Room was clean comfortable and convenient

Stopped early on our drive to use the pool, even called ahead to make sure it was open and the front desk said yes. Got there and the pool bottom was covered in dirt and leaves. Was too gross to swim in. Rooms were fine but the breakfast was limited. They had waffles but no eggs or sausage like other baymonts.

Baymont Kingsland Georgia in my opinion is the best all around !! We travel for work and deal with a lot of motels & believe me when I say the staff here is top notch ! Lorie at the front desk always goes above and beyond to help and is very accommodating!! All the cleaning people are so nice and helpful and really do a fantastic job of keeping the rooms extra clean !! Baymont is definitely a 10 !!

I would not stay here again my husband and I travel at least 20 or 30 times a year both in the US and out of the US whenever we have had an issue where we arrive at a hotel early I usually ask if it’s possible could we check in because we’re tired from after a long flight or a long drive never have I been turned away and never have I been charged they might say couple times sit down and relax we’ll get you something cold to drink and we’ll get you in the room as fast as we can. We’re finishing cleaning or they’ll even call the housekeeping and ask him to make up our room as soon as possible. We stayed in two other hotels on this trip and arrive far earlier than we did at this hotel and I didn’t even have to ask they said let me check to see if your room is ready and we checked in. After a 7 1/2 hour drive and very tired we arrived at this hotel about one and a half hours prior to their check-in time. It was a dead day not a lot of action and housekeeping had evidently gone for the day so the room was clearly done. When I went to check in the person at the check-in desk, said you know you’re here before check-in time and I said yes we’re just tired and she said well that will be a $20 fee to check in early. I was so tired I didn’t care I just needed to lie down. I just find that very stringent and ridiculous. Like I said, especially when I checked into every other hotel and was never charged an early check-in fee. By the way we checked out five hours early.
