I would not recommend until renovations are complete. We were on the 2nd floor and the smell of cleaner or materials was penetrating our room also. No big trashcans near the old elevators either, for our own cleanup efforts.

The front staff was amazing. They were extremely friendly, quick, and accommodating. The property is lacking. One ice machine was broken on the first floor and the ice machine on the third floor was full of mold that flew into the ice that was dispensed. The pool had broken shards around the exterior and no towels were available. Lacking in towels in the room as well. The area is not the best either, while we sat at the pool we constantly heard camera warnings about intruders from the vacant property that was adjacent.

Easy access for on/off 20. Ample parking. A few places in walking distances for food, drinks etc. Grounds tidy and clean. Breakfast is a 'mini' buffet style. Simplest way to put how good this is, subtract 15 dollars per person in you party, subtact that by room cost... It makes 'cents'. Of all this, the Staff is what makes this place. From the grounds keeper to manager, there was not a single time nor person that wasn't amazing. The only reason I do not give this 5 stars across the board, the levator went out for a few minutes and I had to take the stairs, things happen..... the other is my toilet backed up an no one on staff to help at that moment, I was offered to move to another room so there's that, however Id already moved once and mentally, due to family situations and being in fear of getting hot again by yet another hurricane, I opted for a plunger... For me this is how human interactions should be. Nothing is perfect..but this place will put a smile on your heart. Human kindness over flows here...and so does their cleaning and kitchen staff and the grounds keeper, well I don't think I ever saw him not cleaning something... ;)

We had a great stay here to visit Six Flags. It was very close. You can walk to some fast food options. It was fairly quiet. Nice breakfast buffet. The staff, however, was what set it apart. They were very friendly and helpful. They even let us leave our car there after check out to go to the park. Overall, great stay for me and my daughter.

Last minute reservation, driving from NC to AR, parking was available for the Uhaul truck thankfully, greeted by staff when I arrived, room was clean & comfortable, breakfast was good though had to ask for cinnamon rolls & coffee which were both gone with several other people still waiting as well. The place is surrounded by containers & construction materials so the night desk person explained & apologized in advance for the inconvenience. Everything worked well for a quick stop. Trust the remodel & update goes well. Blessings!

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The only real complaint about the room was how noisy the mini fridge got, ended up unplugging it at night. The area around the hotel is a bit inconvenient, no sidewalks means you have to drive what would otherwise be a five minute walk if you want to access anywhere outside the immediate area. But it's close to Six Flags Over Georgia so a good spot if you're planning to visit there, as well as close to the city center itself. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even holding my bag for me after check-out.

Everything but the bed was awesome. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, the staff was great, the breakfast was awesome… the only negative was the bed. Both my wife and I woke up with back issues. The bed was not only too stiff, but not comfortable at all. Would stay there again in a heartbeat…only if there was a different bed.

The Hotel is undergoing a huge renovation project and the management of this project did bot impact our stay at all.... the construction personnel were deliberately quiet as possible..... We stayed in a renovated Hotel room, the bathroom, its design and the overall room is excellent..

Each employee at this establishment was super friendly (Chelsea, Elijah, Leonard, Meghan, and Trey). They provided us options for restaurants and gave ratings😂. Housekeeping were also awesome (Oleta, sorry if I spelled incorrectly). Breakfast was fresh and kept very clean. I will stay again when I visit Georgia.

First time in Atlanta and I was told the Holiday Inn was one of the best hotels to stay at. They were not wrong. Such nice staff at check in. Gave great dining recommendations and site seeing advise. Everyone had a great attitude and was always so happy. I appreciated their vibe. Very clean and comfortable room. Wil definitely stay there again.

The desk staff in the evening was wonderful. They were freindly , helpful and even let us know the next door Italian place would give us a discount if we showed our key card. The AM staff not so much. It was fine for our purposes. Taking Granddaughter to six flags and the zoo.

The noise level was unique. Ive stayed with multiple other HIE hotels and never been so miserable I had to check out. The breakfast has been downgraded tremendously to pretty much continental breakfast. The doors! Oh geesh slam shut! You would never get rest. Items were falling off the wall in the bathroom. And overnight staff unprofessional. I probably will never stay at another HIE.
