Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah I-95 North, GA

Truth is over all the place was very good except for a few things 1. Water pressure in the shower was low 2. No towel rack to hang towels 3. The add said 2 Queens beds 1 king and queen sofa sleeper. No it was 2 kings 1 queen sofa sleeper 4. In door pool was not working 5. Room was clean and very spacious 6. Staff was very nice Will l stay there again sure of course.

It's a nice hotel. The only draw back was that the indoor pool was not heated. Fortunately the jacuzzi was heated.

We chose this for the pool and exercise facilities. BOTH were out of order!

We selected this hotel due to it's amenities and when we arrived, the pool, the jazzuzi and the men's bathroom work out of service. We could've stayed at several other locations, but we wanted an indoor pool. I feel that we were mislead and not advised that all was down and not functioning for our stay.

Vending machines and hot tub all marked out of order. Changed $50 per night per pet as a separate Fee. Not easy to find that info when booking a room. Other Country Inns we stay at are $25 Fee. Pet fee is too high. Will avoid this Country Inn for that reason.

It was fine for overnight stay while traveling. Above average breakfast. Pool, hot tub, and vending machine not working. Tv difficult to use. Could only get one channel.

There's a certain sensory experience when a traveler crosses the threshold and the scent of curry hits your nasal tract. At that point you sort of know what to expect. It was a surprise to find that the housekeeping crew was also of E. Indian extraction, not Latina. This world of ours ! The pool was broken - the reason given was parts on order. The TV in the small gym was not hooked up. However it was a pleasant surprise to find ....sort of a yoga mat, excellent dumbbells, a Peleton bike and a Precor treadmill. Nice stuff ! In the room. The housekeeper must do better about minding the filter/bag on the vacuum. There should be a schedule for replacing that vacuum bag....or else the traveler gets hit with essence of carpet dirt and "with a hint of wet dog."

Called before booking to confirm there was a hot tub and a pool. We had been traveling for 2 days and I wanted an area for my kids to stretch out in. They said they had both and was working. We got to the hotel there was a sign on the pool area that it was closed. We checked again in a couple hours and the sign was down and the room was lit up. We go to take the kids swimming and the pool was freezing, so we opted for the hot tub. To our disappointment the hot tub was colder than the pool itself. What a wasted room! It was also dirty. The pool area had leaves all around it, and it’s an indoor pool with no outside access so I’m not even sure how that happened. Very disappointing.

Staff was super nice, but we found black mold in our room! It was a whirlpool suite so I understand how it happens, but still unacceptable We brought it to the attendant's attention and she told us she would bring it to management attention. Given the dangers of black mold, we would've appreciated an offer to move rooms or at very least a discounted price!

Lots of things not working. Vending machines, pool, etc. Stains on sheets. Hair and bits of something on sheets. Felt worn and tired.

Room was dirty. Pull out couch had someone else’s bodily fluids all over couch and sheets. Customer service was not great. Told us they don’t clean the couch and sheets after every person which is gross.

Dirty carpet dirty smell elevator room was cleaner.

Mold in my room, applied for refund and apparently refund was rescinded. This is absolutely unacceptable especially considering that our room had mold, was dirty, and falling apart. We didn’t even stay in the room and immediately checked out and requested refund upon arriving.

Room was very dusty and odorous.

Hot tub was good, but this bug and another bug grossed me out. When I told the front desk he said he would let housekeeping know, but he didn’t even ask my room number. Not impressed.

Room smelled musty and smoky in a non-smoking room. Stains on furniture.

This property was undergoing renovation during my stay in May 2024. My room had already been updated and it was clean and modern. I also liked the blackout shade, free parking and convenience to a gas station with a market to purchase snacks. The lobby was shabby and in disarray because it was in the midst of the remodel. Neither the elevator nor the laundry facilities were updated yet, and there was only a single washer and dryer. The washer ate quarters without giving proper credit.

This hotel was very clean which is extremely important to me. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The property is currently being renovated. While several of the common areas are under construction (e.g., the lobby and dining room), the sleeping rooms have been updates with new carpet, new paint, and new furniture.

The room we got was on top of electric entrece door of the lobby it was to noisy

Our room had a large TV but no remote. The desk clerk provided one when I asked but of course it was not programmed to the set in our room so was of little use. Not a big thing but an unneeded frustration at the end of a long day of driving.

The room was very clean. The bed was horrible very hard. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at six… It was not. Coffee tasted old. I would not recommend this hotel.

Got there and tv did not work said the maintenance man is gone for the day and had no tv to swap or room to move us. Said they were booked but I find that hard to believe when the parking lot was extremely empty. Would have appreciated it if the person working there spoke English better and was easier to understand. If you are in a business you need to do just that and not say sorry too bad.

No vending machine on 3 rd floor , vending machine in lobby was empty of most items with signs and was not offered water by staff or greeted with a smile and hello. On waking next morning several staff walked by with no smiles or good morning or hello. Did not feel welcome here

This place is good. Decent accommodations but at a premium price. They may not have everything that is advertised. Ie: no cookies or hot water for tea or hot cocoa available. Could be a one off. The staff was really the only downside to it. They only left 3 towels and 1 shampoo in a room that was booked for 5. The front desk person was a little rude when I checked in, and gave me the impression that maybe booking there was a bad idea. He also got visibly upset when I asked for more shampoo and towels since there were 5 people but they only left towels for 1, maybe 2 people. He sent me to the back room to get the towels from the service staff that were doing laundy(instead of going himself). They also seemed visibly upset and gave me attitude when I told them that the front desk person was the one that sent me to get the towels. I was asked several times to confirm my room number as if I was trying to steal something. This was not what I expected after paying $200 a night at what was listed as a 4 star hotel. Im not sure if it was racial profiling, discrimination, or just a bad area where people are constantly stealing. Either way, bad vibes.

I booked this hotel at the last minute as i needed to stop driving for the night. The clerk at the desk was rude and very pushy like he did not want to do his job or I was interrupting him on his computer. The lobby smelt aweful when i got there but in the morning smelt a whole lot better. The morning desk clerk was friendly. They did have a breakfast that was included. There was a big variety of foods to chose from as well.

Andy and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Room was very spacious. Close to restaurants and convenient stores. The only issue was a language barrier. The person checking me in did not speak very good English so it was a challenge to understand what he was saying about breakfast, checkingout and parking.

I didn’t like having to pay a 100.00 security deposit after I checked in, this is something I would have like to know up front but zi was told it was in the prints online, however I didn’t see it

Very nice accommodations the room was clean and comfortable! We stayed for 3 days and the bed was made and new towels. The front desk staff very friendly and enjoyed talking to Sai! Breakfast was great and coffee available all the time!

Easy access to I95, gas station as you pull out of the parking lot. Nice, clean facility & nice breakfast included.

This was an easy on and off from Rte 95. The decor was updated and modern. Breakfast was fine. Tea and coffee available in lobby at all times. My only negative was $50. Fee for one cat which I felt was high.

The stay was fine except for the complimentary breakfast. All of the milk was expire, and a vast amount of the sealed pastries were as well. The rest of the food was stale. Serving expired food is disgusting.

This place was okay for a quick overnight, just passing through, but it's in serious need of an update. Carpets are stained, things were not as clean as they should have been. Breakfast was really lame. Coffee was awful and all they had were carbs. Our room smelled a little old and closed up, but the bed was okay for a night. It was alright, but not great. Would not return here.
