Nice place. Wish they had guest usage arrangements with One Life Fitness similar to the other hotels in the area. Minor ick factor in the shower area - could use a bit better cleaning. Otherwise acceptable and I will stay again if other hotels with One Life privileges are not available.

It seemed like the housekeeper did the bare minimum in our room. I don't think anything was properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. We found an empty drink bottle in a drawer as well. The couch did not look or feel clean either. The dishes were also dirty so I had to re-wash each one we used.

Our stay started on a high note. We were warmly welcomed by a very kind and friendly young lady at check-in, which set a positive tone. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Unfortunately, the condition of the room didn't meet the same standard. The bathroom floor was not clean, and several towels had visible makeup stains. Additionally, the cabinets and furniture showed clear signs of wear and tear, which detracted from the overall comfort. The following day, we requested extra towels but were told we needed to go downstairs to collect them ourselves. While not a major issue, it was unexpected. The staff on duty at the time seemed preoccupied with a personal phone conversation and was not attentive to guests’ needs, which was disappointing. On a brighter note, there was a young man cleaning the exterior of the building who was exceptionally courteous and friendly—another example of the potential this team has.

There was a horrible odor in the room that someone tried to mask with a ton of cleaner. Which then made the room smell like something rotten mixed with sanitizer. The paint on the wall was bubbled up and peeling. The smell was so overpowering that it was difficult to sleep.

The room was nice, but the remote didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work. I was on the third floor and all night I heard slamming doors and bumping and running. I couldn’t sleep told the lady on duty she said she would call the rooms and ask to keep it down. But I was hoping to be moved to another room or she at least come hear for herself. For the extra fees I had to pay it should have been quiet.

It looks like new. We asked and it turns out it is two years old. We stayed on the 3rd floor a week ago and this time on the first floor, room 108. This room was slightly worn. Otherwise the best value for the money. I like the shower with the sliding plexiglass door and plenty of room to turn around.

The hotel is new, so rooms are clean, comfy, quiet, spacious, with a nicely appointed, kitchenette, which is of no consequence for a quickie overnight stay. Unfortunately , no breakfast buffet was offered. Nice oversize wall mount TV , full shower, new fixtures, were there a nice bonus.

I love the size of the room and the kitchenette. It would be perfect for a long stay. The property was very nice and updated. There were a bunch of young kids running down the hall multiple times during the night (sounded like a herd of elephants) but that wasn't the hotels fault. The other thing is that our room smelled of marijuana. They tried to mask the smell with fresheners but that didn't quite work. We just dealt with it and sprayed our own air fresheners. No breakfast either (bummer). Otherwise overall good experience.
