Comfort Inn & Suites LaGrange East

BREAKFAST, Clean, hot eggs, sausage, Parking safe, ROOM , unclean, smoked, moldy, bathroom mold

Breakfast was fresh and parking was fine. However, the amenities were not. The pool was not available and the television did not work in our room. I tried talking to staff several times but they could not resolve the issue. Lastly, the best thing is after sharing my issues with the friendly desk clerk in the morning she made sure that I got a refund. My children really wanted to swim and watch television.

This hotel was disgusting. The elevator smelled like urine. The shower was gross and dirty. We found hairs in the tub. The comforter had stains. The walls had stains. The drawers had dirt. The refrigerator was not wiped down and everything was dusty. I was very disappointed with this place. Do not waste your money.

Horrible

Upon arrival, my husband and I used lobby restrooms. Ladies room paper towel dispenser was empty, men’s room had no paper towels or toilet tissue. We informed the desk clerk of the restroom situation. Next morning restrooms were the same. Check-in was smooth and quick. Room was satisfactory, except there was a pair of dirty men’s socks in the closet. I went to gym and treadmill did not work, weight bench was shoved against the elliptical which was shoved against the wall, so elliptical was inaccessible. Not sure why there was a weight bench, as there were no free weights. At breakfast, coffee thermos was empty (desk clerk refilled). No syrup in syrup container. There was no fruit except plastic snack cups of peaches. There were some sausage links, eggs and potatoes on a steam table, which had been out for a while), one bagel, only white bread for toast. We never saw anyone monitoring or attending to the breakfast area. Trash can was full to overflowing. This was at 8:30. Breakfast was 7-10:00. Overall the worst hotel breakfast ever and we travel frequently.
