Upon arriving i was given an effortless checking. I arrived at the hotel early but wasn't given any problem to check-in. The front desk gave mr directions on parking convenient to my room. I would definitely recommend it

I PRE PAID FOR 2 ROOMS FOR 1 NIGHT AND DUE TO CHEMICAL FIRE ON INTERSTATE I 65 WE COULD NOT MAKE OUR CHECK-IN UNTIL 0130. THE OTHER ROOM WAS NEVER USED BECAUSE OUR OTHER TRAVELER DID NOT GET TO LAGRANGE UNTIL 10 AM (AFTER SCHEDULED CHECK OUT) IS IT POSSABLE TO GET CREDIT FOR THE ROOM WE COULD NOT USE?

They told me at check in I could pay extra to stay until 1 pm. I paid and they made me leave at 12 pm.
