Not so good on my initial reservation I requested a non- smoking handicap room conformation number 9147789398177 king bed non-smoking with request for handicapped room. Upon checking in I was told my reservation showed two bed smoking and no mention of handicap request. Room fair in cleaning, no iron, partial roll toilet tissue, unusable ice bucket, microwave dirty, The room had a step up threshold which was very difficult and unsafe for me entering and leaving the room. Parking was difficult since I have to use a walker to get around. I was unable to check in on the 28th due to travel conditions so I called and let the hotel know and that I would be there on the 29th. On the day I checked out which was Sunday afternoon due a doctors appointment I had left off my calendar and I was billed for both days even though I notified them in advance

Property was good, parking was a little bit cramped, but I was able to park in front of the hotel room door if I get back in time. I made the mistake of getting the right room, but besides that it was pretty well kept and quiet. Would go again.

This hotel had Non of the amenities that it advertised, they had Roaches.they do not knock before they enter the rooms.it was a horrible experience and I wish I could be refunded. My $113 a night fee.

When we opened the door to our room the strong smell of alcohol hit us and made my stomach churn. The chair was so stained and filthy and then there was a roach crawling on the bed…. We were told they wouldn’t refund us so they put us in another room. We don’t have a car otherwise I would have left.

Ive never been in a room so dirty. The lights didnt work. The coffee pot was dirty and the coffee pouches were open. It smelled wet in the room. One lamp worked and the lamp shade wath filthy. I took photos! When I got there I had to wait quite some time. No one was there to do check in.

I just did a walk through, I was unable to stay there because of how dirty and smoked out it was. He even offered another room and it was the same. The bed had burnt holes in them, the chairs were dirty. I could not even go further in the room. We had to get another hotel that night.

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed, including cheap 4hour motels as a teen. The tile in the bathroom was crumbling and the floor felt like it might fall through at any moment. The smell of smoke was so strong that after I left all of my belongings smelled. The door to my room barely latched and you had to lift it up to dead bolt it. Overall the place was disgusting. I will never stay at a days inn again.

There was rachea in our room and broken glass on the rugs. We called for. Different too And they didn’t have a clean room They refused to give us our money back. We were only there 4 hrs.

Pillow cases were a little dirty. The sink had hair shavings im assuming from previous people. Toilet was not as clean. Alrhough beds are very comfortable and quiet environment. Was nervous about rhe two men who knocked on my door asking for someone I didnt know. Excellent customer service from the staff.

Nearby my working area was good. Very bad the property condition, it is by far the worst place I've ever been, bedding with holes, stainned the bathtub, dog barking all night on the side room...no words to describe it. Its shamefull you guys at Expedia have this Hotel on your portfolio.

We were needing a short but restful stay. Neighbors were loud tell 3am and were smoking in front of our ac air intake. The room felt dirty. But the sheets were clean and a good quality bed.

It was a good stay, fairly quiet for being near a hospital and next to a gas station. Some of the other guests could be heard thru the walls and you could hear a lot of outside’s commotions! Hotel lobby was spotless, just wish the room’s cleanliness had the same detailings. Manager staff was nice and could see they took time to walk the ground periodically!

This was a scam. When I got into room it smelled as weed and sofá and carpet had blood stains, called front desk requesting change and lady started yelling at me saying I am I liar. Kept requesting change and she got more angry, ended up threatening me and I had to leave properrty. Made a claim to Expedia and they didnt refund my stay, Expedia and hotel are a scam. They gave me a $10 coupon, this is stupid

The room was dirty,furniture was nasty,lughts didn't work,lights broken,dusty,toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall,grab bar in shower was broken.Bed was too high very dangerous. Front desk person checking in was very rude I had to ask where my room was.

Staff was very friendly. Room was dated (which is ok), and mostly clean but it had a chair and ottoman in it that was completely stained and looked absolutely horrible! It did not need to be in there! It looked that bad! Other than that, room was ok.

I would give it all stars except for the very poor wi-fi bandwidth. I tried working on some projects and the upload/download speeds were ridiculously slow. Some files just wouldn't come through at all after multiple re-trys. Adequate breakfast bar setup found in most motels. Clean and easy to put together a quick breakfast.
