stuff where rude and unfriendly. Rooms has no iron … they advertise for business stay but how do you take a business trip with business agenda but can’t iron your business outfit. I will not recommend this hotel

The stay was very disappointing. The room was dirty, with dusty furniture and a foul-smelling bathroom. Noise levels were unbearable due to thin walls, and the furniture was outdated and basic. They had a broken chair in the room that I feel out of because it was missing a wheel. The TV said no signal for 2 hours until they sent someone to fix it no iron or ironing board no blow dryer we had to go somewhere else to iron just terrible

Do not believe pictures as not what you get. They have small kitchen & frig but absolutely nothing to use in kitchen to cook or clean. No ice on premises and no coffee cups, no machine, no cups for bathroom. The bed is a platform bed and my side of mattress rolled me off bed. Sketchy area at best not feeling safe as peculiar behavior went on all night

There were roaches everywhere. Did not have the room I booked. Room had no ice bucket, coffee, waste of time & money. Got over charged. Will NOT stay here again. EVER!!

The sink in bathroom looked like it was falling off the wall, different color paint in some areas of the bathroom. Room smelt moldy. Bathroom had mold on ceiling.Tub handle was difficult to use and tub was dirty looking. Kitchenette was outdated. Usb port in light fixtures not working . Beds felt like they needed to be checked.

The room was dirty, when I entered and turned on the lights, I saw a few roaches. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I had booked 2 nights. The clerk said I could not receive one, since the rez was booked thru Expedia. After, several attempts to reach management, Expedia came back and reported mgmt would not grant the refund. I left the hotel immediately after I saw the room. I didnt stay any nights, and had to pay for 2 addl nights at another hotel. This is not acceptable. I will be calling my bank to reject the payment.

This place gives disgusting a whole new meaning! Absolutely everything in here is dirty, tables with sticky coffee stains, dirty toilets, showers, sinks with toothpaste in them, sheets with hairs and yellow stains on covers. Musky smells. Dust everywhere, dirty a/c, stains on walls. You name it! I don’t understand how this place still in business. Even after having a room change for a “better” one I had to go to the gas station to buy Lysol spray and wipes just so that I could enter the room. This place should be closed.

Room wasn't very clean, smelled like smoke. Toilet didn't flush. Front desk check was quick and easy. Getting fresh towels was easy. But I wouldn't book again there unless it was a last option. Bed was lopsided and kept rolling towards the floor. The ppl upstairs above us were extremely loud.

The front door staff was downright rude, not only to us, but also the customer she served before us. When I asked for a customer service number to call she said she doesn\'t have it. I asked her to have it for me the next day for check out, and she replied "I won\'t have it then either". The manager said, "just go to redroof.com" It said online we could check in at 3pm, but when we got there, we were informed that the room wasn\'t ready for another 2 hours. When we finally checked in 4 hours later, there was still a comforter missing that wasn\'t done drying. The property is very outdated and the bathroom was pretty dirty. The floor of the bathtub was black. Other guests in the property were very noisy into the late hours (midnight).

Customer service sucks , the manager is no help. The workers were rude to my mother and didn’t let her stay at the room that was already paid for . Manager then said they will pay me back 3 night and nothing yet and it’s been over 2 weeks horrible place don’t recommend at all

Their listed check in window is until 11pm. After being stuck in traffic that delayed our arrival. We showed up at 10:30. The person at check in already closed and locked the lobby door and would not let us in because 'they are closed'. After pleading with them for a few minutes saying we paid for the room and we are just trying to check in so we can sleep, the person checked us in. They were very rude and curt. When we got our room key, and finally entered our room, it was very musty. Additionally our room did not have any curtains so anyone could watch us sleep. We ended up putting a sheet from the bed up on the curtain rod. And when I returned to the check in desk to ask for a curtain, the employee was gone and nowhere to be seen. This was around 11:05ish. The next day we returned from our event, and we wanted to get some fresh towels, the same person from the night before was at the check in desk. When I asked if I could have a fresh set of towels, the response I got was 'we got no towels for you. You have to stay 5 days to get any service'. Thankfully we were only there for 2 nights so we don't have to suffer this place anymore.

From the moment I checked in there were roaches that greeted me at the door. Parking lot has nothing but potholes in it. Very awful smell of drugs throughout the whole Motel, will never recommend this Motel to anyone

The website advertises pet friendly, though when you arrive, they tell you pets aren’t allowed. ALSO, when you reach out about a refund they will tell you that you stayed there even though you did not. They will also MAGICALLY charge you for a pet fee even though they don’t allow pets lmao.
