I like that there was security after the desk closed. The outside of the property is nice. The staff was nice. The room could’ve been a whole lot cleaner as in the floors, kitchen, and bathroom. Bed isn’t too comfortable but not too bad. Wouldn’t stay here again but it got the job done for a last minute booking. Overall a solid 2.5 maybe 3.

Disgusting property. Trash, standing water, and urine throughout exterior. Numerous people loitering in stairwells leading to room. Room had bugs and was clearly smoked in. Room was not clean.

The room was disgustingly dirty. Mold in the shower not swept food crumbs under one of the beds. Two hairs were found one on the bed one on the bathtub. One of the beds had a big dip in it so you could not sleep comfortably on it. The bathroom sink was clogged if you ran the water it would back up into the sink. The microwave was disgusting it looked like it was burned inside. There was rust on things in the refrigerator and where the towels sat.

Room was uninhabitable. Pubic hair on bed and around the bathroom. Mold and water stains on the ceiling. Furniture was dirty. Room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. The room was booked for my employees that were traveling for work. My employees immediately left and rebooked at a different hotel.

Floors were dirty, not swept. Everything was outdated and looked dirty. Bathroom looked very outdated and floors were not clean at all. Faucet was loose, tub was old and dinge. Not a good experience at all.

While the customer service was A1. The property itself was run down. The room reeked of strong smoke as soon as I opened the door I couldn't take it. Also there were men hanging out on the stairs and smoking cigarettes outside while you're trying to get to your room while whistling at me: I just didn't feel safe on the back side. The bedding was old and dirty looking.

Hotel was decent. A couple roaches but nothing ridiculous. Bathroom flooded every shower due to shower curtain being too short. Staff was great. I would stay again

The front desk staff Stephanie I believe her name was. She was amazing! Very professional,very friendly and she did go above and beyond. However I changed rooms four times just to get a decent one. The first one was horrible111. It wasn't clean and had a horrible odor. Then the second one had a bad odor as well and the bathroom was horrible116. With mold on the knobs and the tub was peeling and just nasty. The 3rd room was nicer no smell 154 but the refrigerator cord was burnt up in the socket and was popping. The last one I actually stayed in was nice. No smells,cleaner and looked like newer appliances.

This property is poorly advertised. I showed up after hours and there was no person at a front desk or check in window. The description of the property specifically said that there was availability to check into hours. After 3 phone calls to the number provided at the check-in window, somebody finally answered of whom I could hardly understand. And finally, their verbiage was understandable, and they said they were on their way. Five to ten minutes later, after standing there in a sketchy neighborhood with my young son, I decided to leave as I did not feel safe. So I cannot rate the quality of the room as I did not even give it a chance. You certainly don't get the warm fuzzies when you walk up to the place!

The place was cheep is the only good thing. When I checked in I was not able to use a card for the deposit because the night person didn't know how to take a credit so I paid cash. No bathroom door I was given a sheet to hang over it.when I checked out they refused to give me my deposit back said I have to come back the following day which makes no sense I don't live here and won't be here!!!!!!!! I still offered to give them a card to put the deposit on to get my 100$ back but the lady at the desk just closed the window and ignored me will never stay here again

Step, Miss Doris and Miss Renee are always on point and extremely hospitable! They make check in very convenient and quick! They always have a great attitude and to ne attitude determines whether or not I will return to a place!!! Great team of amazing ladies at this property! I will return every chance I get.

The service and quality is not what they have posted on this app quality of the hotel is not 100% you can tell they rent to crackheads and drug addicts they were walking all over the property to attendant was very short time at first and the bed was not comfortable at all it was very lumpy I will never stay at this kind of hotel again I was very unsatisfied it did not offer breakfast when I left this morning to turn the key in there was nowhere to deposit the key I had to leave the key in the room and the office was not open I was very unsatisfied with this service and the quality of the road it is definitely a love income one building
