The daily breakfast is really legit. Not just your typical continental breakfast. The hotel gym is pretty lame. You have to walk outside to get to it and it's very small with limited equipment, poor air quality and it smelled. The pool area is a really nice attraction and clearly one that the hotel wants to showcase as its key amenity. We stayed for 3 nights and did not receive cleaning service once. I'm sure we could have called and requested it, but I am not used to having to do that. The hotel felt very safe and was generally in a quiet area. We routinely saw police patrol in the evenings, which seemed unnecessary, but reassuring nonetheless.

Clean and beautiful facility. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish they had smart tvs and that pool was warmer. Pool stinked. Breakwast was ok. Overall good experience.

Door key keep not working after one use. I got locked outside after use of fitness center. I knocked on the glass door so much. Cleaning staff was inside near by but ignored me. One of guest got up went to front desk to notify but lady in the front desk just looked. My daughter came and opened the door for me to get in. During my stay I had to go to front because keys keep not working. We were very upset

We stayed three nights and found the space comfortable and convenient enough for a family of four. The unit was clean (and I'm picky), and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly, and I noted a security guard posted outside each night we stayed. Breakfast was a step up from the usual continental breakfast and included different hot dishes each day. We were too busy to take advantage of the hotel's amenities, but the grill and pool area looked like a fun place to hang out. It is a straight commute to Atlanta, and a grocery and shopping mall are minutes away. Dining options in the immediate vicinity are reasonable but not overwhelming.

The hotel was pretty nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Friendly stuff. Only downside, they only have one elevator. Breakfast was great on first morning, for the other two it was just ok.

Just what the Dr ordered. Beautiful inside and out. We booked a suite and it was everything we could have wanted. The outdoor area with the pool, a practice putting green, an outdoor place to hang out and even a big grill to bbq. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed here for a little Mothers Day getaway. There was some dirt left on the sofa, hair in the shower and lipstick on a glass in the cabinet. We notified the staff and the manager reached out to us was apologetic and personally helped us when we had issues with the tv remote. I don’t expect perfection from hotels anymore so the manager’s attentiveness to our issues made me feel better.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms a little dated and needed some good cleaning. Breakfast was good. Staff forgot to fill some of the soap/conditioner dispensers. Will stay again when in Lawrenceville.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. It was clean, quiet and an easy drive to the Gas Arena. We felt safe and they had a great breakfast. We had a super early flight and the front desk kindly made us some coffee for our drive to the airport. The cleanliness was outstanding!

When I arrived I was met by the scenario that the front attendant kept giving out keys to already occupied rooms. More than a bit disconcerting. Then she overcharged me by $100. When I questioned this, she told me the amount included incidentals & the difference would come off - it didn’t. I opted to believe her because I had proof of price in hand & had already waited over 30 minutes due to the key debacle. The room itself had what I guess is blood on the exterior doorframe & interior wall. The room is exceptionally dark. Will return to booking at Residence Inn. You get what you pay for.

Clean and beautiful

My family and I stayed here for a few days. Our suite was large and spacious for me, my wife and 6 kids. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. When we come back to ATL, I will be definitely staying here again.

The breakfast was great but the room needs to be updated and the bed was very hard.

I really enjoyed the proximity to the highway and convention center. I also liked the home away from home feel of tge suites. The breakfast was great, especially the breakfast tacos. Our air conditioning did go out in the middle of the night. But, other than that, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Older property needs updating no smart TV to watch anything other than regular basic TV. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The safety needs to be revisited.

My stay at homewood suites was nice, the room and bathrooms were clean. The bed was comfortable and plenty of linens. The room needed a little attention the light fixture in the kitchen area was falling out of the ceiling and some of the chair rail in the room needed to be repainted, looked dirty or dated.

The staff was one of the BEST I have encountered in 50+ years of traveling the US and abroad.

My stay was very satisfactory. It’s a lovely hotel, the front desk people both days were really helpful and very friendly. My room was lovely and clean. It was very convenient to the arena that I went to for a concert. The Breakfast was really great! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

When I arrived at the property to check in the Hilton system was down. I was told by the manager that she could not check anyone in at that time and that she was not sure when she would be able to this was around 7:30 PM. I said ok I left the property and returned a two hours later after dinner. She said that she still could not check anyone in. After another hour of my wife and I waiting in the lobby she finally says to me “let me take a look at your reservation.” I had booked through a third party (Expedia) and I had already paid through their site. The hours of inconvenience destroyed our relaxation plan for the evening. She gave us a room key and stated that we hadn’t been officially checked in but it would be risky if the night auditor (whom she stated was an older lady) got confused and booked someone into the same room. So after we got the room key to 124 we went to the room to try to relax but couldn’t because we were afraid of someone walking in on us. I then went back to the front desk to ensure we were properly checked in once the night person got there and she ensured me that we were then checked in. This was on Saturday night into Sunday. The manager did reach out via text message to check in how the accommodation that she had given was going. I told her it was fine. We had a restless night. Our night was ruined but we attempted to make the best of it. I’m highly upset with Hilton Properties for the lack of answers and do a night that we can’t get back.

Front desk clerk Heaven was extremely polite and helpful. Told us everything about the property and what was available. Most importantly she said Thanks. The night clerk was also very polite.

Staff at the breakfast particularly one African American woman was very unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable during all three days of our stay at the breakfast area.

I’m writing this review in hopes that the manager will finally reach out to resolve an issue that has now gone unanswered for over two weeks. I booked my stay through a third-party vendor and, regrettably, I initially selected the wrong dates. About an hour before arriving, I logged back into the system, corrected the dates to the appropriate ones, and paid the associated fees for the adjustment. I assumed everything had been updated correctly. Unfortunately, when I arrived later that evening—exhausted and just wanting to get settled in—I found that the hotel’s system still showed my original booking with the wrong dates. I waited approximately 30 minutes hoping the updated reservation would transfer over, but it never did. I want to emphasize that the front desk receptionist was outstanding: friendly, patient, and genuinely trying to help. She guided me toward the right resources and did everything in her power to get the booking corrected. After wasting significant time and already paying extra fees through the third-party system, I ultimately had to cancel the original booking altogether and book directly with the hotel just to get a room. Two different staff members at the hotel told me I should absolutely receive a refund for the initial mistake and that the situation “should have never happened.” Because of this lack of empathy, accountability, and basic professional courtesy from management, I cannot recommend this establishment.

The hotel was beautiful and the front seat staff were so very nice!!! The breakfast crew was not so nice the older lady serving started taking away the food/drinks that my kids were getting saying it is 9:30 breakfast is over. I understand it was over but her customer service was trashy, and she should have waited for my kids to be done or started cleaning on the other side of the buffet.

There was parking space and the hotel was conveniently accessible to the commons, banks, food, and easy to access the I 285(highway).

It’s in a great location with lots to do and a mall and grocery store close by. The staff was friendly and the rooms were well kept.

Waited over 10 minutes at the check-in desk because no associate was at the front desk. The breakfast was disappointing compared to other Homewood Suites I’ve stayed at. The egg omelets were burned & brown on the edges, & the english muffins were frozen solid. I would choose a different hotel in the future.

The room was very spacious. It had everything we needed (microwave, fridge and lots of space. It was a 4 minute drive to Gas South Arena which is what we wanted since we went to Atlanta for a concert. Free breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices and you can even make your own waffles. Will definitely stay here again!😊

I liked the layout of the suite. It was very comfortable and spacious enough for 4 adults. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Outstanding cleanliness, staff, and breakfast! Great value for room!

We were in town for a tournament and spent one night here. The bathroom needed some updating but other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable and had a great breakfast with lots of options for all dietary needs.

My husband and I stayed here while we visited a friend for a New Year’s party and the STAY WAS PERFECT the BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING

Good staff everybody with friendly when I checked in at the front desk she greeted me with a smile before I got to the desk. Only disappointed was breakfast it was cold.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable; they served a great breakfast, and the staff were so personable and engaging. They wanted to ensure that I was very happy with my stay,. I also liked how close to the interstate into major venues that this facility was so I would definitely stay here again.
