Excellent service. Matina went out of her way to search for something we left behind after check out. The rooms were cleaned well after the first night. The pillows were hard and the water took a long time to get warm and never really got hot. We were very sad that the pool was not heated as it was the last time we were here.

Great Breakfast, security measures (card access to room floors, security guard at entrance, parking lot attendant), clean. This was our first trip to Philly for all the tourist things. Walked to Independence Hall, Museum of American Revolution, etc. Walked to Septa subway system and used for further away sites. Some food options close. Loved that parking on site was self serve and only $35 per night.

The front desk staff was polite, and the onsite mini cafe area had coffee and tea available 24/7. However, we did have some negative experiences in this hotel. When we got off the elevator for our floor, the stench of marijuana was horrific. I reported this to the front desk, and someone came up a little while later to spray air freshener in the hallway. Considering that we were reminded at check-in that it was a smoke-free hotel, this was an interesting solution. The rooms were extremely tight on space. (We had double queen configuration.) The beds were comfortable, and the toiletries were pleasant (Dove brand). The rooms overall looked like you were in an old hotel that was rebranded. We also decided not to use the indoor pool since the water looked cloudy. I would not select this hotel again if I was in the area.

Very clean room; pool was clean and awesome; staff was very helpful and efficient; even had fresh cookies and crackers and cheese in lobby. When we needed something they brought it within the next minute. Breakfast was very good. Just one suggestion, bring a tub gripper mat as it was very slippery. Also, pool area is slippery.

I had requested a bottom floor and was given 4th floor, it wouldn't have been a problem except that the elevator was very slow. Woken up to carpentry being done across from the hall from us, was then given a 1st floor room whose water wouldn't get good and hot in the shower. There were some black bugs in the bathroom. They refused to give any additional towels. The second night at 2:48am the fire alarm was pulled. The front desk lady was frantic and the fire department had to show up to show her where the reset button was. The best part was checking out that receptionist was kind and friendly, and laughed with us about our horrible experience.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights recently. We have stayed in the area before and would say that this was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in there. The beds were very comfortable and staff was accommodating. The breakfast was 'above average' (great cinnamon rolls!) - just seemed the seating for breakfast was limited. We would stay here again.

When we arrived, we realized the tv was broken. Went to the front and someone went up and said they fixed it. After leaving to get dinner, it was all fuzzy and not working again. Went back down and was told to just push a cord back in the make it work. Once I rejected that solution because it was not one, I was told the lady in the lobby needed to verify and see for herself. She went up and told my husband to just not move it to face our kids and that would work. We requested a different room and were put in one that was not like what we paid for. The thermometer in that room was broken, but we just dealt with it because we jad already moved and it was late. Front desk person was very unpersonable and rude.

Chardonnay was working at the desk and she was phenomenal. She was very well spoken, pleasant, and approachable. It only took me less than five minutes to check in, and she explained all the amenities that was offered. This is my second time staying here and it is always a pleasure.
