My daughter and her significant other attended a weekend event and I booked a room for them. When they got to the hotel room, the bed was broken. After bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they were moved to a sister hotel across the way for the duration of their trip.

We arrived late, despite being told we could check in late, upon arrival we were told our room had been cancelled/given away and marked a no show. We had just driven 8 hours to be turned away by a rude from desk associate.

The room was nice whith a full size refrigerator, air fryer microwave, maid staff was a bit slow and because i work overnight i hardly had any cleaning or fresh towels and sheets done to my room.

Staff was very nice but needs improvement on enough sheets, towels and covers that we don't have to wait until they get laundry to have clean sheets. The bedsheets had blood stains red the first day i arrived and had to wait all day until they were washed to get new ones. No trash can in the bathroom just in the room but the staff did their best with what they had
