Didn’t get the suite we originally booked. When asked the front desk they made excuses. Finally gave us a suite complementary he said. Um excuse me I paid for a suite to begin with. Pool was not in working order looked like it hadn’t been touched in a long time. We end up with a king size bed and a pull out couch for three adults and a two year old. The pull out couch didn’t have pillows and there wasn’t enough pillows in the room for anyone to use any just the two on the king size bed. The mattress was paper thin my grandbaby wouldn’t even sleep on it. Squeezing four people on a king size bed was almost impossible but we did it. Hotel said they didn’t have a suite with two beds just the one they gave us. Well that’s not what was advertised

I booked the room mainly for the pool. However, the pool was drained and being maintenanced. The building and room had a very strong scent of fabuloso! I mopped my room with water to reduce the odor of cleanser. The sink was cracked and leaking water onto the floor. The rain was dripping in above the window. The hair dryer only had one prong, but was still plugged in. The positive about this place was affordability through Expedia, very friendly staff, comfortable comforter, vending machines, large, clean lobby, walking distance to food, and pet friendly! Id stay there again.

Car with motor laying on ground was in parking lot as well as a broken 4 wheeler on other side of parking lot. Alcohol and drug use at the back entrance with the drunk man blasting his music. Everything's in hotel needs repair and paint. It smelled bad. No coffee anywhere. Broken remote and outlets didnt work. Small beds , only full size. The back entrance stayed unlocked so im assuming the key card lock doesnt work. Unsafe conditions.

Cleaning of the elevators and floors is needed. Our bed top cover was badly stained and looked awful. There was pot being smoked up on our third floor from 8 p,m, to midnight and we was gagged by the smell. People also was yelling and kids crying with doors slamming. Not good!

This was the worst place I have stayed. The first room they put us in had bugs crawling on the floor and walls. The pool was empty, was told it would be ready during our stay, it wasn't. There was some sort of small metal electrical box in the grass that sparked when my daughter accidentally stepped on it. Their solution at first was to put a lampshade and a wet floor sign over it. Had to ask for toilet paper. There was an argument between 2 residents which resulted in sheriffs coming, with guns drawn, to coax the guy out from the area behind the hotel. Luckily he came out peacefully. Wouldn't ever stay here again

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and responsive. Outside of hotel and lobby area were not clean. Glass front door to lobby was really dirty - not welcoming at all to visitors. Waited 15 minutes in lobby to check in at 3PM. Discovered front desk clerk was sitting outside at the pool the entire time I waited patiently and when she did come back to front desk there was no apology or comment about my having to wait.

This Red Roof Inn was disgusting. I did not stay. After checking in, I went to see the room. The elevator looked as if someone had urinated on the floor. The trash cans were running over with trash. Floors were dirty. I opened the door to my room, looked inside and turned around, got back on elevator. Almost ran into the desk clerk. I throw the keys at him and left!!!!

Staff was friendly, but the room I was given was absolutely filthy (room 111). I requested a change, was moved to 315, the room was dirty, the bathroom had no toiletries, there was damage on the walls, outlets were hanging out. I can't honestly recommend this place to anyone.

Do not stay here. You will get sick! Worst experience ever! The lobby smelled like someone had been chain smoking there for 3 years straight even though there was no carpet to hold smell. We walked into the carpetted hallway and the smell of urine, sweat, wet dog, cigarettes, and weed smacked our sinuses. We entered the actual room that had no carpet, and the smell was 1000x worse, so much so that we were having trouble breathing and we immediately started with scratchy throats and coughs that lasted to the next day. After being in the room for about 2 minutes, we spotted a fat and healthy german cockroach (the infestation type) skittering across the wall. If that wasn't enough, the floor was visibly filthy and sticky, pillow cases were dirty with the floor gunk, cig burns in the covers, mold in the corners, and the AC was a free-standing window unit with a huge hose conecting it to the window which was ducttaped to the window and the packaging plastic sleeve still on the electric cord. Utterly filthy, completely uncared for, and the man at the desk had tauted the room as being one of their best... No cares were given from the man at the desk and he refused to refund the stay. We could not sleep there, obviously, and left to go to the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson about 10 minutes down the road, which was clean and pristine and had very comfy beds. So do yourself a favor - avoid the regret. Skip this dump and go to Country Inn instead!

Whole third floor stunk of weed. Toilet ran all night, top of the tank was missing. Towels were stiff and scratchy. Blanket was paper thin. Chair was the victim of a bear attack. Despite the prominent sign welcoming pets, the clerk on duty was NOT pet friendly.

The cold and hot on the shower were reversed and struggled to get the shower hot. Maintenence came quickly and helped with the issue. Phone cord was broke, which hindered communications with the front desk. Front desk associate was very nice and worked hard to get us help.

Arrived about 10:30 PM. No one was at the front desk. No one would answer phone. 29 minutes later front desk person showed up. In room at 11pm. Had to change rooms due A/C not working

They first checked me into a room that already had someone staying it. Everything was filthy. I knew what I was getting when I booked a red roof in, but I needed a place to crash for one night. I should have slept outside. This is even lower quality than I expected and thats saying something since the bar was set so low you could trip over it

Horrible customer service. I checked and when I returned 5 hours later I was questioned if I had a reservation as I attempted to use the disgusting elevator. The linen was so filthy, I had to buy a comforter, pillows and bath towels.

I booked the room mainly for the pool. However, the pool was drained and being maintenanced. The building and room had a very strong scent of fabuloso! I mopped my room with water to reduce the odor of cleanser. The sink was cracked and leaking water onto the floor. The rain was dripping in above the window. The hair dryer only had one prong, but was still plugged in. The positive about this place was affordability through Expedia, very friendly staff, comfortable comforter, vending machines, large, clean lobby, walking distance to food, and pet friendly! Id stay there again.

Car with motor laying on ground was in parking lot as well as a broken 4 wheeler on other side of parking lot. Alcohol and drug use at the back entrance with the drunk man blasting his music. Everything's in hotel needs repair and paint. It smelled bad. No coffee anywhere. Broken remote and outlets didnt work. Small beds , only full size. The back entrance stayed unlocked so im assuming the key card lock doesnt work. Unsafe conditions.

Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and responsive. Outside of hotel and lobby area were not clean. Glass front door to lobby was really dirty - not welcoming at all to visitors. Waited 15 minutes in lobby to check in at 3PM. Discovered front desk clerk was sitting outside at the pool the entire time I waited patiently and when she did come back to front desk there was no apology or comment about my having to wait.

Price was kind of high i would think it would be cheaper because they dnt have breakfast, coffee. I no longer have a dog but if i did this would be a place ill come to stay. Staff is really short with you. The room are big in size as far as TOWELS thinest towels i ever seen and u get exactly 1wash cloth 1towel that is it. Yhey have harewood floors. Plenty of restaurants around for food.

It was very sketchy looking there were a bunch of big men in the lobby left to get dinner waitress say that it was dangerous and someone had been assaulted a couple of weeks ago. Called Expedia they tried to get my money back and hotel refused.

Property was absolutely filthy and disgusting. Dirty towels, urine stains on bathroom walls, door didnt shut fully, hallways smelled like weed and body odor, broken cars in the parking lot and people using drugs in their vehicles. Will NEVER stay there again.

Room was dirty. No soap or shampoo, had to call and then they installed it on the bathroom walls, bed smelled disgusting, smoke detectors were uninstalled and on a table. Fridge did not work properly. No breakfast offered as stated on Expedia site. A lot of low income longterm guests on the property.
