Wall coming apart by the AC unit, with a piece simply leaned against the wall. Room coffee maker was missing a part. Loose outlets. Can’t believe there are no USB charging spots in 2025. No place to hang clothing, as the closet was locked, with a do Not Disturb sign hanging on it. Hallway was quiet and parking was convenient.

Just a one night stay while I was in town. The area seems safe not a ton of rid raf hanging out. The design of the hotel was impressive not your typical design with a prominent stair case in the lobby. The hotel was quiet almost like my wife and I were the only guests there. The hotel is very conveniently located to anything you could possibly want to eat or do.

Hallways VERY dimly lit. Lights in room also very dim. Breakfast area is quite small and can get crowded. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Room was quiet, except for a couple of guests who got loud very briefly.

The stay was awesome. We came in at 3am and they checked us in without a problem. We stayed for 4 nights. Very affordable. My girls loved the pool and we enjoyed the free breakfast everyday. Rooms were clean. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Loved it. We will be back soon

I liked that there a breakfast room, a fitness center & a nice size lobby. If don’t like is the walls need to be painted, the furniture needs to be replaced. It looks liked it been damaged for a while. The drink machine that does orange & apple juice is broken.

I liked was frere breakfast & free parking. The staff were nice & respectful. What I didn't like was the people next door to me. They were blasting their music & making other noises too. The toilet had a brown spot on it & I couldn't get it off. the paint of the walls was coming off. Also, the tub stopper I had to hold it up so the water would drain. The drink breakfast machine was still down. They didn't fix it yet & I don't know when they are going to fix it. The fitness center water machine was down. One of the fitness machines handles with the weights needs to be fixed or replaced. The gym smelled musty & it needs to be sprayed.

Love this hotel, I stayed here with my family and my dog Peter after evaluating from Hurricane Milton in Florida. The rooms were clean, the cleaning staff were very nice and attentive. This hotel has a nice out side patio, feels like home. My family and I had a cook out in the patio. The owner made us feel welcome. Recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

I am probably overly critical when it comes to cleanliness but this hotel is over the top clean. The housekeeper’s do an amazing job and add some personal touches that are not the norm today.

THIS HOTEL HAS ROACHES!! Big ones!! I booked a 3 night stay for my family and chose this property because it offered free breakfast. A first red flag was a sign saying not to take the breakfast to your room. I thought that was odd especially since everything to eat with was plastic, plates cups utensils. On our last night we were invaded by 3 GIANT water bugs! One was even on the bed! It was about 2:00am and I woke my kids up and we got out of there! I told the staff and nobody was surprised or even apologetic. They knew they had roaches. I talked to the manager Julie to request a refund for the last night due to my inconvenience and she never apologized for the roaches nor for my inconvenience. And then tried to tell me she couldn’t refund the one night I was asking for. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GIANT WATERBUGS IN THE BED WITH YOU!!

The room smelled like a dirty dog, the pull out bed was broken, dirty, and digusting, and they were unable to fix it. The iron didnt work. The lady at the front desk left for lunch and no one was there to replace her. Woke up to find a cockroach in the room and I was over it. Got a full refund and went to another hotel, I was displeased with the hotel from the very beginning!!!

There was a small spider on the bed under the pillow. The carpet showed to have red stains outside the bathroom. The door mechanism lock was not working at all and door remained unlocked and as a result I had to notify staff to repair.

I liked the convenient parking. What I didn’t like was that there was roaches in the room. Crawling on my son as he slept. I told the hotel about it. They said that they have never seen roaches. As if I’m a lier. The Caucasian lady w/blond hair seemed to have an attitude once I told them about the roaches in my room. The next morning I asked for clean face towels & hand towels & she said that they didn’t have any face towels for me. She gave me some hand towels. After the incident with the roaches crawling over my son as he slept. I sent my kids the next night to sleep over with family. I would not stay at this hotel again. Horrible experience

We got a king suite so that my kids could have a room to themselves. My husband and I planned to sleep on the fold out couch. Upon folding out the bed we saw a large amount of trash under the couch (chip wrappers, tissues. . .). The mattress was stained. It was so thin with springs that you could see through the mattress material. I went back to the desk to get linen for the bed and was given a fitted sheet for a queen bed (not the right size), a sheet, and a worn looking fleece blanket. We ended up getting the air mattress out of our car and just using that for our stay. The room that my kids stayed in was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good, all the normal things you’d expect at this type of hotel. I guess I would just say don’t spring for a suite for room to spread out.

Unfortunately, we needed to evacuate Florida due to hurricane Milton. We needed something for suite for a family of 5 and 2 dogs. We were able to get out room to accommodate us, which we were so very grateful for. But, the sleeper sofa was the worst one I've ever seen. Not only was the couch portion bad, but so was the bed portion. Sadly, the staff didn't seem to care, nor did they seem to care. Not the worst place, but not a good "Comfort Inn".

The hotel is dated! It’s time for updates carpet, beds etc. The lady at the front desk was unwelcoming. I wish i spent five extra minutes to look on this app for a better hotel. The walls are thin. You can hear everything. At 7:30am they started vacuuming the hallways. I do not recommend this hotel.keep looking.

The carpet was cleaned during our stay. The carpet was wet the second day and night to the point that shoes had to be worn the entire time. Fans were left in the hallways to dry the carpet and there was a constant noise during the night. The front desk staff was unfriendly and the customer service was poor.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hot breakfast was awful, no juice in the juice machine only water. No muffins or pastries, only white bread for toast. The waffle maker was available, but only had sugar free syrup. The only other hot food option was a premade egg fold with cheese and cheap sausage. The cereal options were generic brand corn flakes, crispy rice, and bran flakes with raisins.
