This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, the property was clean and the staff was beyond nice and extremely helpful. The breakfast in the morning was really good with lots of options that changed each morning (the hot breakfast), with you standard staples fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and waffles and much more. The beds were very comfortable- but the pillows were eh, very soft. We would have loved to go in the pool - it felt like 120 degrees in the shade - but don't be fooled by the picture, the pool is very very small. With just 6 kids in it jumping and splashing it is not relaxing at all and feels way to small for me. I take into consideration that it is in Georgia not my home state of FL where hotel pools are at least twice the size. All in the all the hotel was wonderful overall even with the disappointing pool. We will be back in the area a few more times this year and this will be where we book again.

The main reason I’m giving this place a 3 is because the pool was not open. One of the main reasons for booking this place was the distance to six flags and the pool. We were stuck in the room instead of being able to swim. I would’ve booked somewhere else. This information should be on the website. Plus the hotel was under renovation.

Glad I got the room with two beds on the third floor , not so glad I couldn’t use my invoice for points on the Hilton app due to using this account on here instead. Part of lobby was leaking and staff took a bit longer than expected to let me check in ….

The hotel is under renovation, lots of machinery and equipment in the parking lot. We arrived very late for check in after an event, and there was no parking. Make shift lobby with tables set up, however check in was quick and the area feels safe. The staff was pleasant and efficient, rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was big, breakfast was decent. We would stay again, even with the renovations. This will be a super nice place once the renovations are complete!

The problem with the stay was hotel renovations which were not explained on the website or at any time during booking. We stayed 3 days but the problems were many. Much noise associated with a full outside and inside remodel. Wall noise from drilling starting early in the morning. Workout room and pool shut down for no apparent reason. Towels were a difficult commodity. Phone in room did not work. Ants in the room near the window. Drain in bathtub backed up when showering and took 15 minutes to drain even while fully open. Shampoo bottle empty and pump did not work. The breakfast was outstanding and the overall comfort was fine, but so many little problems that it was not a good stay. Sorry Hampton, you should notify people in advance or cut rates dramatically if patrons are expected to deal with these types of issues during a vacation.

This property is being renovated, so.promptly at 9am there is barrage of extremely loud noises going on. They're working on the top floor working their way down, but they make no mention of this until you call wondering why it sounds like they're right next door drilling their way into your room! They booked our room right below the work and we had to ask to be moved. Even on the first floor you can hear it. If you have small children, or aren't up for the noise, I suggest you book elsewhere.

Cleanliness of the hotel's lobby, my room was clean, the crsip white sheets and my room was absolutely spacious. My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Lithia Springs, Ga exceeded my expectations. I want the best when staying at a hotel and this hotel did that.

My room was very dirty with food residue or, possibly bodily fluid or boogers on multiple wall surfaces. Unfortunately, after showing the staff pictures and leaving for the day, the areas were still not clean when I returned. Front desk staff was kind but, the hotel misses on being as clean as it should be.

Overall standard hotel for that price range. Lobby was nice people were good. The bad, sheets or dirty. We have to take the bed apart because we couldn't find my son's wallet, removing the sheets from the bed there were blood stains on it. Not good. In the bathroom and behind the toilet there was a yellow stain that look like a urine stain. Not good, It was very light but noticeable if you're staring. Could be to leave missed if you're not paying attention.

The room was dirty, the green frame around the mirror was filthy, there was a stain on the wall of the tub/shower. The chair was dirty with stains. The TV would not stay on even after calling maintenance and the fridge wasn't on and had to be pulled out and plugged in. Our room was over the pool and it was a party out there all night. Based on the conditions of the room I didn't trust the free breakfast.

The room was adequate and bed comfortable. Couple of cockroaches in the room obviously affected my wife's rating of our stay. The sink in the bathroom was very sluggish and slow to drain; in need of attention from maintenance for sure.

Hotel was updated. Clean and very comfortable. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning unit is motion activated and at night when everyone’s asleep it shut off and I woke up immediately. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows and blankets were too. Has a microwave and fridge in the room. Overall, I’d stay again.

I love this hotel. The rooms were large, spacious and beautiful. The only reason I didn’t put excellent was because the AC didn’t work in the room. It kept turning off during the night despite turning it really low which caused it to be hot inside the room. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay again for my business travels.

all the staff are friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was truly welcoming. In addition, she patiently helped us with the restaurant options near by. Tony in the breakfast room was very pleasant and courteous. He kept the area really clean and made the guests feel at home.

The Manager Alicia was very rude and refused to send towels to our room. We had to physically purchase towels and wash cloths. Which made us late for our attractions we paid for in advance.

Internet was spotty at best and first 2 days the cable did not work. No shampoo in container in shower. Several of us from my office checked in at the same time and one lady requested a bottle of water at check in and staff was very rude about it not being free and then the one staff agreed to give her a bottle of water but said I could tell she was going to be one of those. Seriously it was a bottle of water, and you are checking in 4 people for rooms for multiple days. Just not the stay I would have expected. i will openly say I typically stay Marriott, and this did not make me think I should switch.

This was a short stay on a long road trip for us but it was excellent. John checked me in around 1:00am when I was very tired and he was very kind. He offered bottled water which was very much appreciated and told me the best place to park to enter the building and be closest to our room. The hotel was stylish and clean with updated decor and furnishings. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff at breakfast was kind and friendly. The breakfast was good and my bagel was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great front desk staff and very clean everywhere. Fully stocked with towels, pillows, and toiletries. Only complaint was breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but was being taken down at 9:45 with most items gone.

Exceeded expectations in EVERY way! VERY clean, comfortable bedding, quiet rooms and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had offered in a hotel. Waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, grits, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, toast, fresh fruit, sausage, potatoes, juice. No one left hungry. From the moment we walked in we were greeted cheerfully at the front desk even though it was close to 1 am. We will stay here again if ever in the area. Do not hesitate to book this for your family, you won’t be disappointed.
