Where do I start? The rugs in the hallways were filthy with little pieces of trash everywhere, the key didn't work for the security doors so we had to use the main entrance and some of the guests propped the doors open so people can come and go, cloning people that were staying at the hotel. There was no breakfast which was advertised, and the pool was dry! The towels were flimsy and needed to be replaced. The dryer had tape on it so it didn't work. The property was said to be smoke-free but there was a definite aroma of marijuana in the air. There was also no hairdryer in the room and the phones were gutted, all of the guts were taken out of the phone. In the first room we were assigned the TV did not work. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with no amenities than this might be the place for you.

I love sonesta overall however this particular location has no microwave in the room no breakfast onsite. No real amenities, and no way to reach the front desk unless you go downstairs.

-Was told the pool wasn’t open even tho it states there is a pool (found out before checkout the pool was open) -Fridge freezes food to the point it’s not edible. -no hot water for shower and mold in the shower. -no phone in room -dirty carpet -the safety bars on some of the windows didn’t lock -The breakfast was awful. It consisted of boiled eggs in a pkg, dry toast /bagels and crumbs of cereal. -no microwave in the room. -ice machine was broken . We tried to cancel the remaining reservation prior to checkout and was told there was nothing that could be done and that we would be charged. I would highly recommend NOT staying at this property. It was absolutely the worse place I’ve ever stayed at!

No pre information that pool had been down, Has Failed inspections for all summer. ALSO. No public Ice machines working in hallways. Also has been this way for awhile. Only one person but a friendly desk staff to go into back kitchen to bring ice bucket from room to fill up, for everyone. Starbucks sign should be taken down as Service discontinued. Breakfast is all sugar cereal, muffins, and white bread except small bowl of oranges. 4 bagels gone in a flash and one desk is working very hard handling it and the desk. On a good note, our single king room with side couch was clean and quiet and comfortable with gr\\eat black out curtains. Too bad their is no guide for the TV channels. Location was perfect just off interstate.

This was one of the worst, most nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Outside, all the grassy areas were littered with dog fecies. As soon as we walked inside to go to our room, you could smell the stench of cigarettes/weed under the smell of air freshener. The floors were filthy and the walls were dirty/scuffed. The rooms were even worse. Several things were broken and didn't work. It smelled awful, there were cigarette burns in several places. Many things on the walls were crooked, (shelves, mirror, outlet covers...). The lobby snack area had barely any snacks/drinks. The ice machine was out of order and they offered no breakfast/coffee in the morning, despite having a breakfast area. I paid $100 deposit for 2 rooms, when I checked out the hotel clerk, had the audacity to check the rooms to see if they smelled like smoke! The whole hotel smelled of smoke/weed. I got my deposit back, still, I felt it was unnecessary.

The room was terrible. Dirty carpets, smelled like cigarettes. The hotel carpets are so dirty and looks worn down. These pictures don’t match the hotel at all. Also hotel didn’t give me a refund after I decided not to stay there after I just checked in and seen the room. This is not the Midtown location was way better.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life of extensive travels. The hallways are puke inducing & the rooms smell like cat urine & cigarettes. Wall paper are peeling off & dried liquid, I dare say bodily fluid, all over the walls. I booked for 2 days, couldn’t wait to check out. I only stayed cause i could barely keep my eyes open from my long travel & couldn’t risk driving. STAY AWAY!!

The hotel was very dirty and our room was dirty as well. Heavy stains in the carpet was an eye sore and the room smelled like urine. We were given another room and that room was no better. The sink and the shower would not drain and our 2nd room for our teenagers had a blood stain in the carpet obviously from the previous customers. This was the worst hotel I have ever been to

DISGUSTING The advertised pictures must be old pictures because NOTHING was CLEAN, the property reaked of urine, three towels provided we're OLD, and small. The walls were dirty, the hardware was rusted over, the rooms smelled of cigarettes and body odor. It was absolutely gross.

The hotel is dated meaning the room that i was in have furniture from either the 1980's or 1990's. The carpet in tbe common areas along with the room needs to either be replaced or clean. The water in the bathroom take awhole to drain once the shower shut off. The room appeared to look clean but everything is dated. There's no elevator so if a disabled person want to stay there it must be on the first floor. Or if the customer has trouble climbing the stairs, it would also be a problem. The carpet in the area with the stairs is frayed in some areas and the wall needs to be replastered. On my second night there, the room next to the room I was in has a barking dog that barked throughout the night. I left at 5:00 am EST due to the noise and i let the front desk know. I probably won't stay there in the future unless updates are to the hotel

I'm not sure if it was Expedia or Google, but whichever site said the property offered a breakfast was wrong. I didn't even see coffee in the lobby, just a water pitcher. The lobby was nice and the cleanliness of the rooms was acceptable, but the bathroom vents was letting heavy smoke, like someone went through a whole pack of cigarettes at once into my room. The TV didn't power on and it was attached to some wall mount where I couldn't see how it was connected. There was no remote, either, which made me think they're aware of the problem and just don't care. The shower knob fell off. On m my way out, I left before the second night, the door closest to my car was locked. I asked a housekeeping employee standing a few feet away where the next closest exit was and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off.

First off they did not have an elevator. My friend who had had a stroke had to walk down extremely long hall then climb two flights of stairs. Pull out sofa be was broken. Was able to rig it but rough sleeping. One washcloth for three guys. Asked for more, never got them (housekeepers were outside in the hall as we left. Check in was terrible. Night guy talking in foreign language to potential guest and just causally going about it (at 1am).

We arrived at 2:45 pm and the host had a rude attitude from the beginning, about my check in time !!! Even though the check in time was 3 pm , the host could have had empathy or at least, had a satisfactory attitude toward the 15 mins until 3:00 pm saying “ rudely “ the hotel has a check in time at “ 3:00 pm “ Also my stay was 3 days and my card needed to be scanned for entry to our room, the( SAME) HOST at the front desk around 2 pm was again” RUDE” with having me wait while performing another task instead of putting the customer first , He had no rush of urgency but instead, was in no hurry to manage my situation with the key!! The microwave was damaged, several stains on the carpet floor plus cigarette smokers leaving the doors to the exit open with , cigarette smoke entering the walk way of the hotel floor , instead of the host being rude , he should have been on his job , making sure the hotel was tip top .. Just a bad experience all around !!!

I received the absolute best customer service from Amy and Daniel!!!!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me with an issue. Everyone on the staff was friendly and always used eye contact and greeted the guests. Thank you to their boss for keeping your employees happy.

Looked for in-expensive place for a concert weekend yet needed between GT and La Vaquita. A little sketchy area but didn't feel unsafe. Room was good. Def recommend it. Hall carpet and stairways not so clean but again my room was so I was ok with that. The outside parking lot was dirty and no vehicle info was given at the desk so not sure who else had their vehicles parked. Thankfully our vehicle was parked outside our window so we could keep check on it. Didn't notice no continental breakfast until the next morning when we were hungry. Not a big deal breaker. Overall for the price and the cleanliness of the room I WOULD stay here again.

The ratings said that this was a good property and area to stay in; however, that was far from the truth. Upon checking in, the carpets throughout the building were horrible. Our room door had a catch in it so it was hard to open, and the rooms do not come with microwaves. There are communal ones to use (even though the rooms stated they came with a microwave). The first night staying there my husband and I were woke up by a woman banging at our door saying "help! He is going to kill me please open the door!" followed by a man saying "Yeah I'll shoot you". The cops were called to the hotel more than three times for domestic violence situations. Also!! Prosititution is HIGHHHHH in this area. My husband and I noticed that this hotel and the one down the street (Horizon) kept having police show up often. So, we looked into it and prostitution and trafficking are high in this area. So..... poor all around.

It's the WI-FI it really needs to be stronger. They need to work on the mold that builds up on walls, it's understandable but needs attention and they need to stop advertising they have breakfast. It's totally not true. The front desk staff is wonderful and the manager is very attentive.

2nd time here, as clean and quiet as the first. Breakfast was typical continental with a few extras, which makes it above average these days. Pretty good coffee and even had oranges and yogurt. I was visiting in the Suwanee/Lawrenceville area and have stayed at several places in Suwanee, Duluth and Norcross at or above this price range and have been somewhat dissatisfied with all of them. Usually issues with gross smells or flat out humidity due to the wall unit. This place is always super comfortable, bed and sheets are good and you even have your own thermostat that you can adjust. Minor gripes would include no microwave (though i'll take that over roach risk), no dryer, and the tv was kinda small and did not have a lot of channels. But, would definitely stay here as long as the price remains in this range.

Not only were there things pictured that were not available (pool, restaurant, Starbucks), but their own messages when you turn on the tv still says these are features of the hotel, even though the lady at the front desk said the restaurant has not been open for MONTHS! The manager was "not there" the entire length of our stay. The room was dirty, and MANY things were broken/in need of repair (the light when you first walk in, the cabinet door where the fridge is kept, the faucet, the toilet paper holder, the shower curtain rod, the flusher on the toilet, electrical outlets were loose) and there was only 1 tiny garbage can in the room. Not to mention that was trash piled up inside and outside the hotel. Ice machine was not working so they provided a cooler with no lid and an ice scooper provided up front. This "non-smoking" hotel smelled like cigarettes in the hallway and dog pee in the room. We know were not the only ones unhappy because there was another guest there arguing with the front desk clerk and the police were even there. If I had not already paid for the room through expedia we would not have stayed there. The whole reason that we chose this hotel over hundreds in the area was for the features that were not even available. Staff did not care, told me to contact Expedia for a refund.

Bed was fantastic, but furniture hardly fit for a porch. Breakfast was nice with eggs & sausage and such. Everything needed a thorough cleaning throughout the facility. Employees very nice.
