The pool and people were great

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, bugs on the bed, a TV with no remote or way to turn it on, the room smelled of smoke, only 1 towel for 2 people, the desk was broken, the pool water was green, many homeless around the outside of the building.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this hotel deserves one. We are the type of family that likes to save on short, overnight stays; so 2 or 3 star hotels are not new to us, and i don't expect more than i should for $70. However, this was the most disgusting cesspool I've ever stayed in. The residents (and i do me they reside there) are very obnoxious and rude. A whole club stood directly outside of our window and smoked and talked loudly and inappropriately until late into the night. The pool is not open. There is no breakfast. There is mold all over the place; on the curtains, in the bathroom. The bathroom is severely in need of maintenance and cleaning. There was scum and grime all over. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The floor felt like it was mopped with Pepsi. Absolutely gross. Don't stay here.

There are a lot of people just hanging around the parking lot and sitting on the stairs. A few homeless and panhandlers as well. Well lit but no security so you are COMPLETELY on your own coming in and going out.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a DUMP. As soon as you pull up to the location you can tell it’s not a clean place but we had some hope. The lobby is pretty up to date and the staff is nice. As soon as you walk through the doors of doom to walk to your room, it’s a disaster. Pee and garbage on the ground. The elevator up to the 2nd and 3rd floors sounds like it’s about to blow up while you’re in it. Piss on the ground. Then when you walk into what claims to be a “non-smoking” room.. it WREAKS of cigarettes. Don’t walk around without shoes, the carpet definitely has years of dirtiness on them. The lamps have dust and holes in them. One of the lamps didn’t even have a lamp shade. The bathroom smelled. The shower head barely had any pressure. I showered with crocs on. (Save me at this point) The blow dryer was missing. There were what looked to be dried up bloody boogers on one of the walls. The AC was bumping but it had dust all in the filter. Holes and dirty hand prints on walls. Really?! At that point we weren’t able to find another place to stay so we sucked it up. But we slept completely covered from head to toe trying for no skin to touch the bedding and we definitely took our belongings with us anytime we stepped out. We slept with one eye open. You should too.

The front desk attendent was nice but clueless. We got to our room and realized there was no microwave. I went back to the front desk she gave me a new room but that one didnt have a refrigerator or a microwave. So i went back again and she gave me another room key. That did have a microwave but wasnt clean. So i took the microwave and went back to the original room. As I hooked up the microwave later on that night, i started to see movement on the carpet and realized the refrigerator had a ton of roaches in it so i had to spray and stomp around killing the roaches. From then on I was uneasy and didn't relax at all. I was using the restroom and noticed there was cracks in the tile and of course, a roach starts crawlihg up the wall. I was about to get in the shower and saw the walls were covered in short curly black hairs so i had to clean the shower before taking one. Also pretty sure i saw mold coming through the ceiling. And finally not one of the three ice machines worked throughout the hotel. And i found it kinda funny that when checking out I told the attendent they needed an Exterminator she laughed and replied "oh you saw roaches?" If you know that then do something about it!!!

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was nice and friendly but the hotel itself is so old and smelling of smoke. We were given a smoke free room but it smelt like smoke. We are non smokers. The bathroom, room all were not in good shape. We spent most of our days outside and only slept at the hotel just because we don’t want to spend time at the hotel.

The room was worn down and just smelled nasty

It was awful first no tv in room ,then there was no cable ,dirty ,the bathroom ceiling was falking down with mold black mold dripping down out of ceiling..i cant believe they are able to rent rooms lime that hated it would never go there agaim

This was the worst day I’ve ever had in my entire life. After checking into my room, the bathroom ceiling was full of water and about to cave in. There was mold all over the bathroom and it was completely flooded. My concerns were not addressed the way that they should have by the people at the front desk who clearly don’t care about anything. There’s people using drugs and injecting needles in the parking lot, on the stairs, and throughout the very uncleanly facility. For the price, I should’ve known better not to stay in a place like this Unless you’re looking to indulge in illegal, activities.. This place is not for you.

Bed bugs

I awoke with cockroaches in my bed. I killed two and took their corpses to front desk as proof. I have picture of live cockroaches walking across the bed headboard. Day of check out, cleaning lady entered my room with me completely naked out of shower and without knocking, she apologized. Front desk staff apologized too.

Room was dirty. Stains were on the bed sheets. Walls and dressers were damaged.

No TV in the room, Thank god we had our lap top and Bluetooth speaker.... people up at all kinds of hours. never know what to expect. THe bed was soft tho. the water got hot

They gave me a room with no Tv

When we checked in, they put us in a room that had someone in it already. The second time they put us in a room that a door lock was broken and it led us to the room next-door. The third room they put us in do not have heat, and this was during the Atlanta snowstorm, requested king size bed, and never got that room. Out of three staff was terrible. We requested a refund we left. We did not stay there because we had no heat and Expedia is telling us that we will be refunded in full.

The hotel does not provide WIFI, which is very inconvenient for traveling and working!

Two of the lamps in the room didn’t work. The curtains were barely hanging at the window. The security door hook was missing.

The absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life and I'm 60 years old I have never been to a hotel where there is no TV in the room and constant noise all night directly outside the door and loud noises people shouting very very bad experience

The front desk person Monia is rude! and disrespectful of the guest. Four people in the lobby agreed that she was rude to them as well. There is NO PHONE service in the hotel. If a phone is in the room it does not work or there is no phone in the room. I had an emergency where I lost my cell phone and asked to use the lobby phone and she said no. A family member called and asked for my room and was put in a phone message to ring the room when they know that there is no phone service in the entire hotel. This caused a huge problem for me. I reported Monia to the office manager and they all agree that she is rude and mean to customers.... WHY IS SHE WORKING IF EVERYONE KNOWS THIS???? UNTIL SHE IS TERMINATED! I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND BOOKING WITH THIS HOTEL! IF SHE IS THE OWNER, SHE NEEDS TO WORK IN THE BACKGROUND AND NOT WITH CUSTOMERS. SHE ASKED MY FAMILY MEMBER WHY DO THEY NEED TO USE THE PHONE WHEN THEY CALLED IN???? REALLY??? MONIA NEED A HUGE ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT OR TO BE FIRED!!!

The bed was great but the hot water took so long to get hot almost a hour to get heated the stay was not very friendly at check in she was on she personal phone and for what I paid for the hotel could have be better

Checking in the receptionist said that check out was at 12pm but the next day the receptionist said check out was at 11am. I almost didn't get my deposit back.

waited almost a half hour at the desk to be able to check in, people working there were pretty rude about everything too. our key card stopped working multiple times for seemingly no reason. the rooms were as filthy as the rest of the building, when we pulled up the place looked like a crack den and the fact that someone was killed on the premise while we were there solidified that. the room floors were sticky and dirty, there were several broken lamps in the room and the only working light was in the bathroom. sure it may be a cheap stay, but you're better off camping with the local homeless, they're more kind at least.

Horrible experience. This property is in really bad conditions. There is this one person in the reception, and he has to deal with the whole hotel. Loooong wait for check in. I get it, it is a cheap hotel, but I’d rather pay a little bit more next time.

It's located by McDonald's and bus transportation

Police presence all the time.. The my just added security at night which is good. It is around several places to eat.

Nothing was unique about this property. I actually left before dark I didn't feel safe.

And around outside loud music drugs, all around the property, you smell it people knocking on the door I had to leave I could not stay there. I felt very unsafe. The sheets were dirty that was holes in the walls. The carpet was dirty. The mattress was dirty, and I believe it even had bedbugs. I was not gonna sleep in that room I had to leave I had to leave.

At least it's walkable and has got lot's restaurants, fast food, and convenient stores at walking distance. You can also easily take the bus. What is good is outside the hotel not in

This property is close to a place i came to visit

Its close to alot of stores and good restaurants i.e cracker barrell right next door

This area is very scary especially for 3 women travelers. There were a few people fighting/yelling on the balconies above us, there were cops patrolling the place at one point, and homeless people saying weird things to us. Would not stay anywhere near Atlanta ever again.

Good location

Booked for 1 smoker friendly, 2 pool, 3 breakfast, 4 price. pool is closed, only coffee, but no cups... had to ask every time for a cup. it is a state-subsidized crack house. drugs dealt and smoked openly. begging for cigarettes or cash... passed out addicts on stairwells all day and night... this place should be shut down!!!

Hotel didnt have any operational ice machines there was a roach in my hotel room a huge one and there was jo breakfast even tho it says it on the wall.

Smelly Rooms! No breakfast as mentioned. Room lamps not working. Dryer doesn't work.

For the price it was clean and safe enough. Everything worked. Was disappointed that they were still using covid as a reason not to serve breakfast, even though it is still advertised- and the note announcing no breakfast wasn't up when we checked in.
