice! And although we did ask for towels to be replaced we didn’t like finding the housekeepers “Monster Energy” drink in our bathroom. And we got extra exercise because the elevator was out of order a couple of times! All things to laugh about no hard feelings. We would stay there again for sure.

I've stayed in lots of hotels, but this was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Sheets and duvet were crisp and clean. No lingering hallway smells. I was completely comfortable staying there. Kudos to the cleaning crew!

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy with full sized pillows! (Some hotels are using those small square pillows and we don’t care for them.) Hubby enjoyed breakfast daily. Coffee was good as well.

I am not sure what was going on in our room, though it was very nice, we had a portable dehumidifier that kept kicking on and off when it would fill up with water. It didn't really bother me but the room stayed sort of muggy. With the air on 66 you couldn't get it regulated because the humidity took over the coolness. Still not horrible. The convenience of this hotel is awesome! So close to downtown Dahlonega and convenient to anything you might need. The Morning girl was not very vocal at all. When checking out she didn't say would you like your receipt or it would be emailed or anything like that, she didn't thank us for the stay... And the morning before she didn't speak either. She could have just been shy, but she should have at least created the guests. Overall very happy and would definitely stay at this property again. The two gentlemen that were at the front desk when we checked in were super nice!

Very pleasant staff. The air conditioning unit seemed to struggle and was a bit noisy. Tub had no plug so Shower was the only option. But it was a comfortable room. A bit over priced , but it was a good location for where we wanted to go.

Location was great and Jessica at the front desk was amazing! She was super helpful and funny at check-in. The only knock on the hotel was that the window unit sounded like a plane taking off every time it kicked on. It worked, but it was so loud!

The ladies at the front desk were very nice. We asked for recommendations for dinner and were given great advice which led to a great dinner. The whole place was very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was so comfortable which led to a great nights sleep after walking all day. We also enjoyed a good complimentary breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the Dahlonega area.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel and the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful and beyond. Late for breakfast? No problem. Someone will be there to make sure you have everything you need. Haven't seen any service like that in any other hotels we have stayed before. The room was clean and quiet. I always find something to complain about but nothing here. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Thank you!

I stayed here while my daughter was at orientation at UNG. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were very clean. My stay was wonderful and I felt safe and secure. I enjoyed the convenience of being so close to UNG as well.

We had a great stay. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Shower had nice water pressure. They did have the same things each morning for breakfast so that was the only negative. Yet we were there for 4 mornngs so if you arw inly sraying one night one would never know they had the same things everyday.

The couch in the room was pretty hard, surface-wise, but at least we had a couch ! The toilet seat was very low, otherwise it was a very nice room! Excellent breakfast...lots of choices!

We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, offered areas to visit. Location is perfect. We went to Helen, Ellijay, and the Amiocola Falls all in simple driving distance. We had a newly upgraded room, looked like they did the main room but only painted the bathroom leaving old hardware. A few areas of opportunity. Add hard boiled eggs to your breakfast, you are able to keep them longer in the fridge. In addition, even though breakfast ends at 10am I recommend that you keep it stocked until the actual time the breakfast ends. Many times I came there and there at 930-945 and the hot bar was completely empty. There were several people there inquiring the same as to why it wasn't stocked. The attendant said she was only prepping additional biscuits and nothing else because they took less time. recommend keeping up with the flow of patrons until breakfast is over.
