Comfort Inn & Suites near Six Flags

Staff was very friendly. Helpful. A couple didn’t speak English. Shower was awful. Spit water out and didn’t get very warm. Paint was peeling off the bottom of the tub. Blow dryer would turn on and immediately off. Pool and hot tub were closed the entire day we were there for cleaning.

Excellent customer service. Clean, spacious rooms. Exercise facilities are very disappointing. Lifemaster bike and strider Pool is heavily chorinated.

Clean room, poor customer service, was told the pool was heated but it was not heated!

Ok for that price elevator went out and we were on the 5th floor

Overall the stay was really wonderful. Only things that I would complain about would be the indoor pool was freezing so we couldnt enjoy it for our stay.

Went to first room. And construction in hall couldn’t get to room. Got WET paint on the rolls of our luggage. Called front desk and was given another room. Mold in bathroom wall. Pool very dirty but smelled of chemicals even I. Hall.

It was a nice place for our family to stay one night. The service and breakfast was pretty good. It was to have a good variety. Only complaint was the pool was freezing! W mainly picked the place for an indoor pool. It would help if it was heated.

The gym equipment didn’t work. The mirror in the gym was broken. There wasn’t much equipment to use. The pool was closed the entire stay. Housekeeping doesn’t speak English and A bag of clothes came up missing

When i arrived work was being done at the main entrance. 2 ladders was blocking the entrance. You couldn't drive up to drop off your luggage. As i checked in i wasn't room 317. The refrigerator and microwave didn't work. I was moved to room 211. Where me and my best friend was bitten by bedbugs. SMH

DO NOT STAY HERE! Where do I even begin… stayed here with my family for our trip to Six Flags. We spent the day at the park, and got to the property pretty late in the evening. There was a bunch of old workout equipment out front when we got there, but the lobby itself was clean and everything looked great. Staff was pretty rude at check in. “Fu*k U” carved in elevator wall, in both elevators. Our first room was FILTHY and we used 1/2 a pack of Lysol wipes to clean beforehand. Sheets super pilled and itchy. Shower had a huge crack and there’s no ventilation so there’s mold on the walls. Exposed black screws held the wall up. Neighbors smoking weed the whole time we were there. When I complained and showed all the photos I had taken, staff switched rooms. 2nd room was dirty too, shower rod was held up by screws into crumbling tile. HUGE patch on the ceiling that was leaking. Pullout couch was broken so we bought an air up mattress. AN INSANE amount of black mold at the pool area, EVERYWHERE! Including inside the pool. Lots of rust too. No ventilation here either. TONS of mosquitoes at the pool area. Huge patch of mold over the breakfast area too… Took photos of everything and reached out to corporate!

I will never stay in this hotel again it was old. Broke down, Pool was dirty doors did not close correctly there were holes in the wall. It was not worth $105 a night at all

I did not like the infestation of roaches in the room and elevator.

It was the worse stay I have ever experienced. It’s was under renovation. It was very dirty and on top of all that issues. We caught bed bugs. In our room. Had to leave in the middle of the night. Terrible terrible

The property looked nice from the outside. The lobby was nice. The staff was excellent! The beds were clean and the pool was fine. The rooms were not very clean. The paint was in terrible condition all of the drawers had burn marks in them. The mirror was hanging off the wall the door worked half the time. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The elevator smelled so strongly of marijuana that I didn’t even want my kids to get in them. The area around was very questionable. Overall the place got the one night stop done but we probably will not be back Or recommend.

Honestly you get what you pay for. My biggest thing with hotels is cleanliness. I do feel that they missed the mark in the bathroom with cleaning. There were stains left by water and other unknown liquids surrounding the tissue box and other things on the sink. The tub wasn't clean either. It definitely gave the feeling that housekeeping just cleaned with generic products or just basically spot cleaned without looking at everything and cleaning accordingly. The American speaking staff were nice. Very disappointed that the non-speaking lady in the breakfast area didn't know what the universal sign for help was when she clearly saw the waffle machine break and begin to smoke. I had to run to the desk for help! Overall, it provided sleep. Many comfort Inns are a little dated and have their own way of doing things, but this one was a little different from what I am used to with the chain. The breakfast selection was smaller than I am used to, and the pool was cloudy which is something I have never seen before. But let's face it, the lack of cleanliness can happen at any hotel and this hotel is far better than a motel like days inn!

Roaches , Never will we stay here again. I never thought i would have to give a bad review for roaches.

Its a shame they let people smoke pot inside and out. The halls, elevator and outside areas smell horrible!!!!

My room was Nasty! Walls were stained with I don’t know what. Beds has stain and small brown spots. Floor had sticky stains by the bed. Tub was rusted, peeling and had hair in it.

Older furniture and tv’s. Okay price for a suite, liked the separate living space. Staff was friendly. Our room was by the elevator and ice machine and heard alot of noises (thin walls).

The room decor is nice, and the beds were comfortable. My only drawback is the access from the main road, which does not have a crossover for going toward the interstate or for getting to the hotel from the other side of the main road.

Room was clean. Massive wall crack above AC unit. Broken worn out screen in window flapping in the windy. Peeling paint above window. Bath caulking needs replacing- moldy And finally the mattress and pillows need to go! So old, not much sleep

Quiet, the rooms were nice and spacious. My only concern was that the door was not sealed and the walls are not sound proof. We could hear an infant crying closeby throughout most of the night.

The rooms are nice and updated fairly recently. My only complaint would be this is a very noisy area for car and truck traffic. If you choose to stay here , request a room opposite to the road.

This property is in need of a major upgrade. Wallpaper was coming off the walls in the lobby. Hallway carpets need a good cleaning. The room was spacious but the curtains need to be reattached, windows were drafty and the walls needed to painted.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows, towels, great breakfast. Only thing from perfect was noisy a/c unit, and window facing the front hotel lights had only a sheer curtain, the thicker ones were just decorative on the sides, so light came in all night.

Fast warm checkin. Great bed that was really comfortable and room was larger and nicer than I anticipated. Would certainly stay there again.

I chose this hotel due to the location, I will never in my life recommend this hotel to a family or friend, The staff from the front desk was unprofessional, unhelpful, according to the hotel description it says daily housekeeping false advertisement, I went to the front desk and asked for clean towels and I was told I needed to wait until next day after 9 am meaning you come from a water park all sweaty and can’t take a shower the smell on the hallway is awful and on the parking lot people smoking pot. Don’t waste your money

Safe, Convenient, Easy Parking was good. Checkin took too long because there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to arrive for more than 20 minutes.

My stay was uneventful, which is a good thing. The staff were extremely courteous and quick to address any issues. Special kudos to Magali Garcia and Maria Martinez as I found them eager to please and just as competent at addressing any issue.

Don’t go hear, Cecily, Maria (Asst General Manager), and Mia the Regional Manager were all very rude and ignorant of the rewards program and refused to pull up my account to discuss it simply because they didn't want to. When they realized I was unhappy the all resisted in telling me their names and titles.

We had to change rooms initially because the showerhead was broken, but everything else was excellent. The stay was pleasant, and the staff at the front desk was amazing.

Friendly staff, clean and renovated room breakfast included, and very quiet. I stayed here after attending a wedding the night before in the area.

Great location, within 10 mins to park. Location close to Walmart, ihop, waffle house. Area was safe. Room had 2 queens and pull out sofa, roomy enough to accommodate our family of 5. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast staff kept the area clean throughout breakfast hours. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here several times. We have always loved it here. Room was comfortable. They only problem was the clock was not working and the hairdryer did not work. Not a deal breaker though. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, biscuits, potatoes, sausage, sausage gravy, waffles and cereal. Among, juices, fruits, muffins, yogurt, etc... the breakfast area was well stocked and the lady that was working the breakfast area did a fantastic job of making sure nothing ran out. We will stay here again in the future.

The check in process was quick and seamless. The decor and atmosphere was very festive. It looked and smelled clean. The room was very neat and clean. Everything worked properly. Yhe check out process was quick. The only thing I didnt like was the breakfast (had to wait for it to be refilled and the choices). This was my first staybatbthe Comfort Inn but I will visit again.

Clean and better than extended stay lithia springs about half a mile away. They offered a hot and cold breakfast with waffles,eggs,and, cereal, yogurt,bananas,and biscuits and bacon. Quiet and near downtown. Not too far maybe 14 miles. No people loitering in the parking lot. There was an annoying alarm that went off and kept going off.

Property is a bit broken down and old. Curtains were slightly torn, sink was falling apart. Hot water didn’t get hot enough - it was warm at best. Bathtub and shower head could use upgrades. Breakfast was also sub par.

This was a pretty nice hotel for the price. It was clean and staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Water pressure was great. Pool was clean and not freezing like my stay at a hotel elsewhere just weeks before. Some things like the ice machines were run down. There was only 2 working. Getting in and out of the location is tricky it's right by the interstate. But those were my only two complaints. I asked for fresh towels at 12pm and they were promptly given to me. I returned and will be staying there again in a few weeks.
