This hotel was renovating and they did their best but it was not up to standards and we were never informed that they were renovating. The staff were accommodating but there is only so much you can do under the circumstances. Also, the dining room had an 82 B for their health inspection!!!

We chose this location for the pool and hot tub. The pool has yet to be opened this year and there is no hot tub. There was no toiletries in the room other than a half used lotion bottle and no hair dryer which was also stated in the details.

Property is undergoing a much needed renovation. Consequently there's a lot of construction equipment taking up the front entrance along with noise until after 6pm. Had this information been made public I would've booked a different hotel.

The facility has been refurbished and looks good. The lobby area is inviting and comfortable. We gathered there with family for takeout and cards. Breakfast was pretty good. Kindness of staff was the best part. Lots of people there for City of Hope patients. The staff made it personal for guests. Beds are comfortable and clean. Carpets are dirty. There was an unpleasant smell in the room (not cigarettes) and the pool needed attention. Met our needs and was a fair price.

The a/c had a funky smell. the bathroom wall paper was peeling and corners of the bathroom and picture on the wall were moldy . The facility looked fine and staff were very nice .

It will be better once the construction is over and remodel is complete. The room was smelly, like musty odor. The carpet was soiled and old. The bathroom did not smell fresh. The food bar in the morning looked decent and the eggs said cage free so I guess they were. Coffee and hot water were cold.

The property was clean and the staff was super friendly. My complaint/ issue came about once we went into the room. There was a sofa bed and it needs to be shampooed and cleaned. The sofa was greenish in color but the bottom and back side of the pillows were brown. The bathroom had strands of hair all over the floor, black mold in different places on the ceiling and the area behind the bathroom door was stained as well. It looked like the wallpaper should be taken down and the door needs to be cleaned. The beds are not true Queen more like a full. Some renovations are differently needed.

The hallway was filthy, wallpaper was torn, room had strong cigarette smell. We were given another room, a handicapped room. It did not smell, but it had two full-sized beds instead of two queen beds.

They should have put on there they were under construction. No ramp to go on to sidewalk to use the side door. Bathroom had mold. The main room was very cramped and was hard to walk with our walkers which is dangerous. We asked for a refund and they said no. I have been to many Marriots but the one made me feel like i was at a motel 6

Great hotel! Their couch has a pullout bed but the couch was so comfy our friend decided to keep it as is. Close to Atlanta but safer and less traffic.

The room was very clean and comfortable and modern looking. A full breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the slippery and narrow bathtub to stand in while showering. Gave me a very insecure feeling one could slip and fall easily.

Checked into the hotal and went to room to watch the Superbowl. Channels 2 to 9 did not work. Fox is on channel 2. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. They told me that no TVs in the hotel work on channels 2 to 9. I asked how long has this been going on. They said since they put in a new system in but the they could not tell me how long. I find this absolutely unbelieveable. Very very disapointed to miss Superbowl.

Our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel late, when we got there the doors were locked. I could see the attendant sitting in the back room attending to her phone, I knocked vigorously on the door but the person did not answer. Lucky, I had my cell phone and the number of the hotel with me called the hotel and the person answered the phone and let me in. They were pleasant enough and proceeded to give me a room. When we got to the room it I noticed it was 2 queens and not a king as we ordered(not a big deal we just needed to sleep). In addition the room was not clean and very beat up this looked like a rat hotel that you would expect of some cheap establishment in dirtwater USA not something you would expect of a Marriott Hotel. I have to say I was very disappointed, luckily it was only for the remainder of the night since we were leaving for the rest of our trip in the morning.

Wanted to stay an extra night. Spoke with the morning desk attendent and told her would stay an extra night. Charged another charge plus extra 20. When we came back that evening, had no clean towels so called the evening attendent and she was very rude about bringing up clean towels snd wash clothes.

My husband has some mobility issues. The staff recognized this and provided a room close to the elevator so that he wouldn’t have to walk too far to get to our room. I had not considered this until it was brought to our attention. All was done to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is very good! A variety of breakfast items, fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee, milk, juice, bagels, toast, waffles, cereal and fresh fruit. All in one day. Ice machine and transportation shuttle to and from airport. Walmart across the street and restaurants like longhorn steakhouse.
